Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel beban biaya sewa alat (X1) memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap net profit margin (Y) dengan t hitung sebesar 3,005 lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 2,262, dengan tingkat signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0.05. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa apabila beban biaya sewa alat dikelola secara efektif, maka net profit margin akan meningkat dan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel beban biaya foreman (X2) memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap net profit margin (Y) dengan t hitung sebesar 2,324 lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 2,262 dengan tingkat signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa apabila beban biaya foreman memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap net profit margin.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah hubungan moda transportasi darat dan kualitas layanan jasa berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran arus container di Depo pada PT. Berkah Multi Cargo Logistics. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pengguna jasa sedangkan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 50 responden. penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data dengan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa, variabel Moda Transportasi Darat (X1) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap Kelancaran Arus Container (Y), Artinya apabila moda transportasi darat dalam kondisi yang baik, maka akan meningkatkan Kelancaran Arus Container. Variabel Kualitas Layanan Jasa (X2) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap Kelancaran Arus Container (Y) Artinya apabila kualitas Layanan Jasa yang diberikan baik, maka Kelancaran Arus Container akan semakin meningkat. Moda Transportasi Darat dan Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kelancaran Arus Container, Artinya apabila Moda Transpotasi Darat dan Kualitas Layanan Jasa yang diberikan semakin baik maka akan meningkatkan Kelancaran Arus Container.

Digital transformation of the electronic filing system at the PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya using the Maximo System, which is a software application released by IBM where the Maximo function is to manage or it can also be said about time and care for an asset, so that it can work and work as it should, cost efficiency, effectiveness and optimize performance of the asset.

Abstract

This scientific article investigates the relationship between work skills, performance, maintenance, and productivity in the context of head truck operations at PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya. The study, conducted through a descriptive research approach, involved a sample of 72 head truck operators. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to examine the data. The results revealed a significant positive impact of work skills, performance, and maintenance on productivity. The regression model exhibited a high predictive capability, indicating that the variables of interest could be utilized to forecast productivity. The findings support the well-established understanding that individuals' work skills directly influence their level of productivity. Moreover, the study confirms the widely accepted notion that improved performance among head truck operators leads to enhanced output. Additionally, it highlights the significance of routine maintenance in increasing production levels. The implications of this research underscore the importance of investing in skill development, fostering optimal performance, and implementing effective maintenance practices to enhance productivity in head truck operations. Highlight: Work skills significantly influence productivity: The study reveals that the level of work skills directly impacts the productivity of head truck operators in PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya. Performance drives positive output: The findings confirm that the performance of head truck operators has a beneficial influence on their overall output. Abstract

Purpose: This study is titled "Analysis of Container Cranes on Stevedoring in Nilam Multipurpose Terminals The Use of Container Crane Against Container Stevedoring in Nilam Multipurpose Terminals". This study aims to determine the effect of using a Container Crane on the productivity of container stevedoring activities at Nilam multipurpose terminals. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach accompanied by other instruments such as secondary data, interviews and documentation which aims to determine the influence of container crane loading and unloading productivity and also supporting factors that can maximize the performance of the container crane at the Nilam Multipurpose Terminal. The data used as analytical material to support the research is performance data from loading and unloading activities at the Nunukan Island KM in 2016 to 2017 in the first semester Findings: The results showed that the role of container cranes is the most important factor in the implementation of container loading and unloading activities at Nilam multiplepurpose terminals. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Servant leadership (X1), Komitmen organisasi (X2) dan Disiplin (X3) serta Komunikasi (X4) dan kemampuan (Skill) (X5) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) pada PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan adalah jenis penelitian metode kuantitatif dengan penelitian survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Seluruh pelanggan pada PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Rumus Slovin sebanyak 101 responden. Hasil Penelitian didapat bahwa variabel Servant Leadership secara signifikan berpengaruh parsial yang bernilai positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel Komitmen organisasi secara signifikan berpengaruh parsial yang bernilai positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel Disiplin kerja secara signifikan berpengaruh parsial yang bernilai positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel komunikasi secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta faktor kemampuan/ skill secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. dan variabel Servant Leadership (X1), Komitmen organisasi (X2), Disiplin Kerja (X3), Komunikasi (X4) dan kemampuan/ Skill (X5) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan melalui f-hitung sebesar 24,014 lebih besar dari f-tabel sebesar 3,08 dengan siginifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05 Artinya kelima variabel secara bersama-sama dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Media Promosi Online, Brand Image dan Brand Awareness Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Cozy Arimbi Eatery pada PT. Jaya Kirana Samudra Wibowo”. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kausal dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data menggunaka regresi linear berganda.. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu 83 pelanggan pada Cozy Arimbi Eatery. Menggunakan teknik random sampling atau menggunakan rumus pada Ms. Excel secara random. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Media Promosi Online berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, artinya media promosi online yang dilakukan oleh Cozy Arimbi Eatery seperti iklan di social media berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan pembelian konsumen.(2) Brand Image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, artinya citra merek yang dibuat oleh Cozy Arimbi Eatery seperti suasana café yang nyaman berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. (3) Brand Awareness tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, artinya pengenalan produk dari Cozy Arimbi Eatery masih belum banyak dikenal oleh konsumen sehingga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. (4) Media Promosi Online, Brand Image dan Brand Awareness berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Cozy Arimbi Eatery.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to test and analyze the direct and indirect influence on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Tirta Samudra Award (Artamuda). The variables used in this research are leadership as an independent variable, satisfaction as an intervening variable and performance as a dependent variable. This type of research is eksplanatory research. The number of samples used in the research was 32 employees of PT. Anugerah Tirta Samudra (Artamuda) with the sampling technique used, namely total sampling, where all members of the population are used as research samples. The data analysis technique used is path analysis using SmartPLS. The results show that leadership, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction, has a significant and positive influence on the performance of PT employees. Tirta Samudra Award (Artamuda). Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui Kepuasan kerja di PT. Anugerah Tirta Samudra (Artamuda). Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepemimpinan sebagai variabel independen, kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening dan kinerja sebagai variabel dependen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatory. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 32 karyawan PT. Anugerah Tirta Samudra (Artamuda) dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu total sampling, dimana semua aggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan analisis jalur dengan menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Anugerah Tirta Samudra (Artamuda).

Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of training, employee development and employee competence on employee productivity in the Operational Division of Ship Pt. Suntraco Intim Transport. Research Methodology: The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique used is saturated samples so from a population samples as many as 30 respondents, data collection methods used are observation, lifting, and library. The analytical tools used in this study are SPSS software version 23. The data analysis techniques used are double linear regression, t test, F test and determination coefficient. Research results: From the results of the analysis using the test T, analysis F testing the hypothesis at the level of confidence α = 5%, the t count value of 2.565 > t table 2.042 and the significant value is of 0.016 < 0.05 then it can be concluded that the Employee Training variable influences on the Work Productivity Employees operational division of the ship PT. Suntraco Intim Transport, Surabaya. for the hypothesis number two obtained a counting t value of 2.183 > t Table 2.042, and the significance value is 0.038 < 0.05, then it could be concluted that the employee development variable has a significant influence on the labour productivity of the employees of the operational divisions of the ships of PT. Sunraco intim transport, Surabaya. for the three hypotheses the counting value of the number three is 2. 183 > T table 2,042 and its significance is 0.010 < 0,05 then it was possible to conclude that the staff competence significantly influenced on the performance of the work of the staff of the PT. Abstract

This quantitative research aimed to investigate the relationship between service quality, corporate image, and customer satisfaction at PT. Pelindo Energi Logistik. The study utilized path analysis and Sobel test to analyze the data collected from a sample of 30 companies who were customers of PT. Pelindo Energi Logistik. The findings revealed that service quality significantly influenced corporate image (p < 0.05) and customer satisfaction (p < 0.05). Additionally, corporate image had a significant impact on customer satisfaction (p < 0.05). Moreover, corporate image was found to mediate the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction, indicating its crucial role in strengthening the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. These results emphasize the importance of enhancing service quality and maintaining a positive corporate image to ensure customer satisfaction in the logistics industry. The study contributes to the existing body of knowledge by providing valuable insights for global researchers and professionals in the field of service quality, corporate image, and customer satisfaction in the logistics sector. Highlight: Service quality significantly influences company image, indicating the impact of service provision on the perception of the company. Service quality plays a crucial role in determining customer satisfaction, emphasizing the importance of delivering satisfactory services to meet customer expectations.
