Abstract

The background of this research is how to determine the variables that can affect the development of the company. The variables raised in this research are variables related to human resources. What things affect human resources will be discussed today so that it can be seen what things are which can affect the future development of the company. The problem raised in this study is how to determine the variables that can affect a company's development. Therefore, with the existing problems, it will be known how to improve the company in the future so that it can become a developing and advanced company so that the variables are known to be repaired. The method used in this study using two methods, namely the first method using a literature review and the second method is to use a quantitative method that will conduct a survey of 100 employees at a company PT. PARS MAXY PERKASA. The purpose of this study is how to find out the variables that can affect the development of the company. The variables raised in this study are the human resources variable and the company development variable. With these variables, the city of these variables can influence each other significantly, because the value of R Square is greater. Than 0.05 can be ascertained from human resources affect the development of the company

Abstract

This community service activity (PKM) was carried out with partners, namely the Rawa Panjang UMKM Forum. The problem faced by the Rawa Panjang Village UMKM Forum is the lack of understanding and knowledge of the importance of business legality. Out of the 400 members, only around 40% have business legality. While the remaining 60% do not have business legality. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and expertise of partners in promoting NIB online on the official OSS (Online Single Submission) website. The implementation of PKM activities consists of three stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The recapitulation analysis shows that the material presented is in accordance with the needs of the partners. In addition, it shows that this training also has an impact on increasing the knowledge and expertise of members of the Rawa Panjang UMKM Forum

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarat ini bermitra dengan Koperasi UKM Tanjurhalang Makmur Bogor yang bergerak di bidang penyediaan produk UMKM bidang kuliner, souvenir dan catering. Selama ini penetapan harga jual oleh anggota koperasi dilakukan secara intuisi atau perkiraan kasar saja bukan berdasarkan pertimbangan biaya produksi dan penetapan margin yang diperhitungkan berdasarkan ilmu manajemen keuangan dan Akuntansi. Hal ini menyebabkan harga jual yang dibebankan kepada konsumen ternyata lebih tinggi dari harga jual apabila melalui perhitungan. Sehingga harga jual tidak dapat bersaing dengan produk-produk sejenis di marketplace. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarat bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada anggota koperasi UKM Tajurhalang Makmur untuk menghitung harga pokok produksi dan harga jual normal. Pelaksanan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarat dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yang meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan secara daring, dan tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Materi yang diberikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta, sehingga peserta pelatihan merasa puas terhadap pelatihan yang diberikan. Berdasarkan Uji Statistik, pelatihan ini berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatanan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan keahlian anggota Koperasi UKM Tajurhalang Makmur Bogor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Recruitment, Employee Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Alfamart Cileungsi. The research method used is a quantitative research method with primary data obtained from questionnaire data measured using a Likert scale. The population of this research is employees of PT Alfamart, especially in the recruitment, learning and development section. The sampling technique used in this study was to use a saturated sample with a total of 45 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression which was processed with the help of the IBM SPSS 26 for Windows program. The results of this study prove that the influence of recruitment has an effect on employee performance, employee motivation has an effect on employee performance at PT Alfamart Cileungsi.
