Abstract

There are many other retail business competitors, such as Indomaret, where Alfamart must have superior product quality compared to Indomaret so that Alfamart Ruko Cempaka Mas will have more consumers. This research aims to determine the influence of price and product quality on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Ruko Cempaka Mas. The research method used is a quantitative research method with the research population being consumers who shop at Alfamart Ruko Cempaka Mas. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression test. The results of this research show the influence of price on purchasing decisions, namely thituing (5,231) > ttabeil (2,010). there is an influence of product quality on purchasing decisions, namely thituing (3.051) > ttabeil (2.010). Price and product quality simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a value of Fhituing (14,315) > Ftabeil (4,038). In the test results, the coefficient of determination R Square value is 0.374 or 37.4% of purchasing decisions are influenced by price and product quality variables, while the remaining 62.6% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of applying the service dimension on customer satisfaction. Quality service is a comparison between the service felt by customers and the quality of service that customers expect through its dimensions. Research is descriptive and quantitative, looking for causality between the variables studied. This research focused on 100 sample people who were customers of Mixue start-up products located in Depok, West Java, and surrounding areas. Data collection used questionnaires and was obtained using the SEM method of path analysis. The results showed that of the five dimensions of service, one, namely responsiveness, did not have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The validity test results show that all question items are valid, and the research model is feasible or reliable to use. This study also resulted in a squared multiple correlation (R2) value of 0.604, where customer satisfaction can be explained by service dimensions of 60.4%.

Abstract

The background of this research is how to determine the variables that can affect the development of the company. The variables raised in this research are variables related to human resources. What things affect human resources will be discussed today so that it can be seen what things are which can affect the future development of the company. The problem raised in this study is how to determine the variables that can affect a company's development. Therefore, with the existing problems, it will be known how to improve the company in the future so that it can become a developing and advanced company so that the variables are known to be repaired. The method used in this study using two methods, namely the first method using a literature review and the second method is to use a quantitative method that will conduct a survey of 100 employees at a company PT. PARS MAXY PERKASA. The purpose of this study is how to find out the variables that can affect the development of the company. The variables raised in this study are the human resources variable and the company development variable. With these variables, the city of these variables can influence each other significantly, because the value of R Square is greater. Than 0.05 can be ascertained from human resources affect the development of the company

Abstract

This community service activity (PKM) was carried out with partners, namely the Rawa Panjang UMKM Forum. The problem faced by the Rawa Panjang Village UMKM Forum is the lack of understanding and knowledge of the importance of business legality. Out of the 400 members, only around 40% have business legality. While the remaining 60% do not have business legality. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and expertise of partners in promoting NIB online on the official OSS (Online Single Submission) website. The implementation of PKM activities consists of three stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The recapitulation analysis shows that the material presented is in accordance with the needs of the partners. In addition, it shows that this training also has an impact on increasing the knowledge and expertise of members of the Rawa Panjang UMKM Forum
