Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bermitra dengan MNC Bank Kantor Cabang Bogor. Sejak wabah pandemic melanda, karyawan bank dituntut agar tetap memberikan pelayanan publik yang prima dan pastinya menciptakan berbagai inovasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Kehadiran new normal secara langsung menimbulkan banyak perubahan terhadap kegiatan pelayanan publik yang dilaksanakan oleh karyawan bank. Adanya perubahan atau inovasi berpotensi menimbulkan konflik antar karyawan bank buila tidak dikomukasi dengan baik. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang manajemen konflik pada karyawan MNC Bank. Pelaksanan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarat dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yang meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan secara hybrid, dan tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Materi yang diberikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta, sehingga peserta pelatihan merasa puas terhadap pelatihan yang diberikan. hasil Uji Statistik dengan program SPSS mendindikasikan pelatihan ini berdampak signifikan terhadap peningkatanan wawasan/pengetahuan, keterampilan/keahlian karyawan MNC Bank Cabang Bogor dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengendalikan konflik yang terjadi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap minat beli produk Makuku. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan menggunakan respon konsumen dan calon konsumen popok Makuku sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan accidental sampling dengan responden sebanyak 40 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli produk Makuku.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Product Quality on Purchase Intention Makuku product. This research uses quantitative research type. The data source of this research is primary data by using consumer and buyer of Makuku as sample. Data were collected by accidental sampling with 40 respondents of Makuku. This study uses simple regression analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the Product Quality significantly influence the Purchase Intention of Makuku.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out with a partner, KSU Kowage, which is one of the MSME cooperatives in Bogor Regency. Apart from small capital, the problems faced by the KSU KOWAGE Cooperative are weak human resources, limited access to information, and the use of technology in carrying out online marketing. This activity aims to improve the skills of KSU Kowage members in creating aesthetic product photos that can be used as promotional media in online marketing, to strengthen the visual branding of MSME products. Implementation of community service activities is carried out through three stages which include the preparation stage, implementation stage, and activity evaluation stage. Based on the recapitulation analysis of the questionnaires given to participants, it is known that the material provided is by the participant's needs. Based on the paired sample t-test statistical test using the SPSS version 25 program, this training actually had a positive and significant impact on increasing insight, knowledge, skills, and expertise of KSU Kowage members

The data source of this research is primary data by using consumer and buyer of Erigo as sample. Data were collected by accidental sampling with 100 respondents of Erigo. Abstract

The presence of telecommunications services is needed in the digitalization era to activate increasingly sophisticated telecommunications equipment. The development of the telecommunications sub-sector can already be seen from the large number of people using telecommunications equipment. Several telecommunications companies operating in Indonesia are listed as issuers on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Telecommunications companies must be able to compete and improve their performance in order to maintain high corporate value in the eyes of investors. The purposes of this study are: 1. To test how the influence of the profitability ratio on firm value in telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2022 period 2. To test how the effect of the activity ratio on firm value in telecommunications companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia (IDX) for the 2022 period. The data collection technique in this study used secondary data. This study obtains data through storage, where a collection of information is obtained from documents such as records, financial reports, and others. The data used is obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This shows that the return on equity has a significant effect on the price to book value. The coefficient value (Sig2) on the variable X2 is 0.398. This shows that in the case of total assets turnover (X2) it has a significant effect on price to book value (Y).

Abstract

The type of research used is a type of statistical quantitative research. The population used in this study are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There are 46 banking sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, the sample was determined using the purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria so that there were 32 samples of banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, stock movements that experienced ups and downs caused by Covid-19 and shares that were still active according to the brand name during the research period, namely 2021. Data collection techniques were accessed by accessing the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id and the website of each company, namely share price data used were share price data. In proving and analyzing this, it is necessary to test the normality of the data and test the hypothesis. Data processing begins with Microsoft Excel and then with SPSS version 22. The results of the test (t) show that Covid-19 has an effect on the prices of banking shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the results of the test (t) show that profit and loss has no effect on the prices of banking shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, test (f) shows that Covid-19 and profit and loss together have a significant effect on the prices of banking shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Human resource management is included in organizations that focus on human resources. Human resources or human resources are one of the most important parts of a company, especially at the Directorate General of Regional Financial Development of the Ministry of Home Affairs. This research was conducted to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline and work stress on employee performance. The analytical tool used was Spss29.0 ver.2023, in this study 40 respondents were used as the study population and the research sample technique used was saturated sampling technique, and questionnaires were used as a data collection tool. From validity test and reliability test The variables of work environment, work discipline and work stress are said to be valid because the value of r count > r table and the reliability test results are said to be reliable with the cornbanch alpha value r count 0.494 > r table 0.304. The results of the determination test for the R square value are 0.308 or 30.8% so that the work environment variables work discipline and work stress have an effect of 30.8% on employee performance, the rest are influenced by other variables not examined. The F test shows the value of Fcount, 5,339 > Ftable, 1.92. Therefore, it can be concluded that the work environment, work discipline and work stress have a simultaneous influence on employee performance. Abstract

Thus, the working environment, work discipline, and work stress all have an impact on employee performance at the same time.

Abstract

Every company is inseparable from the procurement of goods or services. With the procurement of goods or services being one of the factors that support the operational activities of a company and to maintain the survival of the company, especially companies engaged in the manufacturing industry. One of them PT Bakrie Auto parts also procure goods run by the procurement department, in the process of procuring goods PT Bakrie Auto parts is utilizing technological advances by conducting electronic procurement which aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of procurement. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the procurement process at PT Bakrie Auto parts. The data collection method in this study is the interview method and direct observation, with the analysis method in the form of quantitative non statistical analysis, namely the method of analyzing data without using statistical analysis. The implementation of the procurement of goods carried out by PT Bakrie Auto parts has been running effectively with an assessment of four indicators, namely: indicators of increasing transparency and accountability, indicators of supporting the monitoring process, indicators of meeting the needs of real team information access, and indicators of achieving goals. In addition, the implementation of procurement carried out by PT Bakrie Auto parts has also been running efficiently based on the results of the assessment of the use of the expenditure budget.
