Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini merupakan satu dari tahap pendidikan yang harus diperhatikan, karena berperan menentukan perkembangan dan keberhasilan anak di masa mendatang. Namun sayangnya, TK Negeri Tapus yang merupakan satu-satunya TK di kecamatan Topos kabupaten Lebong ini masih kurang diminati oleh masyarakat disana. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai PAUD dan karena beberapa permasalahan yang ada di dalam lembaga tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan mengungkap gambaran isu dan permasalahan yang ada di TK Negeri Tapus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh beberapa gambaran isu seperti (1) sarana dan prasarana yang sangat kurang dan mengancam keselamatan dan kesehatan anak; (2) kurikulum 2013 yang sulit dipahami dan tidak dapat dikembangkan oleh guru; (3) sistem pembelajaran selama pandemi yang tidak dapat dilakukan secara daring; dan (4) isu manajerial seperti kurangnya tenaga SDM sehingga guru masih melakukan rangkap jabatan. Isu-isu ini perlu diatasi melalui internal lembaga seperti menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang layak serta pelatihan untuk guru mengenai kurikulum, keahlian, dan kreatifitas sebagai tenaga pendidik, maupun dari luar lembaga seperti dilakukan pembinaan dari Diknas setempat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine student excitement for studying English during the Covid-19 outbreak, as well as the ways in which teachers encourage student enthusiasm for learning English throughout the outbreak. A qualitative research design was adopted in this study. The subjects of this study are students of class XI in MAN 1 Model Bengkulu class XI A, totaling 30 students. The study's findings revealed that pupils in class XI MAN 1 Model Bengkulu are enthusiastic about learning English. Based on observations and interviews with students from MAN 1 Model Bengkulu class XI. As indicated by the reduction in the English value of class XI MAN 1 Model Bengkulu pupils during the Covid-19 outbreak, the findings show that most students have a low level of excitement when studying. The observation checklist and interview used to observe the activities of students and teachers in the English class. To analyzing the data, the researcher was apply (1) data reduction; (2) data display; and (3) drawing and verifying conclusionTeachers use various strategies so that the enthusiasm of students in learning English during the Covid-19 outbreak continues to increase, namely by using interesting learning videos and giving quizzes to students. Keywords: Student Enthusiasm, Learning English, Covid-19 Outbreak.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of the intensity of teacher communication on students' learning motivation in Islamic education learning in the industrial era 4.0 at SMP Negeri 26 Seluma. The research approach used is quantitative with associative methods through field surveys. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of the intensity of teacher communication on student learning motivation in the industrial era 4.0 for students of SMP Negeri 26 Seluma. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there was an influence of the intensity of teacher communication on student learning motivation in Islamic education learning management in the industrial era 4.0 at SMP Negeri 26 Seluma. The correlation calculation results show that the value of the "r" count is 0.472 with N = 26 at df 24 with a 5% significance level of 0.388. While the calculated rxy result of 0.472 was greater than the "r" table at a significance level of 5%, so the hypothesis which states that there is an influence of teacher communication intensity on motivation to learn Islamic Education in the industrial era 4.0 students of SMP Negeri 26 Seluma can be accepted. The intensity of teacher communication contributes to student learning motivation by 22.27% and the remaining 77.3% is determined by other variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap produktivitas kerja guru MTs Negeri di Kabupaten Kaur, 2) menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru MTs Negeri di Kabupaten Kaur, dan 3) menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap produktivitas kerja guru MTs Negeri di Kabupaten Kaur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan ex post fakto. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru MTs Negeri di Kabupaten Kaur yang berjumlah 102 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru MTs Negeri di Kabupaten Kaur yang berstatus PNS yang berjumlah 26 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap produktivitas kerja guru dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru digunakan regresi sederhana, sedangkan analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja secara bersamaan terhadap produktivitas kerja guru MTs Negeri di Kabupaten Kaur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap produktivitas kerja guru MTs Negeri di kabupaten Kaur dengan persamaan regresi Y = 39.363 + 0.521x dan persentase sebesar 50,4%. 2) Terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru MTs Negeri di Kabupaten Kaur dengan Y = 7.672 + 0.904x dan persentase sebesar 51,3%, 3) Terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja secara bersamaan terhadap produktivitas kerja guru MTs Negeri di kabupaten Kaur dengan persamaan regresi berganda Y = 11.924 + 0.304x1 + 0.548x2 dan persentase sebesar 60,5%.

Abstract

Permasalahan akademik yang muncul ada dua yaitu: Bagaimana Analisis Model Pembelajaran PAI Berbasis Multikultural dalam Pembentukan Karakter Toleransi Siswa di SMP N 64 Bengkulu Utara? Dan Apa kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam menerapkan model Pembelajaran PAI Berbasis Multikultural dalam Pembentukan Karakter Toleransi Siswa di SMP N 64 Bengkulu Utara? Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dkokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian sebagai berikut: Analisis Model Pembelajaran PAI Berbasis Multikultural dalam Pembentukan Karakter Toleransi Siswa di SMP N 64 Bengkulu Utara yakni, a) menentukan nilai-nilai multikultural, yang terintegrasi pada pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, b) pengembangan silabus, pendidik menganalisis materi pelajaran dan memasukkan niali-nilai multikultural yang dianggap relevan dengan materi pelajaran ke dalam silabus tersebut, c) menjabarkan silabus ke dalam RPP dengan tetap mencantumkan nilai-nilai multikultural, d) menggunakan metode dan model pembelajaran yang dapat mendukung pembelajaran PAI yang berbasis nilai multikultural,.dan e) melakukan penilaian terhadap proses aktivitas belajar peserta didik, yang merupakan tindak lanjut pembelajaran yang telah dipelajari. Kendala apa saja yang dihadapi dihadapi guru dalam menerapkan model Pembelajaran PAI Berbasis Multikultural dalam Pembentukan Karakter Toleransi Siswa di SMP N 64 Bengkulu Utara yaitu sebagai berikut: a) Banyaknya perbedaan karakter anak ,baik itu sifat atau kelakuan siswa siswi yang beragam. b) Pada saat siswa non muslim mengikuti pelajaran PAI di kelas kami sebagai guru PAI tidak bisa leluasa menyampaikan materi, terutama yang berkaitan dengan akidah dan akhlak, keyakinan takut siswa non muslim tersebut bisa tersinggung atau tidak enak perasaannya. c) Idealisme antar agama masing – masing menyebabkan kendala yang terjadi dalam menanamkan pendidikan berbasis multikultural, hal tersebut sebagaimana yang disampaikan oleh siswa muslim antara siswa non muslim masih sering menyinggung dan mengejek satu sama lain. Kemudian siswa non muslim masih bergaul berdasarkan kelompok agamanya masing – masing. d) Faktor lingkungan yang beragam suku, budaya dan agama menyebabkan terjadinya kendala dalam menanamkan pendidikan yang berbasis multikultural..

Abstract

This study aims to explore the motivations of students in choosing the English Education major at the Faculty of Tadris and Tarbiyah, UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu, cohort 2024, and to analyze their influence on academic achievement. This research employed a qualitative descriptive design using in-depth interviews with three students representing both male and female perspectives, supported by observations and relevant document studies. The findings reveal that student motivations differ according to gender: female students are primarily driven by intrinsic factors, such as personal interest in English, enjoyment of learning, and the aspiration to become educators, while male students tend to emphasize extrinsic factors, including career prospects, financial independence, and parental support. Some students exhibit a combination of intrinsic and extrinsic motivations, where personal interest is reinforced by external encouragement. Motivation was found to significantly impact academic achievement: intrinsic motivation fosters deep engagement, active participation, and additional learning efforts, whereas extrinsic motivation promotes goal-oriented behavior, discipline, and consistency in completing assignments. Understanding these motivational differences and their effects on academic performance is crucial for educators to design supportive learning environments that meet diverse student needs and enhance overall academic success.

Abstract

This study analyzes the contribution of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) toward achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the local level through the perspective of policy implementation. The research is based on the assumption that the success of social protection programs is not solely determined by policy design, but also by the quality of implementation within specific social contexts. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive design conducted in Kelurahan Durian Depun, Kecamatan Merigi, Kabupaten Kepahiang. Informants were selected purposively and developed through snowball sampling, consisting of PKH facilitators, village officials, beneficiary families (KPM), and non-beneficiary community members. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles et al. through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that PKH implementation administratively has been carried out according to procedural standards through cash assistance distribution, P2K2 mentoring activities, and monitoring of education and health obligations. However, procedural compliance has not fully produced substantive changes in economic independence and long-term social transformation. The program contributes positively to improving access to education and health services, supporting SDG 3 and SDG 4, as well as reducing household expenditure burdens related to SDG 1. Nevertheless, the contribution remains conditional because the effectiveness of the program is strongly influenced by communication, facilitator capacity, bureaucratic coordination, and the participation level of beneficiary families. Structural factors such as employment conditions, age, health limitations, and accessibility also affect beneficiary involvement in mentoring activities. Therefore, PKH in the research location tends to function more as a social protection instrument than as an empowerment mechanism. The study concludes that the success of PKH should not only be measured through administrative compliance and aid distribution, but also through its ability to create sustainable socio-economic transformation and reduce dependency on social assistance.
