Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi belajar dengan perilaku mencontek, hubungan efikasi diri dengan perilaku mencontek dan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan efikasi diri dengan perilaku mencontek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Pontianak. Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala perilaku mencontek, skala motivasi belajar dan skala efikasi diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini ialah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Ada hubungan negatif antara motivasi belajar dengan perilaku mencontek dengan nilai r= -0, 431. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi motivasi belajar maka semakin rendah perilaku mencontek, sebaliknya semakin rendah motivasi belajar maka semakin tinggi perilaku mencontek; 2) Ada hubungan negatif antara efikasi diri dengan perilaku mencontek dengan nilai r= -0,648. Semakin tinggi efikasi diri maka semakin rendah perilaku mencontek dan semakin rendah efikasi diri maka semakin tinggi perilaku mencontek; 3) Hasil regresi linear berganda menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan efikasi diri secara bersama-sama dengan perilaku mencontek. Maka dari itu siswa diharapkan menghindari perilaku mencontek dengan berusaha meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan efikasi diri.

Abstract

Efikasi diri berperan penting terhadap perilaku siswa dalam belajar. Efikasi diri yang rendah akan berdampak pada prestasi belajar siswa sehingga diperlukan motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar dengan efikasi diri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Adapun jumlah populasi dari penelitian ini ialah seluruh siswa kelas XII di MAN 2 Kota Pontianak yang berjumlah 287 siswa dan sampel sebanyak 72 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik proportional random sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Ada hubungan positif antara motivasi belajar dengan efikasi diri dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,690; 2) Ada hubungan positif antara disiplin belajar dengan efikasi diri dengan nilai koefesien korelasi sebesar 0,635; 3) Ada hubungan positif antara motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar dengan efikasi diri dengan nilai koefesien korelasi sebesar 0,723. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan semakin tinggi motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar maka semakin tinggi efikasi diri siswa begitu juga sebaliknya semakin rendah motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar maka semakin rendah pula efikasi diri siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the significant influence of parental roles on students' resilience. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study is all students of MAN 2 Pontianak City. Therefore, the sampling technique in this study is cluster random sampling. The sample size in this study is 30 respondents. The analysis method in this study is simple linear regression analysis. The measurement tools in this study use a resilience scale and a parental role scale. The reliability test used the alpha technique with Cronbach's Alpha Guilford > 0.80. The normality test used the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test with a result of 0.200, while the linearity test used the ANOVA tabel with a significance value of deviation from linearity of 0.325 > 0.05. The result of the simple linear regression test in this study was 0.017 < 0.05, which means the research hypothesis is accepted, indicating that there is an influence of parental role on students' resilience. The result of the determination test with an R Square of 0.186 indicates that the influence of the parental role variable on the resilience variable is 18.6%.

Abstract

This community service program conducted at the Tunas Harapan Orphanage in Pontianak aims to enhance the career understanding and skills of orphanage children through career guidance and the use of appropriate technology. The program includes various training activities such as job search skills, peer counseling, and career planning. The implementation of crowdfunding websites was also introduced as part of technological innovation to support sustainable career guidance and fundraising efforts. The methodology involved socialization, skill training, psychological testing, and evaluation through assessment forms completed by participants after each training session. The evaluation results indicate significant improvements in the participants' understanding, particularly in job search skills and self-awareness, with average scores of 4.3 and 4.2 on a scale of 5. However, the evaluation also revealed that career and educational planning needs further improvement. The program successfully achieved its primary goal of career development, yet improvements in career planning are necessary to ensure the children have a clearer path for their future. Further programs focusing on deeper career planning and enhanced technological support are recommended for future community service initiatives to optimize and sustain the results achieved.

Abstract

Cases of verbal abuse in schools are often considered normal. For example, rude words to friends, such as saying “anjay" or making fun of parents' names, are considered part of student socialization. This study aims to find out the level of knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of students about verbal abuse and how the educational card media affects verbal abuse behavior in schools. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experiment design and a pre-test and post-test model with a control group. Samples were taken from 16 students at State Elementary School 31 Pontianak Tenggara, comprising an experimental group of 8 students and a control group of 8 students. The results of the study were analyzed using the paired-samples t-test. The results of the study showed that after being given a knowledge-card media educational game, students' attitudes and behaviors improved, including reduced abusive language toward fellow students. The novelty of this study lies in the use of educational card media specifically designed as an intervention to increase students' awareness of the importance of positive communication at the elementary school level.
