Abstract

Increasing the competence of vocational students to be able to enter the field is the first goal for the quality of every major level school. The supervisory system for monitoring field work practices at the agency is to monitor, control the activities and activities of students where the completion of reports is one of the important requirements in implementing field work practices in research places of companies or agencies, this supervision system effort occurs because most students come from regions which is far from home so that it requires boarding and the number of students who commit fraud by not attending / coming to companies or research institutions, especially when the current pandemic is an excuse for students. In this study using the direct field observation method, interviews with external supervisors, laboratory assistants and students, while the implementation uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the student supervision system in implementation activities for 3 months which can have a positive impact on the use of supervising teachers, schools and internship students in completing reports during the pandemic.

Abstract

Computer Laboratory Assistant, abbreviated as ASLAB, includes a Lab Assistant in a Computer Laboratory. ASLAB helps improve service performance in the Computer Laboratory, such as assisting Lecturers when teaching practicum at the Computer Laboratory and assisting in installing software on Student laptops so that the performance of Computer Laboratory services is always good. Problems The Head of the Computer Laboratory has difficulty assessing the comparison of ASLAB with other ASLABs to determine the best or not good performance. The calculation of the final value uses the mean value method so that all criteria are considered to be of equal importance, so we cannot know which criterion is more important. The research objective is to apply the AHP and SMART methods for selecting the best Computer Laboratory Assistant so that it can determine the criteria and ranking weights for the best Computer Laboratory Assistant so that it can be used as a basis for decision making and applied by the Head of the Computer Laboratory in selecting the best Computer Laboratory Assistant.

Abstract

With the rapid advancement of information technology today, every world of education requires campuses to develop teaching and learning services in their special practicum in the laboratory. Rapid response laboratory services are a form of participation to take part in the implementation of practicum adjusting standard operating procedures (SOP). In this case, the author takes a case study at the Atma Luhur ISB computer laboratory, making a damage report or PC troubleshooting now still in the form of LOG books and manuals, and the processing time is waiting for lecture hours to finish. Thus, a rapid response application process for response and information service laboratories is needed to make it easier for laboratory workers to carry out job descriptions. The method used in designing this rapid response system application is the waterfall model and is run on the Android operating system. The results of the rapid response application in the Atma Luhur ISB laboratory can help smooth practicum in this laboratory, making it easier for the laboratory and to obtain service responses and practicum services more quickly and effectively. This application after being tested for functional aspects by distributing questionnaires to laboratory assistants got an average value of 87.083% (good criteria), so overall it can be concluded that this application can be applied in the Atma Luhur ISB laboratory.

Abstract

Steganografi adalah salah satu teknik yang paling kuat untuk menyembunyikan keberadaan data rahasia tersembunyi di dalam penutup obyek. Gambar adalah objek penutup paling populer untuk Steganografi dan dalam steganografi gambar kerja ini diadopsi. Menanamkan informasi rahasia di dalam gambar membutuhkan perhitungan yang intensif, dan oleh karena itu, merancang Steganography dalam mempercepat kecepatan perangkat Steganografi. Ini diimplementasikan menggunakan prosesor ARM7TDMI dan GSM 900. Ada beberapa teknik untuk menyembunyikan informasi di dalamnya gambar sampul. Teknik domain spasial memanipulasi nilai bit pixel gambar sampul untuk menanamkan informasi rahasia. Bit rahasia ditulis langsung ke sampul image pixel bytes. Akibatnya, teknik domain spasial sederhana dan mudah diterapkan. The Least Significant Bit (LSB) adalah salah satu techniques utama dalam steganografi citra domain spasial. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik baru steganografi LSB telah diusulkan yang merupakan versi improvisasi teknik LSB satu bit. Ada pun tujuan dari penelitian untuk menyembunyikan pesan teks rahasia kedalam file gambar sehingga pesan rahasia menjadi aman karena sudah disimpan didalam file gambar sehingga menjadikan alternatif pengiriman pesan agar terhindar dari pencurian dan sabotase.

Abstract

At the time of admission of new students, the committee usually experiences difficulties with all incoming files and data. Registrants also experience time and effort difficulties during the registration process. Errors in the process of entering and processing data by administrators are also unavoidable, so a new student admission application is needed. The new student admission application is an application used for prospective new students who want to enter college at the ISB Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang campus, making it easier for prospective new students to register via the online web and smartphone without having to come to campus. The problem with prospective new students is the lack of knowledge about the use of the application. The socialization activities carried out are expected to facilitate the service of new student admissions. The application contains the online registration process for new students, from data entry, data processing to reports. The target of using this new student admission application is all class XII students of all majors, both MA/SMA/SMK schools throughout the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands. The method used is a lecture method, question and answer, and simulation. The results of the socialization activities for the new student admissions application show: (1) prospective new students who will register have knowledge about the use of the application, (2) prospective new students who will register will have knowledge in carrying out the registration process (3) prospective new students will get admissions information such as schedules, tests and briefings, tuition fees, etc.

Abstract

Desa Air Anyir merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Merawang, Kabupaten Bangka, Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Masih minimnya kemampuan dan skill teknologi informasi yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat, khususnya di tingkat remaja. Peningkatan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) sebaiknya dimulai sejak dini, (tingkat remaja) dapat berpengaruh pada daya saing individu itu sendiri agar bisa berkompetensi dan bersaing di era globalisasi dan digitalisasi ini. Untuk  meningkatkan SDM yang ada di Desa Air Anyir perlu dilakukan pelatihan teknologi informasi guna memberikan kemampuan dalam penguasaan TI serta adanya kolaborasi dan kerja sama dari semua pihak. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, praktik langsung. Sedangkan sasaran adalah tingkat remaja yang ingin memaksimalkan kemampuan komputer serta kemampuan teknologi informasi yang lain seperti pembuatan dan penggunaan email. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu: peserta memahami, mengerti dan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi informasi pemanfaatan handphone membuat dan menggunakan email pribadi. Email ini nantinya bisa digunakan untuk mendaftarsekolah, baik di tingkat SMA ataupun tingkat perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan ini cukup berhasil karena adanya jaringan internet yang memadai, yaitu diberikan akses Wi-Fi desa.

Abstract

A common problem that is often faced by almost most Barbershop is in terms of serving customer queues, for barbershops who have many customers and have many service chairs, then of course a good customer queue service management concept is needed as well. One of the concepts of queuing services for customers is how queue information can reach customers without queuing at the location. For this reason, a queue service concept for customers is needed based on Android. Android is preferred because almost all smartphone users are currently based on Android. The application will be built based on the concept of client server so that the queue service will occur in real time. The Queuing model used is Multi Channel Single Phase, because in the queue at barbershop there will only be one stage of the process, but it requires a lot of queue flow. This can be seen in the structure of the development diagram. By using an Android-based application based on a single phase multi channel model that will be built it is ensured that customers will find it helpful, without having to spend time in a queue customers can order queues and see queues in real time so they can rush to barbershop when it is close to the queue

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi semakin pesat dari waktu ke waktu, ditandai dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat. Tersebarnya informasi yang semakin meluas serta informasi dalam berbagai bentuk bervariasi tersaji dalam waktu yang sangat cepat. Penyajian pesan pada era informasi saat ini senantiasa menggunakan media elektronik yaitu video pembelajaran siswa. Kendala siswa belajar dimasa pandemic covid 19 antara lain : 1). Belum meratanya akses jaringan internet, 2). Guru gagap teknologi, 3). Mahalnya biaya kuota, 4). Belum meratanya penguasaan iptek di kalangan pendidik atau guru, 5). Belum siapnya pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar menggunakan metode pembelajaran daring, 6). Kesulitan orang tua dalam mendampingi anak-anaknya melakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar menjadi kendala yang ditemui selama proses pembelajaran jarak jauh. Untuk itulah kita perlu mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelatihan membuat video pembelajaran untuk guru-guru SMK N 1 Pangkalpinang. Metode yang digunakan : 1). Memberikan teori tentang pengenalan dasar pembuatan video pembelajaran, 2). Metode praktek dalam membuat video pembelajaran, 3). Meberikan soal latihan. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan dari pelatihan video pembelajaran ini adalah : 1). 100 % guru senang mengikuti pelatihan video pembelajaran, 2). 100 % guru lebih suka praktek pembuatan video pembelajaran, 3). 89,3 % guru suka menggunakan aplikasi zoom, bandicam dan camtasia dalam membuat  video pembelajaran, 4). 71,4 % guru bisa membuat video pembelajaran.

Abstract

The development of technology in recent years has been very rapid, there are still many people who use short message technology, but the security aspect is not guaranteed. People who exchange information are at risk of having information content theft during the delivery process, for that it is necessary to encrypt messages before sending and decrypt them to be read so that they are not easily misused by unauthorized people. With Rivest Cipher 6 and Blowfish cryptographic algorithms, this model is a symmetric key algorithm in the form of a block cipher that can answer message security. This method is suitable for maintaining message security. In this paper, a number of aspects of cryptography will be discussed as well as the basic concepts of cryptography. The purpose of the application is designed to be able to implement the Rivest Ciper 6 and Blowfish algorithms. Rivest Chiper 6 and Blowfish algorithms implemented on android smartphones can encrypt messages before they are sent and decrypt messages when they are received, by using two message security encryption options, users can distinguish the results of the two algorithms and become more secure. In the encryption and decryption process, a key is needed to scramble and restore the contents of the message. The key is obtained when the sender and recipient met previously can also send the key through the application, but the key sent will be immediately deleted by the application so that others do not know the key to open the message.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas siswa praktik kerja industri dibidang komputer yang siap terjun ke lapangan kerja merupakan salah satu mutu dari setiap SMK, salah satunya beberapa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) baik yang Negeri ataupun Swasta selalu mengirimkan siswa nya untuk prakerin (Praktek Kerja Industri) Pada sebuah perusahaan atau institusi selama 3 bulan dengan kerja lapangan dan menghasilkan laporan. Penelitian ini akan merancang aplikasi android prakerin menggunakan monitoring prakerin programming dengan pemantau aktifitas kegiatan siswa terhadap pembimbing DUDI yang akan diketahui informasi oleh guru pembimbing / pihak sekolah. Proses pengujian aplikasi menggunakan ISO 9126 dengan stakeholder dan pengujian efektivitas, efisiensi, usefullness untuk memastikan aplikasi bisa dipakai dan sesuai fungsional oleh sekolah (SMK Kejuruan). Hasil penelitian berupa monitoring prakerin programming yang dapat berdampak pada pemanfaatan bagi guru pembimbing akan laporan kegiatan prakerin. Aplikasi ini setelah diuji untuk aspek kegunaan bernilai 84,35 (kriteria baik), aspek efisiensi bernilai 83,06 (kriteria baik), aspek fungsional mendapatkan nilai 83,05  (kriteria baik), dan aspek reliability 80,96 (kriteria baik), sehingga secara keseluruhan rata-rata 83,05 (kriteria baik).
