Abstract

This research examines the imaging or marketing strategy of Early Childhood Education institutions. Research uses a qualitative approach by emphasizing the quality of data in the field. An important factor influencing the success or existence of an institution is marketing. The results of this research indicate that marketing is the spearhead of the survival of Early Childhood Education institutions. Because marketing activities carried out well will produce good profits. The findings of this study indicate that; First, marketing activities are the main activities that must be carried out by all members involved in the organization. In TK Aisyiyah 02 Pati, both teachers, employees, parents of students and even students are part of those involved in marketing activities. Both marketing activities highlight product excellence. The products intended for Early Childhood Education services, especially in TK Aisyiyah 02 Pati, are educational facilities both physical and non-physical and the quality of Human Resources developed.

Abstract

The development of motor functions is one of the dimensions of early childhood development that is important to note among other development dimensions. This is a fundamental part of the child's need to develop muscle, brain, and nerves, which is one of the basic developments at a later stage. Therefore, this dimension needs to get appropriate stimulation in accordance with the stages of child development, so that stimulation is given with the right portion. One of the most effective ways to develop children motor skills is through their favorite activities, such as fun and play activities. This paper tries to explain one of the fun activity alternatives that could be used to optimize the motor physical ability of children aged 3-4 years, ie through, among others, throwing ball games. It is hoped that this paper is useful for early childhood education practitioners, as well as parents in developing ways to stimulate the development of motor skills of early childhood through fun activities

Abstract

Abstract During the COVID-19 pandemic, as is currently the case, various activities are limited not only in office activities but also teaching and learning activities are also limited, so that education which is usually carried out face-to-face or offline must be carried out using the distance education method or called online. This study uses qualitative methods and data analysis in this study will use a qualitative verification which is carried out in three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The data reduction process includes the selection process, focusing on data simplification, abstraction and transformation of rough data obtained in the field. The objects in this research are educators, parents, students at RA Al Jauhariyyah Kajen. The results of this study are the role of educators in the implementation of distance/online learning is not only preparing material for students, but also being communicators who play an active role in guarding parents in accompanying children during the online learning process. Online learning plans have been designed in such a way and involve parents in determining competencies/indicators during online learning, designing children's activities, materials and children's learning resources prepared by the institution to make it easier for parents to accompany children during online learning. Abstract

Globalisasi membuat budaya asing bebas masuk dan mulai mengikis eksistensi budaya lokal yang sarat akan filosofi dan makna. Bisa dilihat dari beberapa hal diantaranya ialah adanya perubahan gaya hidup, munculnya fenomena bahwa anak-anak dan orang tua saat ini kurang mengetahui sejarah dan berbagai peristiwa-peristiwa masa lampau yang penting dan bermakna, lunturnya sikap saling menghormati, tepo seliro, gotong royong, dan suka bermusyawarah. Kebudayaan bangsa merupakan dasar perkembangan identitas suatu bangsa, sehingga perlu adanya pembinaan dan pengenalan budaya bangsa kepada generasi muda, mulai dari anak usia dini. Agar eksistensi budaya, khususnya budaya lokal tetap kokoh, maka diperlukan upaya pelestarian budaya lokal dengan pembinaan dan pengenalan budaya bangsa kepada generasi muda melalui pendidikan termasuk melalui Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Hidayatut Tholibin Desa Purwokerto Kecamatan Tayu Kabupaten Pati yang sudah melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis budaya lokal yang diintegrasikan dalam tema pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang mana aktivitas dalam melakukan analisis data kualitatif ini dilakukan secara interaktif yang berlangsung secara terus-menerus hingga tuntas, sehingga datanya sudah jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini adalah implementasi pembelajaran berbasis budaya lokal pada anak usia dini di RA Hidayatut Tholibin dilaksanakan melalui tahapan identifikasi budaya lokal, merancang program pembelajaran, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Faktor pendukung implementasi pembelajaran berbasisi budaya lokal antara lain adalah managemen sekola yang berjalan dengan baik, terdapat media pembelajaran yang mencukupi dan relevan dengan kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan, adanya dukungan dan keterlibatan orang tua, danya dukungan dan keterlibatan instansi terkait. Faktor penghambatnya ialah perkembangan sosial emosional peserta didik yang beragam

Abstract

This study discusses about early childhood Islamic education according to Abdullah Nashih Ulwan in the book Tarbiyah Al-Aulād Fī Al-Islām which is motivated by the problems of parenting teachers and parents in educating early childhood. The results of this study are expected to contribute thoughts and ideas to increase knowledge about Islamic education in early childhood from various leading experts who focus on early childhood education. This research is aresearch method Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA)that uses a discourse analysis approach and texts from the Norman Fairclough model, which is an approach that try to explain and reflect carefully on Abdullah Nashih Ulwan's thoughts on the method of Islamic education in early childhood in the book Tarbiyah Al-Aulād. Fī Al-Islam. The results of this study show: first, the methods of early childhood education according to Abdullah Nashih Ulwan are: Educating by example, educating with habits, educating with advice, educating with attention, and educating with punishment. Second, early childhood education according to Abdullah Nashih Ulwan is: faith education, moral education, physical education, intellectual education, mental education, social education, and sex education.
