Abstract

Abstract: SAS Cafe and Resto is an undertaking engaged in the culinary in Surabaya East which has considerable potential. SAS Cafe and Resto has traditional features as there are gazebos made of gelugu wood so that rural atmosphere feels more real and is surrounded by paddy fields around the Cafe and Resto. With the potential that is owned by SAS Cafe and Resto, the culinary field in this enterprise is still lacking in terms of promoting its products. Promotional activities are very important to market a product/brand, so the brand remains and can do approach to customers through these promotional activities. Promotional activities carried out by SAS Cafe and Resto very less because until now, promotional activities carried out was just a promo event, social media and website, so typical and products from SAS Cafe and Resto not yet seen in any promotional media campaign that has been done up to this point. The problem is, although the advantages owned by SAS Cafe and Resto are big enough, but the drop in visitors due to lack of activity can happen promotion conducted by SAS Cafe and Resto and the lack of innovation in the promotion as well as a multitude of culinary business that sprung up in Surabaya who approach customers through promotional programs. Therefore, it takes some effort to maintain customer loyalty, one of them is designing the right promotion media and innovative that can increase brand loyalty  SAS Cafe and Resto. Keywords: Design, Promotional Media, Brand Loyalty

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengemukakan tentang analisis kualitatif Penyaluran Pembiayaan Bank BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Pembantu di Jababeka Cikarang dengan fokus masalah yaitu bagaimana mekanisme penyaluran pembiayaan dan perolehan yang dicapai serta kendala yang dihadapi oleh Bank BNI Syariah kantor cabang pembantu di Jababeka Cikarang (Januari 2016 – Desember 2016). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh data tentang bagaimana mekanisme penyaluran pembiayaan, bagaimana perolehan yang mereka capai serta kendala yang terkait didalamnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lapangan mekanisme pembiayaan yang mereka lakukan sudah sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada yaitu berdasarkan peraturan dan ketentuan yang sudah di tetapkan oleh Bank. Namun pada akad pembiayaan modal kerja dan investasi mereka menggunakan akad murabahah, tentu hal ini tidak sesuai dengan prinsip syariah yang menggunakan akad mudharabah dan dalam mekanisme penyaluran pembiayaannya mereka juga menetapkan agunan yaitu sebesar 125% dari pembiayaan yang mereka berikan kepada nasabah dan perolehan pembiayaan yang dicapai Bank BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Pembantu di Jababeka Cikarang pada Januari 2016 - Desember 2016 ternyata jauh dari target yang sudah di tetapkan oleh Kantor Cabang Bank BNI Syariah Bekasi. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya perubahan sistem dari Kantor Cabang , banyaknya nasabah yang tidak bisa memenuhi persyaratan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh bank, serta tenaga kerja yang masih kurang.

Abstract

The development of Islamic banks is based on the development of the national economy, which has grown significantly, especially according to the people of Islamic boarding schools who consider that bank interest is included in the category of usury so that most of the people of Islamic boarding schools do not want to make transactions with conventional banks. In the view of the wider community, students have a higher level of religiosity and knowledge of religion than other communities. This research is quantitative, and the analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The instrument test produces accurate research consisting of validity and reliability tests, statistical tests consisting of t-test to partially test variables, and F test to test between variables simultaneously. At the same time, the classical assumption test is intended to determine whether there is a violation/deviation in the regression model consisting of multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test. The results of this study indicate that partially the religiosity variable has a significant effect on students' decisions to become customers in Islamic banks with a tcount of 2.034, and the knowledge variable significantly influences students' decisions to become customers in Islamic banks with a tcount of 9.448. Furthermore, the simultaneous influence with the F test shows that religiosity and knowledge have a significant effect on the decision of students to become customers in Islamic banks with a Fcount of 63.534.

Abstract

Public knowledge about Islamic banking is still small compared to conventional banking. This is not comparable to the people of Indonesia who mostly embrace Islam. Under these conditions, Islamic banking should be more attractive to the Indonesian people, especially the Muslim community. And there are still many people who do not understand Islamic banking, so not many people use Islamic banking services. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of community knowledge about the Mudharabah contract on the interest in saving at Islamic banks in the Malangnengah village community. This study uses a quantitative approach to data collection methods or questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The population in this study is the community of Malangnengah Village and the sample as research respondents will be taken using the Purposive Sampling technique with the slovin formula, namely 94 people. The data obtained from this study were analyzed using the IBM SPSS 25 program. In this study the authors used the theory of knowledge according to Gazalba (1992) knowledge is what is known or the work of knowing. This knowing work is the result of knowing, realizing, realizing, understanding, and being clever. Knowledge is all owned or the contents of the mind. Mudharabah theory according to Fatwa of the National Syari'ah Council NO: 07/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning Mudharabah Financing (Qiradh) states that Mudharabah is a business cooperation contract between two parties in which the first party (shaibul mal, LKS) provides all the capital , while the second party (mudharib, customer) acts as manager, and business profits are shared between them according to the agreement set forth in the contract. Interest theory According to Muhibbin Syah (2001) interest is a tendency and high excitement or a great desire for something. The results of this study indicate that the community's knowledge variable about mudharabah contracts (X) influences the interest in saving in Islamic banks in the Malangnengah Village community (Y), this can be seen from the results of the t test on the variable community knowledge about mudharabah contracts that it is known that the t_value is 7.744 > from the t_table value of 1.661.

Abstract

Technological developments in this rapidly growing era of globalization can attract the interest of customers who are used as supporting facilities for activities of all levels of society. One of the information technology in Islamic banking is m-banking service which is the development of the two previous forms of innovation in Islamic banking, namely SMS banking and internet banking. If interest has arisen in the prospective customer, it is hoped that the prospective customer can decide to use m-banking services. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of influence of the ease and quality of information on interest in the use of mobile banking services at Islamic banks partially or simultaneously. This study uses quantitative methods, the data used are primary and secondary data. The data collection technique used the Slovin formula sampling technique with 93 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and hypothesis test. Data processing using SPSS Version 25.0 for windows. The results of this study can be concluded that partially the convenience variable has a significant effect on student interest in using m-banking services at Islamic banks with a t-count value of 4.058 > 1.986 t table (df=90) and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. And the information quality variable has a significant effect on student interest in using m-banking services at Islamic banks with a t-count value of 4.570 > 1986 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, the simultaneous effect with the F test shows that the ease and quality of information have a significant effect on student interest in using m-banking services at Islamic banks with a calculated F value of 122.177 > 3.10. Based on the coefficient of determination test, it shows that the influence of interest on the ease and quality of information is 73.1%, the remaining 26.9% is explained by variables outside the variables studied.

Abstract

Real Work Lectures are a form of education by providing learning experiences for students to live in society. MSMEs are a sector that is quite important in playing various real economic interests in national development, especially for the creation of new businesses and jobs.This activity aims to explain the efforts that can be made to increase the marketing of MSME products in Teros Village, Labuhan Haji District, East Lombok Regency through optimizing packaging innovation. The method used consists of three stages: planning, implementation and evaluation. Assistance is provided by assisting in making branding labels. From the results of this activity, it can be concluded that direct assistance is more effective in increasing the awareness of MSMEs to adopt packaging innovations.
