Abstract

ABSTRAKJamur tiram putih (Pleurotus ostreatus) merupakan salah satu produk makanan yang mudah mengalami kerusakan dan mempunyai waktu simpan pendek yaitu 1-2 hari. Produksi jamur tiram di Indonesia semakin tahun mengalami peningkatan sehingga dibutuhkan alternatif dalam menjaga umur simpan pada jamur. Salah satu teknologi yang masih terus berkembang adalah teknologi plasma ozon. Teknologi ini menggunakan plasma dingin untuk menghasilkan ozon (O3). Baru-baru ini, beberapa peneliti telah mengembangkan teknologi ozon untuk mejaga umur simpan pada produk pasca panen hortikultura. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyimpanan jamur tiram putih (Pleurotus ostreatus) dengan teknologi plasma ozon yang dibangkitkan dengan teknik  Double Dielectric Barrier Discharge Plasma (DDBDP). Hasil kosentrasi ozon pada penelitian ini yaitu 65 ppm dengan kapasitas ozon sebesar 5.85 gram/jam pada flowrate 1.5 (L/min) dan tegangan 9,5 kV. Ozon dialirkan ke dalam plastik yang berisi sampel jamur pada perlakuan (5, 10, 15, 20 dan 25) menit. Berdasarkan hasil uji perubahan susut yang dilakukan, diperoleh perubahan susut tidak terlalu significant mengalami penurunan pada perlakuan ozone 20 menit dan 25 menit. Kata kunci: Jamur tiram; ozone; Double Dielectric Barrier Discharge Plasma; produk hortikultura ABSTRACTWhite oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is a food product that is easily damaged and has a short shelf life of 1-2 days. The production of oyster mushrooms in Indonesia is increasing every year so that an alternative is needed to maintain the shelf life of mushrooms. One technology that is still developing is plasma ozone technology. This technology uses cold plasma to produce ozone (O3). Recently, several researchers have developed ozone technology to maintain shelf life in post-harvest horticultural products. This study aims to determine the effect of storing white oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus) with ozone plasma technology generated by the Double Dielectric Barrier Discharge Plasma (DDBDP) technique. The results of the ozone concentration in this study were 65 ppm with an ozone capacity of 5.85 grams/hour at a flowrate of 1.5 (L/min) and a voltage of 9.5 Kv. Ozone was flowed into a plastic containing mushroom samples in the treatment (5,10,15, 20 and 25) minutes. Based on the results of the shrinkage change test carried out, it was found that the shrinkage change was not too significant and decreased in the 20 minute and 25 minute ozone treatment Keywords: Oyster mushroom; ozone; Double Dielectric Barrier Discharge Plasma; horticultural products.

Abstract

Parkir merupakan salah satu fenomena di Indonesia yang dapat mempengaruh pergerakan kendaraan dimana saat intensitas kendaraan sangat tinggi. Intensitas kendaraan tinggi akan menghambat pergerakan kendaraan terutama area parkir. Masalah kemacetan juga dapat terjadi akibat aktifitas kendaraan yang melakukan parkir pada badan jalan (On street parking) . Masalah kemacetan ini dapat kita jumpai di Swalayan atau pusat perbelanjaan, Sekolah, Perkantoran, dll. Berdasarkan penelitian diatas saya melalukan penelitian mengenai Pengaruh Parking Badan Jalan Terhadap Kinerja Ruas Jalan Pusat Perbelanjaan Swalayan Atlanta. Pusat perbelanjaan Swalayan Atlanta memiliki fasilitas parkir yang hanya mengandalkan teras depan pusat perbelanjaan untuk parkir, masalah yang sering terjadi di depan pusat perbelanjaan Swalayan Atlanta adalah banyaknya konsumen yang berbelanja sehingga kendaraan yang cukup banyak untuk parkir tidak cukup untuk di parkirkan di depan teras pusat perbelanjaan sehingga badan jalan juga digunakan untuk parkir yang membuat ruas jalan tersebut menjadi sempit dan menimbulkan kemacetan di jalan, Pada penelitian ini penulis akan melakukan penelitian tentang Pengaruh Parkir Badan Jalan Terhadap Kinerja Ruas Jalan Di Depan Pusat Perbelanjaan Swalayan Atlanta dengan melihat kapasitas jalan, volume, dan arus jalan. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 7 hari dengan 3 waktu tertentu (07.30- 08.00 wib, 16.00-17.00 wib, 17.00-18.00 wib

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of papaya leaf infusion against the weight gain of Nile tilapia infected with Aeromonas hydrophila and identify the active compounds contained therein.This study used a complete randomized design. The treatment consists of 5 treatments: treatment K (control), treatment A (25 ppt), treatment B (50 ppt), treatment C (75 ppt), and treatment D (100 ppt). This research includes several stages, the first being to infect tilapia with A. hydophila. The second stage is to mix papaya leaf infusion into the feed and observe behaviour, clinical symptoms, weight gain, water quality parameters, and phytochemical analysis. Results showed that treatment A showed the highest value for weight gain. Active compounds in papaya leaf infusion are alkaloids, flavonoids, terpenoids/steroids, glycosides, saponins, and tannins. Papaya leaf infusion increased the weight gain of Nile tilapia infected with A. hydrophila.

Abstract

Developing fiberboard from agro-industrial and natural waste has a significant impact on environmental practices. Fiberboards made from corncobs and coconut fiber have become a desirable by-product that can serve as a wood substitute. This research aims to analyze the physical and mechanical properties of fiberboard composites created from coconut husks and corn cobs, using natural adhesives like tapioca glue and citric acid. Corn cob particles and coconut fruit fibers were weighed in a 1:1 ratio. Tapioca glue or citric acid was then added in varying percentages: 10%, 14%, 18%, 22%, and 26% of the total mixture. This blend was poured into molds, spread evenly with a spatula, and pressed under 30 kg/cm² (426.7 psi). Subsequently, the samples were carefully removed for physical and mechanical testing. The findings of the study indicated that the different mass variations of corncobs and coconut fibers mixed with natural adhesives successfully produced fiber composites that met the Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) A 5095:2003 for the "hardboard" classification. The most effective composition was found in sample A5, which contained 26% tapioca glue. Tapioca glue proved to be the superior natural adhesive, surpassing citric acid. Tests conducted on fiberboard A5 revealed the highest density at 0.90 gr/cm³, the lowest porosity at 7.35%, optimal impact strength at 119.99 J/m², tensile strength of 730.50 MPa, and flexural strength of 109.34 MPa. Therefore, this fiberboard demonstrated favorable physical and mechanical properties.
