Abstract

Abstract.This study aims to identify the role of the family in the care of migrant workers on the psychosocial development of children and families of children of migrant workers who left to work abroad. It is based on some research that families Become overburdened entrusted with the child, the child's relationship with the mother Becomes tenuous, Unruly children and school dropouts. This study was a descriptive study, analyze and describe the role of the international family of migrant workers in childcare. Analysis used univariate analysis. Research results Obtained good family role as many as 22 people (55%) and not well 18 people (45%). item No. 10 Observe the activities of children outside school activities doubt answer, sometimes and never showed more than 50%. Families are advised to payattention to the children's learning process and socialization of children.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi penilaian pasien terhadap stresor yang dihadapi, yaitu proses kemoterapi yang sedang dijalani. Selain itu penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sumber koping yang digunakan oleh pasien dalam menjalani kemoterapi. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Responden penelitian adalah pasien kanker yang sedang menjalani kemoterapi, sejumlah 40 orang pasien. Penelitian dilakukan di RSI Sultan Agung Semarang, tepatnya di ruang Baitul Mawa (ruang kemoterapi). Secara umum hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu penilaian terhadap stresor pada responden menunjukkan penilaian positif (52,5%) dan sejumlah 50% pasien menggunakan sumber koping dengan baik. Kemoterapi merupakan stresor bagi penderita kanker. Cara individu menilai stresor tersebut dapat ditinjau dari beberapa aspek, antara lain: aspek kognitif, afektif, fisiologis, perilaku dan sosial. Untuk menghadapi stresor tersebut, maka individu harus mampu mengembangkan sumber koping yang dimiliki, meliputi: keyakinan positif, kemampuan individu, aset material dan dukungan sosial. Kata kunci : penilaian stresor, sumber koping, kemoterapi

Abstract

Background. Clinical components are very important in the curriculum of nursingeducation. One of the barriers in learning is psychological stress caused by manytasks, financial issues, exams, and lecturers. To get success in the education ofprofession, nursing students can be supported by an academic supervisor. Studentswho had problems should meet with an academic supervisor, but the guidance couldnot come well.Objective. This study aimed to find out the effectiveness of mentoring training ofacademic counselors on student’s perceptions about the role of academic counselorsof nursing profession of Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang.Methods. This study used a quasi experimental and the design of this study was pretest and post test design with control group.Results. Hypothesis test results indicated that the p value was 0.00 at an alpha of0.05, so that the value of p value was less than the alpha value. The role ofsupervision by the academic counselors who received mentoring training was moreeffective than those without the training.Conclusion. The role of supervision by the academic counselors who receivedmentoring training was more effective than those without the training. It isrecommended that academic counselors should continually develop themselves andmaintain quality.

Abstract

Breast cancer is a disease that can affect anyone, especially in women, and any type of treatment ofbreast disease can cause physiological, psychological and social problems in women affected by this disease. Changes in body image due to physical changes that accompanied the treatment that has been found to be a very stressful psychological response for breast cancer patients, this disease has made the women affected by cancer experienced anxiety about the treatment process that willbe on the way later so tend to affect self-concept women who can ultimately affect interpersonal relationships with others and included in their own spouse (Nuracmah, 2005).This study aims to determine the support of couples in Ca breast patients who underwent chemotherapy. The design of this research is qualitative research using descriptive phenomenology approach by doing direct exploration, analyze and describe the support of the couple. In this studycouples support consists of instrumental support, award support, emotional support, and information support. The  four support that had  founded that needs attention is informational support. The couple is expected to be able to provide informational support to the dean actively inquiring to the doctor or nurse during chemotherapy

Abstract

This study aims  to identify psychosocial development of the children. It is based on several studies that families become overburdened with children entrusted, the child's relationship withher mother became strained, unruly children and school dropouts. Family is the first level ofsocial group, the first place for learning about values and the formation of the child's personality structure through the values and norms of the parents. Yet with his parents, especially mothers working abroad will have much effect on the child. Problems that are often experienced bychildren whose parents work abroad (especially mothers) migrated abroad to earn money for thefamily, many children who pass through the golden age without the guidance of a mother, even though this period determine the most critical period for children. Though the mother would not be replaced by anyone. Children who left a lot of experience psychosocial problems such asemotional disorders, behavioral problems, hyperactivity, tend to be more passive in terms ofaddressing issues that arise both families and schools. The study was conducted in the area ofKendal, precisely at Taman Gede village, Gemuh subdistrict. Taman Gede is one of the villagesin the district, which send many citizens working abroad according to one of the company'smost labor suppliers at Gemuh districts. Kendal selected based on the results BNP2TKI reportstating that Kendal area was ranked as the ninth highest labor suppliers in Indonesia in2012. Respondents are selected based on inclusion criteria that is international migrant worker'sfamily with family members (mother) who left children aged 0 -18 years. The research used descriptive method design to analyze and describe the psychosocial development of thechildren. Analysis using univariate analysis. The results of the study were obtained either psychosocial development of the child as many as 24 people (60%). Unfavorable psychosocia ldevelopment that have familiar friends play. have significant achievements in life.  Keywords: Psychosocial, Children, Families of migrant workers

Abstract

Breast cancer is a disease caused by abnormal growth of tissue cells of the body that turn into cancer cells. Anytype of treatment for breast cancer can lead to psychological problems. Since now there are not a lot of studies Mamae cancer a nursing review. The systematic review is an integral part of evidence based health care. One of the best definitions of evidence based medcines (which can be applied to health care in general) “...is theintegration of best reserach care in general with clinical expertise and patient values (Spector, 2006). This is acomprehensive definit ion that doesn’t just include the results of best studies, but also considers clinical expert iseand the patients needs. This systematic review is intended to be critical analysis of evidence supports.
