Abstract

Abstract: The Benefits of Exercise to the Pelvic Diaphragm Muscles of Primary Dysmenorrhea in Adolescent Girls . Primary dysmenorrhea often occurs at the age of 25 years and not because of a gynecological condition, while secondary disease probems associated with gynecological conditions. Most teens deal with this by taking drugs or curative. In the research will provide a simple alternative therapies, easy to do and preventive. Objective : The purpose of this study was find out to know the benefits of exercise to the pelvic diaphragm muscles of primary dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls SMP N 1 Jeruklegi class VII. Methods : The study was conducted from May to July 2013, using a design Experimental research with cross sectional approach. Sampling was conducted in total sampling. The samples in this study were 70 young women. Analysis of test results using a paired T-test is a simple T-test for hypothesis 1 and 2, for the 3 hypotheses using independent t-test. The results showed that there were differences in pain between exercises I and II exercises that can be viewed from different variants. Variances different if P <0.05 Levene's test views of which 0062 (ie> 0.05), so that the same variant. Equal value means that 0.000 <0.005. So there is a difference between the benefits of exercise I and II. Abstract

A leader is very important in achieving the success and goals of an organization, as well as the principal who has an important role in achieving educational and learning goals. In leading school principals must have professionalism in order to achieve educational goals, therefore school principals must play a role in the planning, supervision, etc. Improving the quality of schools is one of the goals to be achieved, so to improve the quality of the institution itself the principal must be able to foster and direct teachers to work professionally in order to improve the quality of students. This study aims to determine the efforts or strategies of school principals in improving the quality of students in SDN Martopuro 2 Pasuruan Regency. The research approach used is qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of direct interviews with related speakers, namely the principal of SDN Martapuro 2, Pasuruan Regency. The results show that the principal acts as a manager, innovator, motivator by carrying out several efforts in improving the quality of students in SDN Martapuro 2 is trying to realize what is the vision and mission of the school, realizing active, effective and efficient learning, arousing interest and motivation student learning and trying to improve the character and moral values ​​of students.

Abstract

Pendidikan agama Islam memainkan peran penting dalam membina dan membentuk karakter seseorang. Salah satu tujuan dari pendidikan agama Islam adalah untuk membentuk individu yang memiliki karakter mulia sehingga mereka dapat meningkatkan iman dan pengabdian mereka kepada Allah SWT. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, dalam mengajar para pendidik harus menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan perkembangan siswa agar materi yang disampaikan dapat diterima dengan baik sehingga siswa mampu menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui macam-macam metode pembelajaran dan mengetahui metode pembelajaran akidah akhlak yang tepat dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan karakter siswa karena metode yang diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan hal itu akan mempengaruhi pemahaman dan karakter siswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan referensi yang digunakan dalam bentuk buku, jurnal, artikel dan karya ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran akidah akhlak yang tepat dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan karakter siswa adalah metode pembiasaan, metode keteladanan, metode tutor sebaya, dan metode Team Quiz.
