Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor gaji, lingkungan kerja, hubungan antara atasan dan bawahan, serta promosi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT San Miguel Pure Food Cabang Makassar. serta variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT San Miguel Pure Food Cabang Makassar.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan April-Mei 2021. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT San Miguel Pure Food Cabang Makassar , dengan pertimbangan bahwa data dan informasi yang dibutuhkan mudah diperoleh dan relevan dengan pokok permasalahan. Obyek penelitian ialah karyawan PT San Miguel Pure Food Cabang Makassar.Populasi terdiri keseluruhan karyawan P. San Miguel Pure Food Cabang Makassar berjumlah 40 orang. Sampel untuk penelitian jenis sampel jenuh, karena keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel (sensus).Variabel gaji, lingkungan kerja, hubungan antara atasan dan bawahan serta promosi berpengaruh secara simultan tehadap produktivitas karyawan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi  sebesar 0,682, berarti model regresi linier berganda ini variabel bebasnya secara simultan mampu memberikan kontribusi pada variabel tidak bebasnya sebesar 68,2% dan sisanya sebesar 31,8% dipengaruhi variabel lain.Variabel gaji dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,732 adalah variabel yang paling dominan terhadap.produktivitas karyawan PT San Miguel Pure Foods Cabang Makassar. Kata Kunci : Gaji; Lingkungan Kerja; Hubungan Atasan Bawahan; Promosi AbstractThe objective of this research to identify and analyse the factors of salary, working conditions, the relationship between supervisors and subordinates, as well as promoting the simultaneous impact on the productivity of employees of PT San Miguel-Pure Food departments Makassar. as well as the most dominant variables affect the productivity of workers of PT San Miguel-Pure Food departments Makassar.Research was conducted from April to May 2021. The study was conducted with OP San Miguel-Pure Food departments Makassar, bearing in mind that data and information accessible and relevant to the subject. The object of study is an employee of PT San Miguel-Pure Food departments Makassar.Overall employee population consisted of PT San Miguel Pure Foods Makassar Branch numbered 40 people. The sample for the study of saturated sample type, since the entire sample population (census). Variable salary, work environment, the relationship between superiors and subordinates as well as the promotion tehadap simultaneous influence employee productivity. This is indicated by the value of determination coefficient of 0.682, which means multiple linear regression model is capable of simultaneous independent variable dependent variable contribution from the remaining 68.2% and 31.8% influenced by other variables.Salary variable with a regression coefficient of 0.732 is the most dominant variable terhadap.produktivitas employees of PT San Miguel Pure Foods Branch Makassar. Keywords: Wages; Working Environment; Tops and Bottoms Relations; Promotion

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh metode belajar terhadap kelas eksperimen yang diperbandingkan dengan kelas kontrol pada mahasiswa/wi STIE Tri Dharma Nusantara Makassar. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah primer dan sekunder . Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai t hitung (equal variance not assumed) adalah 2.581 . Pada signifikansi 0.05 : 2 = 0.025 (uji 2 sisi) dengan derajad kebebasan (df), n – 2 atau 90 – 2 = 88 , diperoleh t tabel sebesar 1.9867 . Perbandingannya, nilai t hitung > t tabel (2.581 > 1.9867) dan signifikansi < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), maka dengan demikian hipotesis disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan rata-rata perolehan nilai antara kelas M-S2A dan M-K2A.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (i). to analyze the direct influence of leadership on employee performance; (ii) to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance; (iii). To determine the simultaneous effect of leadership and job satisfaction on employee performance This study used a survey method with a sampling technique, namely a saturated sample, namely permanent employees totaling 30 respondents. Data were analyzed using linear regression, multiple regression and determination tests. The results showed that: (i). Leadership directly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (ii). Directly job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (iii) Directly and simultaneously leadership and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to see the role of accounting in increasing awareness of SME households in paying zakat. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through interviews. The research results show that accounting is used to make it easier for SMEs to explain whether their wealth has reached the nisab and haul. This information can be seen from the notes for current assets and current liabilities in the business financial statements. In addition, it was found that good understanding or literacy of zakat can suppress opportunistic behavior, so that SMEs' awareness of paying zakat can increase, especially when SMEs have information to determine whether their SMEs have reached the nisab or haul.
