Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian  ini  dilakukan  untuk  menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh pegawai dan pemberian kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 108 orang pegawai yang bekerja pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bekasi. Menggunakan metode slovin serta menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling dengan teknik Stratified Random Sampling dari populasi sebanyak 148 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat koefisien korelasi antara variabel pelatihan dan kompensasi tingkat korelasinya rendah dan berpengaruh signifikan. Percayaan. Variabel pelatihan dan kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta variabel pelatihan dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai AbstrakThis research was conducted to analyze the effect of training carried out by the employees and compensation for job satisfaction in Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bekasi. This research uses quantitative research methods using descriptive and verification methods. The sample used in this research are 108 employees who work on Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bekasi. Using the slovin method and using the Stratified Random Sampling technique from a population of 148 people. From the results of data a coefficient’s correlation was obtained between training variables and compensation the correlation level is low and has a positive effect. The training and compensation variables partially have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and the training and compensation variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.Keyword: Training, Compensation, job satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganaisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasa Konsumen Sepeda Motor Yamaha Mio di Kab. Karawang. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menyebarkan kuesioner, wawancara dan juga study perpustakaan, dengan objek penelitian yaitu pengguna sepeda motor Yamaha Mio dengan jumlah 100 responden. Teknik anaisis yang di gunakan yaitu teknik analisis rentang skala dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk dan  Kepuasan Konsumen berada pada kriteria baik. Terdapat korelasi yang sangat antar Citra Merek dengan Kualitas Produk yaitu sebesar 81,7%. Pengaruh Citra Merek terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen secara langsung  sebesar 4,9% dan pengaruh tidak langsung Citra Merek terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen sebesar 10,4%. Serta pengaruh Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen secara langsung sebesar 33,1% dan pengaruh tidak langsung Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan konsumen sebesar 10,4%. Kemudian terdapat pengaruh simultan antara Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen sebesar 59% dan sisanya  sebesar 41% dari faktor lain yang tidak masuk kedalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, Kepuasan Konsumen AbstractThis study aims to determine, analyze and explain the effect of Brand Image and Product Quality on Yamaha Mio Motorcycle Consumer Satisfaction in Kab. Karawang. The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive analysis and verification. Data collection techniques used are distributing questionnaires, interviews and also library studies, with the object of research being Yamaha Mio motorcycle users with a total of 100 respondents. The analytical technique used is the technique of scale range analysis and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that Brand Image, Product Quality and Consumer Satisfaction are in good criteria. There is a very strong correlation between Brand Image and Product Quality, which is 81.7%. The direct influence of Brand Image on Consumer Satisfaction is 4.9% and the indirect effect of Brand Image on Consumer Satisfaction is 10.4%. And the direct effect of Product Quality on Consumer Satisfaction is 33.1% and the indirect effect of Product Quality on Consumer Satisfaction is 10.4%. Then there is a simultaneous influence between Brand Image and Product Quality on Consumer Satisfaction by 59% and the remaining 41% from other factors that are not included in this study. Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Brand Image pada website Sophie Paris dan pengaruh Perceived Quality pada website Sophie Paris terhadap minat beli masyarakat Bekasi yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini. Metode yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden, ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%. Penelitian ini  menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif. Hasil analisis verifikatif adalah pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dari Brand Image dan Perceived Quality terhadap minat beli. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadikan produk di website Sophie Paris lebih baik dari segi Brand Image dan Perceived Quality. Khususnya pada Brand Image yang mendapatkan skor rendah pada penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Brand Image, Perceived Quality, Minat Beli. AbstractThis study aims to see the effect of Brand Image on the Sophie Paris website and the influence of Perceived Quality on the Sophie Paris website on the buying interest of the Bekasi people who are the samples of this study. The method used in this research is quantitative research, using a sample of 100 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%. This research uses descriptive analysis and verification analysis. The results of the verification analysis are the partial and simultaneous influence of Brand Image and Perceived Quality on buying interest. The results of this study are expected to make the products on the Sophie Paris website better in terms of Brand Image and Perceived Quality. Especially on Brand Image which gets a low score in this study.Keywords: Brand Image, Perceived Quality, Buying Interest.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Promosi terhadap Brand Image serta dampaknya terhadap keputusan Pembelian minuman Coca-cola. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang berarti analisis pada data-data yang berupa pengolahan angka dan diolah dengan model statistika. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Deskriptif dan verivikatif. populasi pada masyarakat bekasi dengan tingkat kesalahan 10% maka sampel yang didapatkan adalah 100 orang. instrumen yang digunakan pada penbelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner. Promosi Coca-cola berada pada kategori setuju dengan rata-rata skor 377,5, yang artinya promosi yang dilakukan Coca-cola sudah Baik. Brand Image berada pada kriteria sangat setuju dengan rata-rata skor 422, yang artinya Brand Image Coca-cola sudah sangat baik. dan keputusan pembelian berada pada kriteria setuju dengan rata-rata skor 352 yang artinya keputusan pembelian sudah baikKata Kunci: Promosi, Brand Image, keputusan Pembelian AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion on brand image and its impact on purchasing decisions for Coca-cola drinks. This research is quantitative research which means analysis of data in the form of numerical processing and processed with statistical models. The approach used is descriptive and verification approach. population in the Bekasi community with an error rate of 10%, the sample obtained is 100 people. The instruments used in this research are interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Coca-cola promotions are in the agree category with an average score of 377.5, which means that the promotions carried out by Coca-cola are good. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of communication and organizational culture on employee performance at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Karawang Regency. The research method used is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. The research sample was 100 employees, using saturated sampling technique. The analysis used is path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that there is a correlation between Communication and Organizational Culture of 0.833 which means there is a very strong relationship. The results of the partial hypothesis test that communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the hypothesis that simultaneously Communication and Organizational Culture have a significant effect on employee performance. R2 Test of Communication and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance obtained R Square of 0.704, meaning that 70.4% of Employee Performance is influenced by these two variables, while 29.6% of Employee Performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan menjelaskan pengaruh pengembangan karir dan kompetensi organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas PUPR Kab. Karawang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verfikatif. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode Sampel Jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden dari populasi 123 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik Analisis Rentang Skala dan Analisis Jalur dengan bantuan Method of Succesive Interval (MSI), program computer Microsoft Excel 2013, dan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitan dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pegawai setuju terhadap Pengembangan Karir dan komitmen organisasi karena dinilai baik dan dapat diterima oleh pegawai PUPR Kabupaten Karawang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis jalur diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara pengembangan karir  dan komitmen organisasi, faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah komitmen organisasi hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Standardized Coefficients yang terbesar. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan antar pengembangan karir dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas pekerjaan umum dan penataan ruang Kab. Karawang.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Karir, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Pegawai AbstractThis study aims to determine, analyze, and explain the factors that influence the decision to use the This study aims to determine, analyze, and explain the effect of career development and organizational competence on the performance of the employees of the Public Works and Public Housing Agency Kab. Karawang. This research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods. Samples were collected using the Saturated Sample method with a sample of 100 respondents from a population of 123 people. The data analysis technique used is the technique of Scale Range Analysis and Path Analysis with the help of the Method of Succesive Interval (MSI), Microsoft Excel 2013 computer program, and SPSS. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that employees agree with Career Development and organizational commitment because they are considered good and can be accepted by PUPR employees in Karawang Regency. Based on the results of path analysis, it is found that there is a strong relationship between career development and organizational commitment, the most dominant factor influencing employee performance is organizational commitment, this is evidenced by the largest Standardized Coefficients value. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. There is a partial and simultaneous influence between career development and organizational commitment on the performance of public works employees and district spatial planning. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Online Customer Review dan Kepercayaan terhadap Minat Beli pada Marketplace Lazada. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, yaitu mengumpulkan, menyajikan, menganalisis dan melakukan pengujian hipotesis serta membuat kesimpulan dan saran. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode slovin dengan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan purposive sampling yang kemudian menghasilkan 100 sampel dari populasi yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang cukup kuat dan signifikan antara online customer review dan kepercayaan, variabel online customer review dan kepercayaan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, serta variabel online customer review dan kepercayaan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Kata Kunci: Online Customer Review, Kepercayaan, Minat Beli AbstractThis study aims to examine the effect of Online Customer Review and Trust on Buying Interest on the Lazada Marketplace. The research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing hypotheses and making conclusions and suggestions. Samples were collected using the slovin method with nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling which then produced 100 samples from the existing population. The results show that there is a fairly strong and significant correlation between online customer review and trust, online customer review and trust variables partially have a positive and significant effect on buying interest, and online customer review and trust variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Keywords: Online Customer Review, Trust, Buying Interest

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of good corporate governance and accounting conservatism on tax avoidance. This type of research is an explanation research with a quantitative approach. The independent variables in this study are good corporate governance and conservatism. While the dependent variable in this study is tax avoidance. The data used in this research is quantitative by analyzing secondary data. The population listed in this study consists of property companies during the 2016-2021 period. Where this research was conducted by means of a survey to the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The collected data is processed and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23 program. The results of this study indicate that: 1) good corporate governance has a positive and significant effect on tax avoidance and 2) conservatism has a positive and significant effect on tax avoidance. The results of this study suggest that if the company wants to do tax avoidance well, the company must understand good corporate governance and accounting conservatism so that tax avoidance by the company does not have a negative impact on the company in the long term.

Viranty Herlyna Putri, 2023. The influence of competency and work environment on employee performance Biro SDM Polres Karawang. Thesis. Faculty of Economics. University of Singaperbangsa Karawang. In this study, it is related to the influence of competency and work environment on employee performance Biro SDM Polres Karawang. The quantitative method used in this study along with descriptive and verification approaches. Quantitative methods are relied on in this case along with descriptive and verification approaches. The primary data relied on in this case, namely questionnaires and unstructured interviews, non-probability sampling technique is the technique for collecting data for this research. Employees at the Karawang Police HR Bureau are the population in this study, with a total of 59 employees, in determining the sample by relying on saturated sampling, there were 59 employees consisting of Polri and ASN or PNS Polri. The success of this research using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and SPSS 24. In this study, it provides the fact that there is a significant parcial effect on the competence variable of 0,41% and the work environment variable of 44,1% on employee performance at Biro SDM Polres Karawang. Furthermore, there is a simultaneous effect on competence and work environment variables on the performance of Biro SDM Polres Karawang with simultaneous value contribution reaching 74,4% and the remaining 25,6% is contribution of other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to measure, test and explain the magnitude of the influence of work stress and cyberloafing behavior on the productivity of village officials in Purwasari District, Karawang Regency.To collect data, present findings, analyse and test hypotheses, and draw conclusions and recommendations, this study uses a quantitative approach using descriptive and verification analysis. This study used a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample method to collect data from a total of 105 participants. Likert scale analysis and path analysis, implemented in SPSS version 25, formed the basis of this data analysis method. The research results indicate that the correlation coefficient between job stress and cyberloafing behavior is -0.211, falling within the low category, displaying a negative direction, and being significant. The partial effect of work stress on the productivity of village officials in Purwasari Subdistrict, Karawang Regency is 9.4%. On the other hand, the partial effect of cyberloafing behavior on the productivity of village officials in Purwasari Subdistrict, Karawang Regency is 7.4%, signifying that job stress contributes more to village officials' productivity compared to cyberloafing behavior. The simultaneous effect of job stress and cyberloafing behavior on the productivity of village officials in Purwasari Subdistrict, Karawang Regency is 16.8%, with the remaining 83.2% being attributed to other unexamined variables.
