<![CDATA[Between preschool age children will be very careful about something that is considered hurt themselves, besides that children's fears can occur because children are afraid of losing parents like when children are treated. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the effectiveness of touch and talk therapy and therapy storytelling to anxiety of children aged 3-6 years in Edelweis rooms RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu.This research is a quantitative study with a quasy experiment design, two groups pretest-posttest design. Sample of 32 respondents was taken by purposive sampling technique which was divided into 2 intervention groups. The results were obtained from 16 respondents before Touch and talk therapy. The average anxiety score was 31.62 and after intervention was 17.31 with a p-value of 0.000, the therapy group storytelling from 16 respondents, the average anxiety score before giving intervention was 31.56 and after intervention was 24.38 with p-value 0,000.The results of the statistical test scores after touch and talk therapy and storytelling therapy obtained p-value 0.001 <alpha (0.05). It can be concluded that there are differences in effectiveness between touch and talk therapy and storytelling therapy. Touch and talk therapy is more significant for reducing anxiety in children aged 3-6 years compared to storytelling therapy. Further research is suggested to be able to collaborate between these two therapies with other therapies by considering the factors that influence the administration of therapy. Keywords: touch and talk therapy, storytelling therapy and anxiety]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of health education using video and poster media on the knowledge and attitudes of fourth grade SDN 65 Seluma children in preventing diarrhea. This type of research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental approach using a two group pre and post test design. The results showed that the average score of children's knowledge in the video media group before the intervention was 68.00, after the intervention was 86.67, the child's attitude before the intervention was 52.67 after being given the intervention 80.93 with ρ-value 0.000. The average score of knowledge in the media poster group before the intervention was 72.67 after the intervention was 87.33, the attitude of the child before the intervention was 42.20 after the intervention was 65.40 with a ρ-value of 0.000. In conclusion, there is a significant effect of health education using video media and posters on children's knowledge and attitudes in preventing diarrhea disease. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the management of rheumatoid arthritis in the elderly in BPPLU Fence Dewa Bengkulu City. This study used an analytic observational method with a correlation study design. The results of the univariate analysis showed that 52% of the elderly had a good level of knowledge and 52% of the elderly had good management of rheumatoid arthritis, while the results of the bivariate analysis showed that the value of P = 0.000. In conclusion, there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and the handling of rheumatoid arthritis in the elderly at the Pagar Dewa Elderly Service and Assistance Center, Bengkulu City. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of sleep quality with changes in blood pressure in elderly hypertension at Tresna Werdha Social Home (PSTW) Bengkulu Province. This type of research is quantitative research in the form of an analytic survey with a cross-sectional research design. Univariate analysis results showed blood pressure in hypertensive elderly at Tresna Werdha Social Home (PSTW), which is 12 respondents (54.5%) had mild hypertension, ten respondents (45.5%) had moderate hypertension. Sleep quality experienced by elderly hypertension, 11 respondents (50%) experienced good sleep quality, and 11 other respondents (50%) experienced poor sleep quality. The results of bivariate analysis using chi-square test obtained ρ value = 0,000 and C value = 0.674. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between sleep quality and changes in blood pressure in hypertensive elderly at Tresna Werdha Social Home (PSTW) in 2019. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to see how the management of pulmonary tuberculosis treatment. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results showed that 1 in 3 tuberculosis patients did not comply with tuberculosis treatment in the working area of the Sukamerindu Public Health Center, Bengkulu City. Factors that support treatment non-compliance are the lack of knowledge of tuberculosis treatment guidelines. In conclusion, patients who do not comply are caused because they feel he is already healed and are lazy to take more medicine at the Sukamerindu Health Center, PMO already understands his duties as a PMO. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of ergonomic exercise on the Improvement of Functional Ability in the elderly in the Posyandu Elderly Work Area of the Sukamerindu Public Health Center in Bengkulu City, which decreased Functional Ability. The design of this study used a quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test without comparison (control) groups. Paired T-test results showed an increase in the value of functional ability with P Value = 0,000 <0.05. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of pain with the implementation of early mobilization and early ambulation in post-op fracture patients with lower extremities in the Seruni room of RSUD dr. M. Yunus, Bengkulu. The research design used in this study was a cross-sectional design. The results of the study, patients who did mobilization activities amounted to 82.9%. Patients who did not mobilize to 17.1% of patients who carried out ambulation activities amounted to 82.9%. Patients who did not perform ambulation activities amounted to 17.1%, pain moderate amounted to 77.1%, and severe pain amounted to 22.9%. In the chi-square test results, the value of p-value = 0,000. In conclusion, there is a correlation between the implementation of mobilization and early ambulation with pain in post-op patients with lower limb fractures at RSUD Dr. M. Yunus. <![CDATA[This study aims to find a website that strives to wash the hands seven of the early childhood school children in Aisyiyah 1 Kindergarten, Bengkulu City. The research design used a pre-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest. The results showed that before the intervention was given the first-star category, there were 27 people (90%). The children got the second-star sort as many as three people (10%), while the number of respondents after being given the intervention experienced an increase in ability and the third-star category was seven people ( 23.3%) and get IV stars as many as 23 people (76.7%), and the bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test obtained p-value = 0.000. In conclusion, there is a significant influence between the method of increasing the handwashing ability of seven early childhood in Aisyiyah 1 Kindergarten, Bengkulu City. <![CDATA[This study aimed to see the comparison of blowing bubbles and blowing bamboo blades to the respiratory frequency of children with asthma in the Edelweiss Room, DR. M. Yunus Bengkulu Year 2019. The research design used was a quasi-experimental research. The univariate analysis results showed that the average respiratory rate before and after doing super bubble blow therapy was in the moderate category (26.91) and after the intervention was in the medium type (25.30). The average respiratory frequency before and after blowing the bamboo propeller was moderate (26.69) and light (24.81). The bivariate analysis results showed that there was an effect of blowing bubbles on respiratory frequency in children with a value of p = 0.000, and there was an effect of blowing bamboo propellers on respiratory frequency in children with asthma with a value of p = 0.007. In conclusion, there is no difference in superbubbles blowing therapy's effectiveness by blowing bamboo propellers in children with asthma. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of providing education with video media and flip charts on the motivation and attitudes of parents in caring for toddlers with pneumonia. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with a non randomized without control group pretest-posttestdesign. The results showed there were differences in the average score of motivation and attitudes of parents in caring for toddlers with pneumonia before and after providing education. In the video media group Ï motivation value (0.001) and attitude (0,000), in the media group flip chart with Ï motivation value (0.002) and attitude (0,000) and in the video media and flip chart combination group with Ï motivation value (0,000) and attitude (0,000) . Conclusion, there is a significant influence of the use of educational media in providing education to an increase in the average score of motivation and attitudes of parents in caring for children with pneumonia.
