Abstract

Berdasarkan penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian signifikasi parsial (uji t) menghasilkan variabel pelatihan memiliki standardized coefficients beta sebesar -0,061 sedangkan variabel promosi memiliki standardized coefficients beta sebesar 0,310. Hal ini menunjukkan variabel pomosi mempunyai pengaruh yang dominan terhadap prestasi kerja, sehingga hipotesis (H1) diterima, artinya pelatihan dan promosi secara parsial merupakan variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Kerja di Dinas Pertanian dan Peternakan Kabupaten Majene. Sedangkan pengujian signifikasi simultan fisher (uji F), menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung 3,000 lebih besar dari nilai Ftable 3,158 dengan tingkat signifikansi F sebesar 0,05 yang nilainya sama dengan 0,05, maka dengan demikian Pelatihan (X1) dan Promosi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja di Dinas Pertanian dan Peternakan Kabupaten Majene.

Abstract

Peran MSDM Sebagai Strategi Keunggulan Bersaing di Era Kompetisi Global Pada Dinas Pertanian dan Peternakan Kab. Majene, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui Peran MSDM Sebagai Strategi Keunggulan Bersaing di Era Kompetisi Global Pada Dinas Pertanian dan Peternakan Kab. Majene. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi bserta wawancara dengan beberapa pihak yang berhubungan dengan peran MSDM sebagai strategi keunggulan bersaing di era kompetisi global. Prosedur pengolahan dan analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Aktivitas dalam analisis data kualitatif dilakukan secara interaktif dan berlangsung secara terus menerus sampai tuntas, sehingga datanya sudah jenuh. Aktivitas dalam analisis data, yaitu data reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dari rumusan masalah, Hipotesis, hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka hasil yang didapat adalah Peran MSDM Sebagai Strategi Keunggulan Bersaing di Era Kompetisi Global Pada Dinas Pertanian dan Peternakan Kabupaten Majene berada pada kategori kurang optimal.

Abstract

Abstract, This research aims to know how big the influence of application of technical training principles toward the official work of Majene District Regional Secretariat Office. This research was ex post facto research. The sample of this research was the employee of Majene District Regional Secretariat Officewho participated the technical training which followed by 84 participants. The data was collected by using questionnaire and documentation. The questionnaire used for measuring the variable of application of technical training principles and the official work, while documentation used for advocating the research data. The data analysis technique used was prerequisite test analysis with linear test, and hypothesis test used was simple regression analysis. The research result indicated that application of technical training principles had positive influence and significant toward the official work and the influence was on the average category which shown by the similarity regression Y = 0,220X + 12,885 with the coefficient regression (rxy) was 0,840, coefficient determination (r2xy) was 0,705 and found thitung was 14,009 bigger than ttabel1,663. Based on the coefficient determination (r2xy) 0,705 which mean 70,5% the official work was influenced by education and training employee while the rest 29,5% was influenced by others variable which were not being researched in this study.

Abstract

Management of Civil Servants is one of the things contained in the success of achieving the goals of an organization is strongly influenced by the role and performance of its employees. Leadership, motivation, and work discipline are the variables that determine the level of performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of employees at the National Unity and Politics Board of Majene Regency. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data with primary data sources and secondary data. In this study the population was all employees of the Office of the National Unity and Politics of Majene Regency, amounting to 27 people. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, questionnaire, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique of this study used multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, simultaneous test (F test), and partial test (t test). Based on the simultaneous test statistical table, the test results show that the significant value of Fcount 177.233 is greater than the Ftable value of 2.960 with a significance level of F of 0.000 which is less than 0.05, thus Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2) and Discipline (X3) significant effect on performance in the National Unity and Politics Agency Majene Regency. Based on the Table of coefficient of determination, shows that the R Square value of 0.612 means 61.2% The three independent variables Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2) and Discipline (X3) together can explain the model of this study

Abstract

 Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan indusri kakao khususnya dari  usaha perkebunan rakyat di Sulawesi barat  yang berdaya saing  dan memperbaiki pendapatan petani. Sebanyak 120  orang petani dan  pedagang kakao sebagai sampel responden. Hasil Indeks kepentingan relatif (RII) berada di atas (0,5) threshold.. Kinerja rantai pasok dan integrasi dalam pencapaian keunggulan bersaing Signifikan di antara mereka adalah antara integrasi pemasok (IPK) dan integrasi pelanggan (IP) value = 0,629 menunjukkan hubungan positif yang kuat. Hubungan antara peningkatan kinerja dan internal yang integrasi dan antara keunggulan bersaing dan integrasi internal berdua negatif. Tiga aspek integrasi rantai pasokan (II, IP, dan IPK) bersama-sama, menyebabkan peningkatan kinerja.Kata kunci : integrasi,  rantai pasok, kinerja, daya saing

Abstract

This study aims to test the relationship and influence between intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence towards competency and performance and partially test both variables. The object of this study was a civil servant at the Gorontalo Regency Regional Secretariat Office with a sample of 150 respondents by spreading questionnaires online. This study also uses the structural equation technique with data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results showed that intellectual intelligence variables positively and significantly influence employees' competence and performance. On the other hand, emotional intelligence does not have a significant effect on employee performance. This research can reference relevant agencies in looking at the relationship between intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence to employees' competence and performance to take the right policies. This research in the design is static. The model that we developed based on empirical studies and testing is limited to establishing simple relationships related to intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence variables that can affect employees' competence and performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of internal control on employees ethical behavior in the payroll system at the Regional Water Company of Majene Regency. The data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to employees and conducted interviews at the Regional Water Company of Majene Regency. The results showed that the independent variables (internal control) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Ethical Conduct Employees in Payroll System). This is proved by a simple regression analysis obtained value of R Square of 0.266, which means that the influence of internal control over ethical behavior of employees is 26.6% and the remaining 73.4% is influenced by other variables. Based on the results of significant value, the results are less than the level of significant is 0.002 <0.05. In addition, it can be seen also from the comparison tcountand ttable. Based on the results obtained output SPSS version 16 tcountat 3,339 while ttablevalue of 2.051. Due tcountgreater than 3,339 ttable> 2.051 hypothesis (H1) is accepted. So we can conclude that internal controls have a positive and significant influence on the ethical behavior of employees. This means more and better internal control better the ethical behavior of employees in the payroll system.And based on the results of interviews with one of the employees as treasurer salary PDAM Majene stated that the salary system applied in the company is running well and ethical behavior of employees who do not comply with the rules set in the company will be given sanctions or punishment in the form of not getting promotion and can be removed . This means the better the internal control the better the ethical behavior of employees in the payroll system

Abstract

Komunikasi dalam organisasi sangat penting untuk kelancaran fungsi organisasi. Komunikasi merupakan alat dengan mana orang berusaha untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi dan tujuan dan akhirnya tujuan inti umum keuntungan dan kemajuan. Pada dasarnya, hubungan tumbuh dari komunikasi, dan fungsi dan kelangsungan hidup organisasi didasarkan pada hubungan yang efektif antara individu dan kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Universitas Dipanegara sebanyak 30 orang. Metode penentuan sampel secara full sampling. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa komunikasi interpsonal dalam dimensi keterbukaan, empati, dukungan, rasa positif dan kesetaraan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam perkebunan rakyat di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar adalah tidak terintegrasinya rantai pasok, rendahnya kinerja usaha perkebunan kakao rakyat dan rendahnya dayasaing kakao, serta integrasi rantai pasok belum diterapkan dalam pengembangan industry kakao. Secara umum/jangka panjang penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kinerja perkebunan rakyat dan integrasi rantai pasok di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar yang berdaya saing dan memperbaiki pendapatan petani. sebagai berikut : (1) menganalisis ruang lingkup integrasi rantai pasok dalam rantai nilai (Value Chain) kakao di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar , (2) menganalisis faktor-faktor integrasi rantai dalam rantai pasok kakao di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, dan (3) mengevaluasi integrasi rantai pasok yang mengarah pada perbaikan kinerja usaha perkebunan rakyat dan dayasaing kakao di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar . Metode analisa data berbeda antara satu tahap dengan tahap lainnya yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan penelitian. Tahap pertama menggunakan analisa data deskriptip, relative important index, dan Chi Kuadrat dan pada tahap kedua menggunakan QSPM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work environment on employee performance. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 application. The data collection techniques in this study were interviews, questionnaires and observations. The population in this study amounted to 32 employees at the Parepare City Youth and Sports Department of Tourism. The sampling technique in this study was Saturated sampling. The sample in this study were 28 permanent employees and 4 non-permanent employees) at the Youth and Sports Department of Tourism of Parepare City. The results showed that Job Satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on performance with a regression coefficient value of 0.340 and a probability value of 0.037> 0.005. Partially job satisfaction also affects performance in terms of the t value of 2.189> t table 2.045. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance with a regression coefficient value of 0.554 and a probability value of 0.003 <0.005. Partially, the work environment also affects performance in terms of the t value of 3.226> t table 2.045. Job Satisfaction and Work Environment simultaneously affect performance seen from the F value of 10.797> F table 3.32.
