Abstract

Abstract,The role of woven craftsmen in the economy is a source of income for some people in Lampihong sub-district, but it can also be seen from the aspect of job potential and give positive influence to other businesses, such as raw material suppliers and shops as distributors.The subject of this research is woven craftsmen purun located in district Balangan. Some of the reasons for the selection of the subject of this research are the first woven craftsmen only apply the production management, the marketing management of financial management and accounting in a very simple way in which they run the activities with the knowledge management that they have so far that has been applied for many years and hereditary without there is additional knowledge and improvement. Both the lack of tithing and training obtained by the craftsmen woven purun so that the results of their operations so far do not show encouraging progress.Some of the problems faced by craftsmen include problems that lie in the performance of wicker craftsmen in the balangan district, namely in poor product quality, product design is less varied, marketing areas are still limited due to weak marketing strategy, financial management is still very simple and knowledge about very low accounting. Some solutions that can be offered to overcome this problem is to provide education, counseling and training to woven craftsmen purun about production management in terms of improving product quality, product design more varied, calculation of cost of production, management of raw materials and production systems more efficient. Counseling and training on marketing management is the improvement of its main marketing strategy of product improvement, promotion, pricing and expansion of marketing area. Counseling and training in the field of financial management is an improvement in financial management and in the field of accounting is about the recording of expenditures and revenues and the preparation of a simple bookkeeping.

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this study was to determine the application of sales promotions conducted at UD Hamida Kue to increase sales turnover. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, with sampling using incidental sampling, while the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. The conclusion of this study is based on the results of respondents' responses regarding sales promotions implemented by UD Hamida Kue, that for the variable of business promotion through the provision of a sample of 25 respondents (50%) stated agree, cash return of 23 respondents (46%) agreed, and special prices of 25 respondents (50%) agreed. For trade promotion variables through direct discounts, 25 respondents (50%) agreed and free goods in the form of packaging, 20 respondents (40%) agreed. While the variable of business promotion through trade shows as many as 20 respondents (40%) agreed.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work safety on the performance of employees in the laboratory and production divisions of PT Banua LimaSejurus Banjarmasin partially and simultaneously. The subjects in this study were employees of the laboratory and production divisions, totaling 85 people. The method used in this study was a quantitative analytical method, which provided empirical evidence of the effect of work safety on the performance of employees in the laboratory and production divisions at PT Banua Limasejurus Banjarmasin. This study uses numbers as research data with the independent variable is work safety (X) and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The results of the study prove that the work safety variables have a partial effect on the performance of employees in the laboratory and production divisions at PT Banua Limasejurus Banjarmasin. Variable The existence of a manual for the use of tools and or danger signs (X2) has the most dominant effect on the performance of employees in the laboratory and production divisions at PT Banua Limasejurus Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Harmoni Mitra Utama Banjarmasin because it is suspected that work motivation affects the performance of employees of PT Harmoni Mitra Utama Banjarmasin. The method used in this study is a quantitative analytical method, which provides empirical evidence of the effect of work motivation as an independent variable with employee performance as the dependent variable at PT Harmoni Mitra Utama. While the subjects in this study were all employees, namely 45 respondents. The results of this study are the results of the SPSS output from simple linear regression proving that the variables of Physiological Needs (X1), Safety Needs (Security) (X2), Social Needs (X3), Appreciation Needs (X4) and Self-Actualization (X5) simultaneously affect the performance of employees (Y) at PT Harmoni Mitra Utama.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of service quality partially on customer satisfaction at PT Mitra Andalan Logistik Banjarmasin. To determine the effect of service quality simultaneously on customer satisfaction at PT Mitra Andalan Logistik Banjarmasin. The research population is all consumers of PT Mitra Andalan Logistik Banjarmasin in 2020. The total population in this study is 253 people, as many as 86 consumers of PT Mitra Andalan Logistik Banjarmasin which will be used as the research sample size. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The results showed that there was an effect of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on customer satisfaction at PT Mitra Andalan Logistik Banjarmasin. This study succeeded in proving the sixth hypothesis which states that “there is a significant effect of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) on customer satisfaction at PT Mitra Andalan Logistik Banjarmasin.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how work stress partially influences the performance of employees of the Banjarmasin Branch of Indomaret Merchandising Department, to find out how partial punishment affects the performance of employees of the Indomaret Merchandising Department Banjarmasin Branch, and to find out how work stress and punishment simultaneously influence performance of employees of the Merchandising Department of Indomaret Banjarmasin Branch The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection is in the form of distributing questionnaires. Data processing in this study used the SPSS program and the analysis tests carried out were the Research Instrument Test, the Classical Assumption Test, and the Hypothesis Test. The conclusions of this study indicate that work stress and punishment simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Banjarmasin Branch of Indomaret Merchandising Department. Partially, Job Stress has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Indomaret Merchandising Department, Banjarmasin Branch, meaning that the higher the Job Stress, the Employee Performance will decrease significantly, and vice versa. And partially, punishment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that the fairer the punishment system applied to the Indomaret Merchandising Department, Banjarmasin Branch, the employee performance will increase. Suggestions from this study are that superiors from the branch level to the central level in the Indomaret Merchandising Department are expected not to overload employees with excessive tasks, this can increase high stress pressure. And to impose punishment on employees so that it can be carried out with a good warning and delivery, for example conveying it personally to the employee concerned, so that the employee does not feel pressured and there is no suggestion of excessive worry in doing work that can result in punishment.
