Abstract

Department of Culture and Tourism Bangka Belitung province is implementing elements of the government in the field of culture and tourism, handle by a Head Department . One of the units of work that there is a personnel department that handles staffing issues. At this time the data is processing system employee who applied the Department of Culture and Tourism Bangka Belitung province is already using a computer, using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel are stored in the folder, not to use a database (database) or not use the Database Management System (DBMS) as a place to save the data was related administrative personnel, so that the data is still standing on their own without the relationship between the data with others. So that why , in the preparation of reports and personnel administration the data takes a long time to search, because of it must be checked one by one every document was ouput. In order to find the data and preparing reports relating to personnel administration can be done quickly, a computerized information system needs to be applied to all issues relating to personnel administration can be resolved. So it takes the analysis and design of informationsystems personnel administration, which is in this case using object-oriented methodologies usesDiagram Unified Modelling Language (UML).

Abstract

Synopsis of cinema films is a description that illustrates the storyline of a film that will be screened on a bisocope with a brief study but can convey information related to the outline of a cinema film story that will be played on a bisocope. The number of synopsis of cinema films that are stored in the database of a system affects the use of time and space needed in the process of searching synopsis data. Synopsis search for cinema films can not be separated from the existence of string matching to match keywords searched with cinema film data stored in the database system, the better the way the string matching algorithm is applied to the search feature in a system, the easier it is for users to find data synopsis of cinema films sought. Knuth Morris Pratt uses the stage of shifting text patterns from left to right in the process of matching strings in text if there is a mismatch between the character pattern and the text character. In this study the Knuth Morris Pratt algorithm is used to make it easier for users to find synopsis data of cinema films that are searched according to the keyword searches performed on the search feature in the system.Keywords: synopsis, movie theaters, String Matching, Knuth Morris Pratt

Abstract

Supervisi dan pengawasan merupakan dua komponen penting dalam manajemen pendidikan yang berperan strategis dalam peningkatan mutu penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Keduanya saling berkaitan dan tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam mengawal pelaksanaan program pendidikan agar berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan, standar, dan kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan. Supervisi pendidikan menitikberatkan pada proses pembinaan, pendampingan, dan bantuan profesional kepada guru serta tenaga kependidikan guna meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran dan kinerja profesional secara berkelanjutan. Sementara itu, pengawasan pendidikan berfungsi sebagai alat pengendalian, pemantauan, dan evaluasi untuk memastikan seluruh kegiatan pendidikan dilaksanakan secara efektif, efisien, dan akuntabel. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara komprehensif makna, fungsi, tujuan, ruang lingkup, serta sasaran supervisi dan pengawasan dalam pendidikan, sekaligus menjelaskan hubungan keduanya dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Melalui kajian literatur dari berbagai sumber relevan, diketahui bahwa supervisi dan pengawasan yang dilaksanakan secara terpadu dapat menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang lebih berkualitas, meningkatkan kompetensi guru, memperbaiki manajemen sekolah, serta mendorong tercapainya tujuan pendidikan secara optimal. Oleh karena itu, implementasi supervisi yang bersifat pembinaan dan pengawasan yang berorientasi pada perbaikan perlu dikembangkan secara seimbang dalam praktik pendidikan
