Abstract

his study aims to examine the effect of media influence on the influence of individual intention to donate blood donors. Data were obtained through questionnaires that have been distributed to social media users who have no experience of donating blood. The sampling technique used was pur posive sampling with a sample of 200. Hypothesis testing was carried out using SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis. The results in this study indicate that three hypotheses are supported and one hypothes is is not. It can be inter preted that the donor's attitude is able to provide strength in increasing the user's intention to donate blood through the effects of social media and the interactivity of social media which can communicate in two ways not because of the features of social media.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the attitude variable on the intention to use the Halodoc application. The intention to use Halodoc application is caused by the attitudes and trusts toward using the Halodoc application. Attitudes and trusts have an impact on the intention to us Halodoc application The data was obtained through questionnaires which distributed to the general public, both those who have used or have not used the Halodoc application. The sample which used in this study was 200. The sampling technique used was purpose sampling. Hypothesis testing is done by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with the path analysis method. The results of this study indicate that five hypotheses are supported and three hypotheses are not supported. The relationship between attitudes and trusts has a positive effect on the intention to use the Halododc application. The variable of vulnerability has an effect on attitudes, vulnerability has no effect on t rust. The risk variable has no effect on attitudes and trusts. Characteristics of the application have a positive effect on attitudes and tr usts.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of training on psychological contract fulfillment as moderated by the individual's relational orientation. The data were obtained from the questionnaires distributed to employees Jiwa Hospital of Surakarta and PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital of Surakarta. The sampling technique used is cluster sampling with a population of 149 hospital employees. Hypothesis testing is performed using regression analysis using SPSS 18. The results of this study indicate that training has a significant effect on psychological contract fulfillment and relationship orientation moderates the relationship between training and psychological contract fulfillment.

Abstract

Traditional medicine / herbal medicine is a product consumed by many people, so the security aspect must be maintained. In order for herbal products to be safely consumed, herbal medicine producers must understand and apply sanitation and hygiene in their production processes and packaging methods. The community service activities aim to improve the knowledge and skills of herbal medicine craftsmen about sanitation and herbal hygiene production and how to pack using continuous sealer machines. This activity was held at PJ SUTI SEHATI, having its address at Pengkol RT 02 RW 1 Nguter Sukoharjo and PJ Bintang Mas having the address at Tenongan RT 2 RW 1 Gupit Nguter Sukoharjo. The form of the activity is providing counseling (lectures and question and answer), training and mentoring. The target of the activity is the leader / owner and employees of herbal medicine craftsmen. The steps of the activity include, preparation, implementation and evaluation. The participants received an explanation of sanitation and hygiene and how to pack using continuous sealer machines. Evaluation has been carried out after service activities which result in packaging using a continuous sealer machine 3-4 times faster and more hygienic.

Abstract

The security of using mobile banking in Indonesia is perceived as not providing a good guarantee, so it can reduce trust in continuing to use it. This study examines factors that can increase trust to influence customers' intention to continue using mobile banking. The role of user learning, the perceived value of the application, technological competence, and compatibility can strengthen trust in forming an intention to continue using. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling technique, with 200 respondents using the BCA Mobile application, which was conducted online. Validity and reliability testing was carried out using the SPSS version 22 application. A structural approach with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis was employed to test Hypotheses. The test results show that trust in forming the intention to continue using is influenced by perceived learning, perceived value, and technological competence and is not affected by application compatibility. Keywords : Intention to Use Continuence, Trust, and Mobile Banking Abstrak Keamanan penggunaan mobile banking di Indonesia dipersepsikan belum memberikan jaminan baik yang dapat menurunkan kepercayaan untuk terus menggunakan. Studi ini mengkaji faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan untuk dapat mempengaruhi nasabah untuk berniat terus menggunakan mobil banking. Peran pembelajaran pengguna, nilai persepsian dari aplikasi, kompetensi teknologi, dan kompatibilitas menjadi faktor yang dapat menguatkan kepercayaan dalam membentuk niat untuk terus menggunakan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 200 responden pengguna aplikasi BCA Mobile yang dilakukan secara online. Pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 22. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan pendekatan structural dengan analisa SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan kepercayaan dalam membentuk niat terus menggunakan dipengaruhi adanya pembelajaran yang dipersepsikan, nilai persepsian, kompetensi teknologi, dan bukan disebabkan kompatibilitas aplikasi. Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membangun wisata kuliner tradisional di Kelompok Tinthir Institute di Dusun Demping, dengan memanfaatkan platform Google My Business dan pembukuan akuntansi. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan karena pentingnya meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang bisnis kuliner tradisional di era modern. Metode penelitian mencakup memberikan instruksi praktis tentang cara menggunakan Google My Business dan menerapkan sistem pembukuan sederhana. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan tentang manajemen keuangan dan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam aksesibilitas online untuk bisnis wisata kuliner tradisional. Keberhasilan pengabdian ini menunjukkan betapa pentingnya teknologi untuk mendukung bisnis tradisional dan seberapa penting pengelolaan keuangan dalam membangun ekonomi suatu kelompok/komunitas. Ini berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan serta keberlanjutan wisata kuliner tradisional. Secara keseluruhan, pengembangan wisata kuliner tradisional dan peningkatan pengelolaan keuangan lokal sangat dibantu oleh strategi berbasis Google My Business dan pembukuan akuntansi. Hal ini tidak hanya membantu secara finansial, tetapi juga menunjukkan contoh upaya serupa di tempat lain untuk meningkatkan ekonomi lokal secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

University as an academic institution has a massive potential to built-in entrepreneurs with extensive concept. This have been formed by Setia Budi University with funding the Community Service Programmed which aimed to increase the quality of community in economic, academic and prosperity. Based on that program, the community serviced program about training of making Souvenir will be held in Tambora Tengah , Kelurahan Mojosongo, KecamatanJebres where placed in Setia Budi University area. This district has 21;RW, and 04 RT which has about 30 families each.According to that situation, come up the idea to help each family to be more productive and earning trough training. This training of making souvenir amimed to increase the productivity and passive income to develop and self-supporting the family prosperity.This entrepreneurship in developing souvenir business identic as woman business activity which has time and energy effective and not disturbing their activity and responsibility as a housewife.
