Abstract

Corona virus or severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is a virus that attacks the respiratory system. This disease due to viral infection is called COVID-19. Corona virus can cause disturbances in the respiratory system, acute pneumonia, to death. Based on the Circular of the Secretary General of the Indonesian Ministry of Health No.PK. 02.01 / B.VI / 839/2020 dated 05 March 2020 concerning the Appeal for Prevention of COVID-19 Transmission, namely the Government instructs everyone to obey health protocols such as wearing masks, washing hands and maintaining distance or avoiding crowds and implementing a clean lifestyle such as always wearing handsanitizer and maintain a healthy diet by eating lots of vegetables and fruit and avoiding eating raw meat. For this reason, the implementation of KKN (Real Work Lecture) of the Islamic University of Surakarta in 2020 in Gentan Village, Baki District, Sukoharjo Regency with a thematic theme adapting to the current situation, this program also helps the government to break the chain of Covid-9 spread, by carrying out several programs such as Socialization of Covid-19 Prevention, giving handsanitizers and masks, tutoring for Kindergarten-SMP level children, social services, spraying disinfectant fluids, distributing vitamins, distributing brochures to prevent the spread of covid-19 Keywords: KKN UNIBA Surakarta, Gentan Village, Prevention of Covid-19 transmission, Health Protocol

Abstract

Sampah plastik masih menjadi permasalahan, terutama bagi kelestarian alam. Pembuangan sampah plastik ke dalam air dan tanah menambah tingkat kesengsaraan alam. Sampah plastik yang terlalu lama tertimbun dalam tanah, tertumpuk, ataupun hanyut dalam perairan maka yang akan terjadi adalah pemanasan global yang berdampak pada kehidupan manusia itu sendiri. Untuk menghindari pencemaran lingkungan oleh limbah plastik, perlunya pengolahan kembali limbah plastik tersebut. Pada pengabdian masyarakat ini akan melatih pengelolaan sampah plastik dengan melatih kreativitas masyarakat, sehingga limbah plastik dapat di daur ulang menjadi barang yang berguna kembali. Program pengabdian masyarakat terdiri dari 1). penyuluhan tentang pentingnya menjaga kelestarian alam dengan pemanfaatan limbah plastik 2). Demonstrasi proses pembuatan tas yang berbahan baku dari kemasan minuman yang terbuat dari plastik. 3). Pelatihan pembuatan tas ditujukan kepada ibu-ibu PKK dengan melibatkan seluruh peserta pelatihan. 4). Tanya jawab untuk melengkapi hal yang belum dijelaskan. Hasil program ini selain bertujuan untuk pelestarian lingkungan, juga dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat. Kata kunci : sampah plastik, tas cantik, pelatihan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 in terms of the Quick Ratio, Current Ratio, Return On Investment, and Net Profit Margin. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all 182 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the number of samples in this study were 11 companies. The data collection technique is secondary data, so the data is taken from the financial statements of Manufacturing Companies listed on the IDX 2017-2019 through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id). Testing the research hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that each company, judging from the ratios owned, has increased and decreased quite varied. From the points obtained, it can be seen that the companies that have the best level of financial health during 2017 to 2019 are PT HM Sampoerna Tbk, PT Tempo Scan Pasific Tbk and PT Mayora Indah Tbk. And the company that has the most unhealthy level of financial health during 2017 to 2019 is PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu pengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial Electronic word of mouth, Gaya Hidup dan Kepuasan pelanggan terhadap minat beli ulang Jasa Go-Food. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tenaga kependidikan Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta. Populasinya diketahui sebanyak 63 orang, peneliti menggunakan semua populasi sebagai responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa masing-masing variabel Electronic word of mouth, dan Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang. Sedangkan variabel Gaya hidup secara terpisah tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Electronic word of mouth, dan Kepuasan pelanggan dapat meningkatkan minat beli ulang. Kata kunci : Electronic word of mouth, Gaya Hidup, Kepuasan pelanggan, Minat beli ulang

Abstract

The development of the culinary industry in Indonesia has experienced a rapid increase, in this condition the competition has become fierce to get and retain customers. This study aims to examine product diversity, product quality and service quality towards customer loyalty of Sakaw Coffee & Bites. The sample research sample is 100 consumers accidental sampling with multiple linear regression method. The results of the research on product diversity, product quality and service quality simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on customer loyalty of Sakaw Coffee & Bites. The contribution of the three independent variables can explain customer satisfaction by 47.9% and the rest is influenced by other variables. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Brand Awareness and Celebrity Endorsement on the Opposition of Buying Oppo Smartphones on Students of the Faculty of Economics, UNIBA Surakarta. This type of research uses quantitative methods, the population taken in this study were students of Surakarta Samples used in this study were 80 people sampling techniques using Convenience sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple Linear analysis techniques. F test results state that Product Quality, Brand Awarenesss and Celebrity Endorsement simultaneously and significantly influence the Oppo Smartphone Interest in the Faculty of Economics, UNIBA Surakarta. while based on the t test stated that partially the quality of the product had a positive significant effect on the Purchase Oppo Smartphone Interest in the Faculty of Economics UNIBA Surakarta. Brand Awareness partially influences positively and significantly the interest in buying Oppo Smartphones in UNIBA Surakarta Faculty of Economics Students. Celebrity Endorsement partially has a positive and significant influence on the Oppo Smartphone Interest in UNIBA Surakarta Faculty of Economics Students. Abstract

The research aims to find out and describe the influence of simultaneously or partial career development, motivation and attitude towards work productivity in PT. BCA Multifinance Surakarta. This methodology research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all employees PT. BCA Multifinance Surakarta is 47 people. The number of samples was determined with the formula Arikunto and the result 47 respondents. Sampling method using sensus sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis is multiple linier regression, F test, t test and determination coefficient. This test results the career development, motivation and attitude simultaneously and significance effect on work productivity in PT. BCA Multifinance Surakarta. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat Digital Marketing, Kewirausahaan Upaya Pemulihan Ekonomi Masa Covid-19 di Sentra Batik Wonogiri Jawa Tengah, ini merupakan solusi terbaik untuk membantu perekonomian tetap berjalan. pendampingan pemasaran melalui media sosial. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat sebagai penentu daya saing, pembuatan inovasi desain batik dengan ciri khas batik Wonogiri dan pendaftaran kekayaan intelektual hak, penambahan peralatan pendukung untuk peningkatan kualitas dan percepatan proses produksi berupa alat, peningkatan kapasitas produksi, jumlah omzet meningkat dibanding periode awal pandemi Covid-19.
