Abstract

The purpose of this article is to see how the development of literary criticism during the Umayyad and Abbasid times, and to increase knowledge more broadly about Arabic literary criticism. As for the results of this study, namely literary criticism during the Umayyah and Abbasiyyah periods, there are differences and changes. This difference can be seen that during the Umayyad period, literary criticism was focused more on three areas, namely the Hijaz, Iraq and Syria. These three areas have different literary criticism themes. In the Hijaz region, literary criticism contained the Ghazal theme, in Iraq it contained the theme Fakhar and i'tiza, in Iraq there was also criticism of Polemic poetry and literary plagiarism, while in the Syrian region it contained the theme Madh. In contrast to the Abbasid literary criticism which no longer focuses its criticism on the division of regions, but literary criticism developed during the Abbasid era prioritizing literary criticism in terms of rhetoric.

Abstract

Students are the cornerstone of the country’s development. While we are students, we must remember that we have a huge responsibility to contribute to the realization of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. One of the main pillars of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education is community service. Community service is the direct implementation of science, technology, and cultural arts to the community through scientific methodologies as the dissemination of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and noble responsibilities in an effort to develop community capabilities, so as to accelerate the growth rate of achieving national development goals. This study is aimed to describe the role of PGMI 4 UINSU students in education field. The PGMI 4 UINSU students work programs in education focus on maghrib mengaji, teaching at MDTA and distributing sirah nabawiyah books. In this study, the researchers used a qualitative approach with observation and description methods. The participants of this study were the children in Tanjung Mulia, particularly MDTA students and local community. The result shows that in terms of education, the children lack of discipline and motivation, so they are possibly find it hard to develop their creativity. In addition, in terms of maghrib mengaji and distributing sirah nabawiyah books, it has been done successfully. Furthermore, students have a role as the facilitators and drivers of programs implementation

Abstract

Abstract Reading has a very important role in education, especially for students to obtain information, broaden their horizons, and sharpen their views. This study aimed to see the effect of using scramble media on students' reading skills in the high class of SD 067251. The research type used was quasi-experimental design. The sample consisted of students in class IVA as the control group and students in class IVB as the experimental group, selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research instruments used were oral tests (reading) and written tests (multiple choice) of 20 questions. The data analysis used was descriptive and inferential analyses using the Independent Sample t-test. The results showed that using scramble media had an effect on students' reading ability. This can be seen from the average score of students taught using scramble media, which is higher than the conventional media (books and blackboards). Scramble media can be considered as an alternative medium to help overcome students' reading disabilities, especially in high grades.

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk memberitahukan dan mengajarkan pengetahuan dasar sebelum masuk ke ranah Tasawuf kepada masyarakat untuk melakukan hal kecil yang disangka tidak penting terlebih dahulu sebelum melakukan hal besar untuk bisa sampai pada hakikat dan ma’rifat dimana ini berisi tentang persoalan-persoalan yang benar-benar akan dibahas pada ilmu Tasawuf. Ilmu tasawuf adalah jalan menuju hakikat dimana hakikatnya adalah cinta metodenya adalah dengan cara menatap lurus ke satu arah yang tujuannya adalah Allah Ta’ala. Penelitian ini mengunakan analisis studi pustaka. Studi pustaka merupakan jenis penelitian yang menginventarisir data melalui sumber-sumber tertulis. Pengumpulan data dan informasi diperoleh dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal, naskah, dan dokumen yang otoritatif.. Kajian kitab Sira Al-Salikin karya Syeikh Abdul Shamad Al-Palimbani jilid 1 bab 2 mengkaji tentang tata krama dan sopan santun, antara lain tata krama makan dan minum, tata krama berusaha dan menghasilkan kehidupan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan, tentang halal dan haram serta tata krama dalam bersahabat.
