Abstract

 The Problems who discussed in this research are : 1). How  the influence emotional intelligence of employee performance, 2). How  the influence competence of employee performance, 3). How  the influence environment work of employee performance, 4). How the influence are emotional intelligence, competence, and environment work together of employee performance.         The type of research is explanatory research that is assosiative, which aims to know the relationship between two or more variables. This research conducted in Islamic University Kalimantan (Uniska) Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjary Banjarmasin. The population of this research are employes of Islamic University Kalimantan (Uniska) Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjary Banjarmasin which amounts 163 people.        The method of taking data is by using a questionnaire as a source of primary data and documentation as a source of secondary data. The techniques of data analysis in this research is by using multiple regression analysis.        That result of research find all hypothesis in this research already to proven significantly. The emotional intelligence weigh in significantly of employee performance. The competence weigh significantly of employee performance with magnitude of correlation. The environment work weigh in significantly of employee performance with magnitude correlation. The emotional intelligence, competence, and the environment work in simultane weigh significantly of employee performance. The implication of this research are emotional intelligence, competence, and environment work have the same  role important either individually or jointly in improve of employee performance. Key word :     emotional intelligence, competence, environtment work, and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) The effect of promotions, discounts and services at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya (Alfamart) (2) Sales Volume (Study at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya (Alfamart). The research design is a quantitative study and uses several data collection methods which are collected directly by the researcher himself and obtained from the source to be specifically examined and recorded as well as those sourced from records at the company or other sources, namely by holding a library stadi, in the form of documents, notes and published and unpublished reports that have been compiled. The results showed 1) Promotion (X1) partially had a significant effect on sales volume (Y). Discounts (X2) partially have no significant effect on sales volume (Y). Service (X3) partially has no significant effect on sales volume (Y). The results of the F test prove that the variables Promotion (X1), Discounts (X2) and Service (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on the Sales Volume variable (Y). This is because if the Promotion is comparable to the Discounted Prices and Services performed, it will automatically increase sales volume.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) to evaluate the financial performance of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk from 2017 to 2021 using various financial ratios. The financial ratios to be used include liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios. The design of this study uses a quantitative descriptive approach, which means that the data obtained will be analyzed statistically to provide an overview of the company's financial condition. The survey research method was used to collect financial data from PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. The results of the study show: that the financial performance of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk for the 2017-2021 period based on ratio analysis (1) the calculation of the liquidity ratio (current ratio and quick ratio) is said to be not good. (2) solvency ratios, such as (debt to asset ratio) are said to be not good, while (debt to equity ratio) can be said to be good. (3) Activity ratios, such as inventory turnover, are good. (4) profitability ratios, such as (return on equity and return on investment) can be said to be not good.
