Abstract

AbstractThis paper studied a relationship between the quality of google classroom and student satisfaction. The quality of google classroom measured based on the Webqual 4.0 which is consists of four variables i.e. information quality, service interaction quality, user interface quality and usability. The relationship modeling between these latent variables and the student satisfaction was done by using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Estimation parameters of the model used PLS-SEM algorithm and Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. Data was collected using a questionnaire to 89 students of google classroom’s Probability and Statistics Course, Odd Semester 2017-2018 at STMIK Sumedang. The result showed the information quality, the service interaction quality and the user interface quality does not have significantly influence of the student satisfaction. Each of the total effects are 0.149; 0.011 and -0.155. While the usability has a significant effect to the student satisfaction positively with total effect 0.707. Keywords : partial least squares, pls-sem, webqual 4.0 AbstrakHubungan antara kualitas google classroom dan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa dipelajari pada paper ini. Kualitas google classroom diukur berdasarkan metode Webqual 4.0 yang terdiri atas empat variabel laten yaitu kualitas informasi, kualitas interaksi layanan, kualitas antar muka pengguna dan kegunaa. Pemodelan hubungan antara keempat laten variabel tersebut dengan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Squares- Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Estimasi parameter model dilakukan dengan menggunakan algoritma PLS-SEM yang didasarkan pada metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran 89 kuesioner terhadap mahasiswa yang terdaftar pada google classroom mata kuliah Probabilitas dan Statistika pada Semester Gasal 2017-2018 di STMIK Sumedang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi, kualitas antar muka penggunan dan kualitas interaksi layanan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa dengan total pengaruh berturut-turut 0,149; 0,011 dan -0,155. Sementara variabel kegunaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa dengan total pengaruh sebesar 0,707. Keywords : partial least squares, pls-sem, webqual 4.0

Abstract

ABSTRAK Statistika memiliki peranan yang sangat penting pada sebuah penelitian. Dengan meningkatkan kompetensi di bidang Statistika, para peneliti akan mampu meminimumkan kesalahan yang dapat terjadi dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas output penelitian. Berdasarkan observasi, masih banyak dosen atau peneliti yang terpaku pada metode analisis tertentu dalam mengolah dan menguji hipotesis penelitian dari data yang dikumpulkan melalui sebuah kuesioner. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kurangnya pemahaman dan kemampuan dalam menerapkan dan mengolah data menggunakan metode yang sesuai dengan karakteristik data yang dimiliki baik secara teori maupun secara praktik menggunakan software. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan mengenai metode PLS-SEM menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0 dalam mengolah data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner pada Dosen mata kuliah Statistika di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Dalam pelatihan ini, peserta dibekali dengan pemaparan teori PLS-SEM meliputi tentang pemaparan atau review mapping metode analisis data, skala pengukuran variabel, teori dasar dari PLS-SEM serta praktikum menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Kegiatan ini mampu mengenalkan dan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kemampuan Dosen mata kuliah Statistika di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung dalam menerapkan metode PLS-SEM menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini juga mampu mendorong motivasi dosen dalam melaksanakan penelitian dan pengembangan transfer ilmu kepada mahasiswa. ABSTRACTStatistics has a very important role in a study. By increasing Statistics competence, researchers will be able to minimize errors and can improve the quality of research output. Based on observations, there are lecturers or researchers who tend to use certain methods on research hypotheses assessment on data which collected through questionaires. Caused by the lack of understanding and ability to choose a suitably method with the characteristics of the data both in theory and in practice using software. The aim of this activity is to provide training on the PLS-SEM method using SmartPLS 3.0 on data obtained from questionnaires for Lecturers of Statistics courses at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. In this training, participants are provided with an explanation of PLS-SEM theory including review of mapping data analysis methods, variable measurement scales, basic theory of PLS-SEM with practical analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. Not only able to introduce and improve the understanding of Lecturers of Statistics courses at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung on the application of the PLS-SEM method using SmartPLS 3.0, this activity also encourage lecturers' motivation in carrying out research and developing knowledge transfer to students.

Abstract

Desa Citengah Kabupaten Sumedang memiliki potensi desa yang belum dikenal luas oleh masyarakat. Potensi desa yang dimiliki diantaranya potensi wisata alam, produk unggulan atau produk UMKM. Untuk itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun website desa Citengah menggunakan metode prototype.Website tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai media layanan informasi pemerintahan desa maupun media promosi untuk potensi desa yang dimiliki. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam beberapa tahap yaitu tahapan initiating, tahapan planning, tahapan executing, tahapan monitoring dan controlling serta tahapan closing. Kegiatan ini ditutup dengan seminar sosialisasi website desa kepada masyarakat setempat. Hasil kegiatan ini berupa website desa Citengah yang dapat diakses pada domain http://citengah.sumedangdesa.id.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk membandingkan hasil penaksiran parameter model regresi binomial negative dengan model Poisson untuk underreported counts pada penelitian sebelumnya. Model regresi dibentuk pada data penjualan produk yang mengalami underreporting counts, akibat keterlambatan input data ke aplikasi penjualan produk (sales cycle). Pada penelitian sebelumnya, model yang digunakan merupakan gabungan antara distribusi Binomial dan distribusi Poisson. Parameter model regresi ditaksir menggunakan pendekatan Bayes dan simulasi Markov Chain Monte Carlo melalui Algoritma Gibbs Sampling. Hasil penaksiran menunjukkan adanya perbedaan antara banyaknya penjualan yang dilaporkan dengan banyaknya penjualan produk yang sebenarnya. Besar perbedaan tersebut merupakan banyaknya penjualan produk yang tidak terlaporkan. Pada penelitian lanjutan ini, model yang digunakan adalah Model Regresi Negatif Binomial. Parameter regresi ditaksir menggunakan metode Iterasi Newton Rapson. Hasil penaksiran menunjukkan selisih yang cukup besar dimana model Poisson untuk underreported counts lebih robust sesuai dengan komponen musiman yang ada.Kata Kunci: underreported, generalized poisson, negative binomial  AbstractThe goal of study is to compare the parameters of the negative Binomial regression model and the Poisson Model for underreported counts in the previous study. A model is a regression model for the number of product sales that run ito underreporting counts, caused by a delay on input process to the product sales applications (called sales cycle). The model used in the previous study is a mixture of the poisson and the binomial distributions developed by Winkelmann (1996). The regression parameters are estimated by a Bayesian approach and Markov Chain Monte Carlo simulation using Gibbs sampling algorithm. The results show the difference between the actual number and the reported number. This difference is the number of unreported product sales. In this study, the model used is the negative binomial regression model. The regression parameters are estimated using Newton Rapson iteration method. The results show a big gap from the previous study. It means that the Poisson Model for underreported counts is more robust in accordance with the seasonal components.Keywords: underreported, generalized poisson, negative binomial

Abstract

The assessment of the use of information systems has been carried out by many researchers. This research was conducted in Private Universities in Indonesia, which currently involve many information systems in many ways, especially those related to the management of Higher Education, by measuring the readiness and usability of the use of information systems with models that I build from the integration of two models. The results of the measurement of this study were obtained from the distribution of questionnaires, there were 47% of respondents who filled 61-80% of the level of IS usage and 68% of respondents stated their readiness in the level of readiness to use IS. The stage consists of evaluating reflective measurement models and structural model assessments. Evaluating reflective measurement in evaluating internal consistency reliability using Composite Reliability, Reliability Indicator, Convergent Validity, and Discriminant Validity, finally concluded that the use of the Readiness and Usability integration model can be forwarded to a more complex research stage and can use the questionnaire.

Abstract

[Bahasa]: Data kependudukan sangat diperlukan sebagai dasar perencanaan pada berbagai aktvitas pelayanan publik. Salah satu Lembaga kemasyarakatan yang memiliki tugas dalam pengumpulan data kependudukan adalah pengurus Rukun Tetangga (RT). Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, pengurus RT sering kali mengalami berbagai kendala salah satu nya adalah penggunaan metode manual dalam mengumpulkan dan mengolah data yang berakibat pada sering terjadinya kesalahan input data dan ketidakakuratan data yang diperoleh. Hal tersebut, dihadapi pula oleh pengurus RT di wilayah Rukun Warga (RW) 06 kelurahan Sukamiskin, Kecamatan Arcamanik, Kota Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Kendala tersebut, dapat diatasi salah satunya dengan pemanfaatan sistem informasi sesuai dengan UU NO. 23 TAHUN 2006. Oleh karena itu, tujuan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah merancang dan membangun sistem informasi kependudukan (SIDUK) sebagai salah satu upaya mengatasi beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh pengurus RT di wilayah Rukun Warga (RW) 06 kelurahan Sukamiskin, Kecamatan Arcamanik, Kota Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan melalui metode difusi iptek yang terbagi menjadi dua tahap yaitu perancangan dan pembangunan SIDUK menggunakan metode prototype. Selanjutnya dilakukan sosialisasi serta pendampingan penggunaan SIDUK yang dibangun tersebut. SIDUK yang dibangun terbukti mampu mempermudah pengurus RT dalam mengumpulkan dan mengolah data kependudukan termasuk input data dan pembuatan laporan data kependudukan. Kata Kunci: data kependudukan, difusi iptek, rukun tetangga, SIDUK, sistem informasi [English]: Demographic data is needed for various public service activities. One of the social institutions which has the task of collecting demographic data is the Rukun Tetangga (RT) administrator. In carrying out their duties, RT administrators often experience various obstacles, one of which is that the collection and data tabulation are still done manually, as a result various errors of data input occur frequently, and inaccuracies in the data obtained. This is also faced by RT administrators in the Rukun Warga (RW) 06 area of ??Sukamiskin sub-district, Arcamanik District, Bandung City, West Java Province. One of these obstacles can be resolved by applying an information system under UU NO. 23 of 2006. Therefore, the goal of the community service being carried out is to design and build a demographic information system (SIDUK) to overcome some of the obstacles faced by RT administrators in the Rukun Warga (RW) 06 area of ??Sukamiskin sub-district, Arcamanik District, Kota Bandung, West Java Province. The community service program was carried out through the science and technology diffusion method, which was divided into two stages, namely designing and developing the SIDUK using the prototype. Following this, socialization and assistance in using SIDUK were conducted. The SIDUK has made it easier for RT administrators to collect and process population data, including input and reports. Abstract

Stunting is a significant threat to the development of future generations' quality in Indonesia, as it can hinder children's growth, reduce learning abilities, and increase the risk of chronic diseases. Therefore, stunting prevention must be carried out through monitoring, starting from the village as the frontline. Dayeuhkolot Village in Subang Regency is one of the villages in West Java Province with a relatively low stunting rate. This success is closely linked to the monitoring efforts carried out by the Human Development Cadres (KPM) in the village. One of the primary responsibilities of KPM is to report data on monitoring the prevention and reduction of stunting. However, the data reporting process still relies on conventional methods, such as paper-based records, which create difficulties in archiving, data recapitulation, and report access. To address these challenges, the utilization of information technology, in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2006, is essential. Google Forms, a user-friendly information technology tool, offers an effective solution. By using Google Forms, stunting data can be collected in real-time and accessed online by relevant stakeholders. Therefore, this community service project was conducted using a science and technology diffusion method, aiming to provide outreach and training on the use of Google Forms for collecting monitoring data on stunting prevention and reduction in Dayeuhkolot Village. The outcomes of this activity show an improvement in the participants' ability to utilize information technology, and the use of Google Forms has proven to overcome the challenges faced by conventional data collection methods.

Abstract

In this paper a model for the number of “damage” product sales is studied. The product sales are run into underreporting counts, caused by a delay on input process of the system called sales cycle. The goal of the study is to estimate the parameters of the regression model of product sales on an explanatory variable. It is the actual number of product sales. The model used is a mixture of the Poisson and the Binomial distributions. The parameters of the regression model are estimated by a Bayesian approach and Markov Chain Monte Carlo simulation using Gibbs sampling algorithm. The results of estimation clearly showed a gap between undamage product sales and the actual number. The gap is the number of damaged product sales.

Abstract

In this paper, a relationship model among latent variables using Covariance Based-Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) is studied. The latent variables are digital literacy, use of e-resources and reading culture of students. The goal of the study is to build a simultaneously model between those three variables, determine the influence of digital literacy on the use of e-resources and reading culture of students, and the influence of the use of e-resources on reading culture of students. The parameters of the model are estimated by the Maximum Likelihood method. This study took data from 256 questionnaires of students at STMIK Sumedang. Results showed that digital literacy significantly influences the use of e-resources and the reading culture of students. In contrast, there are no significant influences on the use of e-resources on the reading culture of the student.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to explore the relationship model between e-learning readiness, self-directed learning readiness, and learning motivation of the students at STMIK Sumedang during the COVID-19 outbreak. Bayesian-Structural Equation Modeling and Markov Chain Monte Carlo Algorithm are used in the estimation of the parameters. The posterior distribution is formed using informative prior i.e., inverse-Gamma distribution on variance parameters, inverse-Wishart distribution on residual covariance, and normal distribution on other parameters of the model. The calculation is performed using the blavaan package on R-Software version 4.1.0 with 19000 iteration and 9000 samples of burn-in period. Data were taken from 214 samples of the students at STMIK Sumedang. The outcome from the calculation showed there is a significant effect from self-directed learning readiness to motivation learning of students and there is no significant effect from e-learning readiness to learning motivation. The direct effect on learning motivation is 7.25 from self-directed learning readiness and 0.045 from e-learning readiness.
