Abstract

Abstract. In the development of the banking business at this time, marketing plays an important role for the business continuity and this should be supported by customer loyalty. Marketing mix and communication are the factors that influence customer loyalty in marketing a product. The purpose of this study is to find the relationship between marketing mix and communication towards customer loyalty. The research methodology that is being used to measure is by survey, the type of research is quantitative descriptive and the nature of this research is explanatory research. The populations in this research were customers of PT. Bank Maspion Indonesia, Tbk Medan Branch as many as 163 people with a sample of 116 people. The method of data collections are done by distributing questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The variable was measured by a Likert scale. The results showed that marketing mix and communication simultaneously have a significant affect on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Maspion Indonesia, Tbk Medan Branch. Partially, the marketing mix does not have a significant affect on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Maspion Indonesia, Tbk Medan Branch and communication has a significant affect on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Maspion Indonesia, Tbk Medan Branch.Keywords: Marketing Mix, Communication, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract. PT. Mega Anugrah Mandiri is a company engaged in distribution of sparepart. The decline in sales effectiveness of motorcycle tires is because the company has not yet made maximum personal selling and the company's sales promotion activities still have obstacles. In this study the population is the customers totaling 50 people. The techniques used for data collection are: interviews, documentation studies and literature studies. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study indicate that personal selling and sales promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on the sales effectiveness of motorcycle tires PT. Mega Anugrah Mandiri, and partially sales promotion has a more dominant influence on the sales volume of effectiveness of motorcycle tires PT. Mega Anugrah Mandiri than personal selling. Abstract

Abstract. The method used in this research is a survey approach. Both population and sample in this research are all of PT. Sawit Riau Makmur Medan’s employees; with the total of 32 employees. The methods of collecting data are interview, documentary studies, observation, and questionnaire distribution. The variables are measured with Likert scale. The model of data analysis used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis.The research results show that in terms of partial influence, both communication and organizational climate affect but not significantly to the work discipline. And in terms of stimultant influence, communication and organizational climate affect but not significantly to the work discipline. Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is a measurement of consumers or users of company products or services who are very happy with the products or services received. Discounts are discounts given by marketers to consumers as a reward for certain activities of a pleasant purchase for marketers. Sales volume is an achievement that is expressed quantitatively from a physical point of view of a product and is something that indicates the ups and downs of sales which are expressed in terms of units, kilos, tonnes or liters.This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale. Simultaneously, there is a significant influence between customer satisfaction and discount variables on sales volume. While partially found that the customer satisfaction variable has a significant effect on sales volume. Abstract

Leadership style is the ability, strength, method, or method that is done by a leader to do something, take a decision, to build a good relationship between leader and employee. Leaders and employees can be integrated to create strategies to achieve company goals. The work environment is the location where tasks are completed, or where employees work in a company. The work environment can include the location, economic conditions, socio-cultural that may affect the company. Employee Turnover is a period when employees decide to quit their place of work or company and employee turnover does not always have a negative impact on the company. Employee turnover occurs when employees who stop working are employees who lack competence and ability to work at the company.The method used in this study is a survey approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive and the nature of this research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank Mestika Dharma, Tbk. Zainul Arifin Medan, amounting to 500 people with sampling using the Slovin formula were 222 people. Data collection method is done by distributing a list of statements, observations and study documentation. Variables are measured with a Likert scale. The model of data analysis used to answer hypotheses is multiple regression. The research results showed that the leadership style and work environment together had a positive influence on the employee turnover rate of PT. Bank Mestika Dharma, Tbk. Zainul Arifin Medan. Where the two variables affect the desire to work long-term employees, but in this study the two variables are not the main reason for employees to stop working. Partially, the work environment variable has a more dominant influence on the employee turnover of PT. Bank Mestika Dharma, Tbk. Abstract

This community service activity focused on enhancing the understanding and skills of Carnegie High School students in Medan in building personal branding in the digital era. With the rapid development of technology and the dominance of social media in daily life, positive personal branding has become a crucial factor for individual success, both in education and future career prospects. This activity was implemented as a short 1-hour workshop adopting an interactive and participatory approach, involving 40 students from grades X and XI. The workshop included a material presentation session covering the definition, importance of self-image, and use of digital platforms, followed by practical exercises such as creating a "branding statement" and social media bio. Direct observation and evaluation through questionnaires showed high enthusiasm from the students. A total of 36 out of 40 students successfully crafted their branding statements, reflecting diverse interests and aspirations, such as the desire to be known as creative students in digital art or students with leadership qualities. This indicates that the concept of personal branding can be effectively understood and applied in a short time. The majority of students (90%) reported a good understanding of the material, and 93% felt the topic was highly relevant to their lives. Additionally, 88% of students felt more confident in presenting the best version of themselves digitally, demonstrating a new awareness of the importance of forming a positive self-image online
