Abstract

Fiber Optic attenuation value affects the quality of data transmission. The fiber optic attenuation value can be greater or lower than the standard value. The attenuation value can affect the amount of data transmission sent and received. The attenuation value of single core fiber optic is influenced by various things, one of which is the treatment of the cable itself. Treating the cable by bending and coiling can also affect the damping value. To avoid the high attenuation value of fiber Optic when rolled by doing the rolling process carefully and not twisting during the installation process. The commendation scenario uses Fiber Optic Patchcord, the cable length is 5 meters. From the results of the scenario test on the 3 cables used, the highest attenuation value is in cable C with an attenuation value of 5.39 dB. The highest attenuation is in the 15th winding scenario. Meanwhile, from the 3rd test, the lowest attenuation value is found in cable A with an attenuation value of 1.76 dB. The lowest attenuation at the cable position without a given winding scenario. the more rolls the average damping value will increase the value.

Abstract

The Ministry of Education and Culture initiated the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program. Several programs in Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Program include industrial internships, independent projects, student exchanges, community service projects, humanitarian programs, and so on. Kampus Mengajar 2 is one of the programs had been running. The program received various responses from the public, which were expressed on social media. The Supervisor at kampus mengajar 2 was also active in providing various comments on kampus mengajar 2 telegram groups in the form of good, bad, and neutral comments. These comments have the potential to generate a growing sentiment among the general public and academics. Based on these issues, the researcher analyzed the kampus mengajar 2 sentiments toward the implementation of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka program with the data source being comments on the supervisors' telegram group. The data obtained from the telegram group is classified as good, bad, or neutral using the Naive Bayes method and K-Nearest Neighbors on up to 591 data points. The data is then divided into two parts: training data and testing data. Testing data can account for up to 20 percent of total data, with the remaining 80 percent serving as training data. The accuracy results on sentiment analysis show that the Naive Bayes method outperforms the KNN method, with 99.30 percent for Naive Bayes and 97.20 percent for K-Nearest Neighbors.

Abstract

The Government of Indonesia's official Covid-19 website is the most trusted information link between relevant agencies and the wider community. Usability is an important factor in determining how easily and successfully users can obtain information from a website. Heuristic studies were conducted to obtain findings on the discrepancies in the previously released website design. The website's homepage has a usability percentage of 78.74 percent and a standard deviation of 8.84 percent. The Covid-19 distribution page is 70.36 percent usable, with a standard deviation of 9.84 percent. The evaluation results are based on the United States' Research-Based Web Design and Usability Guidelines. The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) discovered that the home page's links were poorly identified, that important information was not relevant, and that the use of icons was inconsistent. The distribution page discovered difficult-to-identify links, scrollbar redundancy in the frameset, and content complexity that required the user to be able to read diagrams well.

Abstract

Decision support system is the implementation of several decision-making theories by sciences such as operations research and management science. There are several differences, namely if in the past to find a solution to the problem at hand, iteration calculations had to be done manually or usually looked for the minimum, maximum, and optimum values, now Pc computers have offered the ability to solve the same problems in a relatively short time. Abstract

In this study, the author uses the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method to determine the best sales at marketing company. The SAW method is considered appropriate in determining the best sales because the SAW method performs the weighted summation process of the performance rating on each alternative on all attributes. This research was conducted by determining the criteria, alternatives and weights, then carried out the matrix preparation process, calculating normalization and calculating preferences. So from the results of the calculation of preferences, a ranking process is carried out to determine the best alternative. The results of the study provide recommendations for the 6th alternative which has the highest value with a value of 0.879 being the best sales.

Abstract

The research carried out aims to carry out a substantive update of information and data on the website of the Mathematics Education Study Program, FKIP, UNPATTI. The research carried out applies the User-Centered Design (UCD) method, which is a method in a design that focuses on user needs. Broadly speaking, in using the UCD method, the research conducted was divided into three main stages, namely analysis, design, and evaluation with the process of implementing the UCD method using ISO 9241-210: 2019. Furthermore, the research conducted involved 44 respondents who were used as target users and categorized into two groups, namely the academic community (lecturers and students) and non-academic members (prospective students and alumni). Based on the results of the research conducted, 9 formulations of user requirements were obtained, followed by making a website interface design in the form of a prototype (wireframe). Furthermore, the resulting prototype is then evaluated by providing a series of task scenarios to guide users in using the website. The evaluation was carried out using a qualitative survey method, namely interview activities aimed at obtaining feedback regarding user experience on the appearance of the website design interface as well as obtaining recommendations and suggestions for further development. Based on the evaluation carried out, the result was that the resulting website design met user needs. This is because the design is produced as a solution to user needs, by a series of requirements submitted by users. In addition, the design of the website interface also provides a satisfying user experience. Therefore, the research carried out does not occur repetition (iteration), so it can proceed to the implementation stage. Furthermore, at the prototype implementation stage, the results of the website design are then converted into an interface display using the Content Management System (CMS) Framework and supporting programming languages ​​such as HTML, CSS, PHP, and Javascript. Abstract

The pandemic makes the utilization and competition of information and communication technology has increased. One of the ways to maintain the existence of schools are publication media of more varied school information and teaching-learning activities media. The purpose of this training program is to provide additional expertise for creating inexpensive and fast publications media and teaching-learning media. The offered solution is the use of web logs from Google which is often known as Blogger. Blogger offers a free and easy web log feature. The training was carried out directly at the Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Ngampel by using lectures and demonstrations method. There are several parts in this training, web log making, web log management, and also web log analysis. The results of this training show that the participants have succeeded in having their own web logs which are ready to be further managed and analyzed on a regular basis. The use of web logs can be used for various needs, including as a publication media and supporting teaching-learning activities.

Abstract

Masa Pandemi Covid 19 pada kegiatan pembelajaran disekolah dilakukan secara daring untuk mengurangi penularan, hal tersebut dibutuhkan suatu cara dalam menyampaikan materi untuk kegiatan kegitatan disekolah khususnya para pengajar pada SDLB Karangrejo Kab. Madiun. Pembelajaran daring dapat diterapkan agar efektif dan efisien, Aplikasi Zoom merupakan suatu aplikasi yang perlu dipergunakan terutama bagi para guru untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam memanfaatkan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Dalam pelatihan ini diharapkan guru mengikuti program ini dapat memanfaatkannnya dalam proses pembelajaran di tengah pandemi covid 19 di SDLB Karangrejo. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian ini dengan menggunakan pelatihan bagaimana cara memulai pembelajaran dengan aplikasi zoom. Teknis dalam pelatihan ini dengan memberikan pendampingan kepada para guru dari mulai awal membuka aplikasi sampai bisa membuat jadwal pada aplikasi zoom sampai dapat mengoperasikan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini para guru lebih mampu menggunakan aplikasi Zoom dengan peralihan peran yang dulunya hanya mampu sebagai partisipan setelah mengikuti program pengabdian ini para guru sudah mampu menjadi operator.

Abstract

Kurangnya tingkat literasi keuangan (25%), literasi kesenian daerah (10%) pada usia dini, dan hambatan saat pemberian materi literasi keuangan dengan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai usia anak merupakan dasar dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian di PAUD Cendekia Kids School (CKS) Kota Madiun. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi pemahaman literasi keuangan berbasis local wisdom, dan melestarikan kesenian dongkrek Madiun menjadi media pembelajaran literasi finansial PAUD. Metode pelaksanaan melalui tahapan persiapan, aplikasi program dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan dari program kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini sebesar 80%. Peserta mampu menyimak pesan, praktik bermain peran serta dapat mengaplikasikan di kehidupan sehari-sehari dalam mengklasifikasikan dan mengelola keuangan sederhana dengan membedakan nilai nominal mata uang rupiah dan berbelanja sesuai kebutuhan. Peserta juga melestarikan kesenian daerah dengan cara mengenalkan dan menceritakan kembali pesan moral dalam alur cerita kesenian dongkrek Madiun dengan bahasa yang mudah diterima anak usia dini. Kegiatan pembelajaran literasi keuangan melalui kesenian dongkrek Madiun sebagai media lebih efektif dan belajar lebih menyenangkan diiringi musik gamelan tradisional. Implikasi aktivitas kegiatan belajar mengajar mengenai literasi keuangan dengan menggunakan kesenian dongkrek Madiun sebagai media pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru dan pesdik untuk bermain peran sehingga materi literasi keuangan mudah ditangkap oleh pesdik.

Abstract

Baru-baru ini jumlah tingkat kebutuhan seseorang untuk mendapatkan sebuah prestise  khususnya untuk kalangan menengah terus bertambah. Salah satu usaha untuk meningkatkan prestise dilingkungan sekitarnya adalah memiliki sesuatu barang yang mewah yaitu mobil. Mereka berlomba-lomba untuk bersaing mencari mobil yang menurut mereka terbaik. Pertumbuhan pasar mobil bekas juga diperkuat dengan perkembangan transportasi berbasis teknologi jaringan daring, seperti Grabcar dan Go-Car. Para pemilik mobil yang menjadikan kendaraannya sebagai sarana transportasi berbasis daring seperti Grabcar akan menjualnya ketika tidak lagi membutuhkannya. Selain itu, ekspansi penjualan kendaraan bekas oleh diler ke daerah juga akan membuat pasar mobil bekas terus membesar di masa-masa mendatang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari tahu apakah variabel-variabel seperti tahun pembuatan, jenis-kepemilikan, jumlah kilometer, CC mesin, kondisi mesin dan tipe mobil dapat menambah nilai jual pada mobil yaris  bekas tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil analisisnya diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa usia pakai, dan warna mobil memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap nilaiajual. Diperoleh nilai R2 dari kedua jenis mobil yaris dan jazz sebesar 83,6% dan 69,2% .
