Implementation of the Arabic language teaching has been in the Department of Islamic Satate college (STAIN) Parepare refers to the same system applied in various colleges religions. With reference to the curriculum, syllabus and the value of credits that have been set and the things associated with it is therefore necessary to the preparation of a new curriculum that adapts to the needs of students, especially students need to be material interpretation of verses Ahkam.Factors supporting the Arabic language teaching in improving the quality assessment of the verses of Ahkamof Syariâah Department, the high interest of the students in the study and development programe of Arabic. However, there are several factors that hinder the teaching of the studentâs ability in Arabic, especially students from public schools and the ability of the students are not uniform.There needs to be improvement and improvement in learning Arabic in STAIN Parepare, in order to realize the effectiveness of the reconstruction effort of learning the Arabic language, especially in the Department of Syariâah, be it related to the media and means of learning, professionalism and personality lecturer. Even with the curriculum and syllabus in order to get better results again.

Appropriation of the Mappanre Temme Tradition before Marriage in the Bugis Society (Study of Living Quran)The strong interaction of the Bugis community with the Qur'an as a guide for the life of every Muslim is imprinted on one of its traditions, named mappanre temme tradition. This article aims to analyze in depth-analysis the ritual practice of mappanre temme in the traditions of the Bugis people which includes form, existence, and transformation that are associated with the perspective of living quran study with stages: exegesis, functional and aesthetic. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection method applied observation, interviews, and literature studies. The observations were made to observe social symptoms related to the mappanre temme tradition. The processing data with following stages; coding, categorization, and tabulation. Data analysis techniques in the form of reduction, display, and verification by taking the data source of Jampue community informants in Kabupaten Pinrang. The results showed that the process of transforming the mappanre temme tradition for the bride and groom before the wedding in the Bugis society means exegesis, namely giving the bride and groom a lucky path in their life journey; has a functional meaning, namely sennusenungeng or a goodness that brings blessings will occur in the future and assalamakeng or safety in navigating the household ark; and has an aesthetic meaning, namely that the Qur'an is a living adornment for the morals that are built up in the lives of the bride and groom and their families, rejecting calamities and disasters, and making a household full of fortune, living comfortably, and peacefully.

Buying and selling activities is one of the activities of human life as an activity to meet needs. Islam does not justify any means of buying and selling, but also very much in need of ethics. Ethics is a set of moral principles that distinguish good from bad and normative, it plays the role of determining what must be done or not to be done by individuals or groups. In the ethics of buying and selling which is one of the most important things is the honesty of the two parties which is the culmination of the morality of faith and the most prominent characteristics of believers. Without honesty, religious life will not stand tall and world life will not go well.This study aims to determine the practice of buying and selling between fishermen and exporters of fish in the Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency. As well as an analysis of Islamic business ethics on the practice of buying and selling between fishermen and exporters of fish in the Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency. This type of research used in this thesis is a qualitative descriptive method, the data in this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is to use qualitative data analysis.The results of this study indicate that the buying and selling activities between fishermen and fishermen, the scales are regulated by the fishermen. Determination of the price determined by these collectors sometimes becomes a separate complaint by the fishermen. The number of complaints regarding the sale and purchase process carried out with the container. This is still a problem that often occurs. Moreover, when fishermen have no other place to sell their fish. In the practice of buying and selling examined by the author, there are still many problems. The location of the problem is the application of Islamic business ethics in export fish trading activities. In the buying and selling activities in the district. Mallusetasi almost all of its activities are not in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics

This research aims to evaluate the responsibility of Sidenreng Rappang Class IB Religious Court in reducing the number of marriage dispensations. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving in-depth interviews with judges, court officials, as well as families and couples applying for marriage dispensation. The findings of the study are as follows: 1) From 2019 to 2023, there has been a significant shift in the number of marriage dispensation applications at Sidenreng Rappang Class IB Religious Court. This shift indicates a change in societal perspectives on marriage values and the challenges they face in meeting marriage requirements. 2) Factors such as changes in family structure, increased social mobility, and the evolution of religious and cultural norms may contribute to this trend. Additionally, difficulties in meeting marriage requirements can drive individuals to seek dispensation. 3) The responsibility of Sidenreng Rappang Class IB Religious Court is also critical in preventing child marriages. The court's role includes tightening the examination of administrative requirements, providing explanations, exploring the genuine intentions of the child, and considering the true benefits and harms of child marriage

The institution of zakat is one of the sources and resources that can be used to reduce poverty. Zakat, which is not at all an act of charity or a voluntary act with good intentions on the part of the giver, is an obligation on the person who pays it. It is the right of the people who need it. By giving zakat, a Muslim and Muslim woman means cleaning up their income and wealth. When the poor take it, they know that they bear no obligation to the giver. The aims and objectives of this research are to provide benefits both theoretically and practically theoretically, namely to enrich and develop the study of legal science in general and especially in Islamic science. Providing references for further researchers and additional library materials for anyone who needs them. Meanwhile, in practical terms, this is to be able to increase knowledge as well as one of the requirements for passing Master's studies and getting an MH degree. And it is hoped that they will be able to understand the legal position of online zakat from a fiqhi perspective. The results of this research show that Zakat is an obligatory worship for Muslims who have assets that meet the mandatory zakat requirements. If the management of zakat payments is carried out optimally, it can become a social instrument to overcome the problem of poverty and unequal income distribution in Indonesia. This means that zakat has a very fundamental meaning. Apart from being closely related to the divine aspect.

This study aimed to find out how to optimize zakat management at BAZNAS towards community empowerment in Parepare city. This research used theological approach, phenomenological approach, and juridical approach, The source of this research data came from primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. This research was classified as qualitative, using data in the form of direct interviews and documents. The data obtained then collected both primary and secondary. Data collection techniques ware carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies in order to obtain clear and representative data, while data processing and analysis techniques ware carried out through data reduction, data presentation and made conclusions. The results of this study indicated that Its distribution was still traditional and productive creative and it was not in accordance with the principles of justice. In terms of utilization of community empowerment has not optimal yet because it did not go through stages of capacity building and assistance.

The empowerment of coffee farmer groups by Dompet Dhuafa aims to improve the welfare and income of farmers in Letta Village, Lembang District, Pinrang Regency through a social enterprise program. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method to explore field facts related to the implementation of the program. The results show the pattern of implementing a social enterprise program that prioritizes elements such as social values, civil society, innovation, and economic activity. Dompet Dhuafa provides a coffee roaster machine for the business partner, warkop Gudmud, with funding from ZISWAF, and the profits obtained are used to provide sustainable social impact for the community.

Optimal zakat management is one of the strategic steps in realizing the welfare of the community through mosque-based community empowerment. This community service activity aims to empower the congregation of the Maritengngae Village Mosque to have a deep understanding of zakat and be able to manage zakat independently. The mosques in Maritengngae Suppa Pinrang Village consist of 5 mosques, namely: Nurul Jihad Barakasanda Mosque, Al Barkah Barakasanda Mosque, Nuruddin Temappa Mosque, Babussalam Cikuale Mosque, and Syuhada 45 Alakkang Mosque. The service was carried out using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method through the stages of planning, action, observation, and mentoring. By empowering the mosque as a center for zakat management, it is hoped that the role of the mosque will not only be limited to collecting zakat, but also include targeted distribution and mentoring for zakat recipients (mustahik) to improve their standard of living. This program is implemented through a series of activities, such as counseling, training or mentoring, and group discussions, with a focus on increasing the capacity of mosque administrators and the Maritengngae Village community in understanding and managing zakat. In addition, this activity introduces information technology as a tool in managing zakat, for example using the Menara Masjid application, Smart ZISWaf, and Emasjid, so that the process of recording muzakki and mustahik data becomes more efficient, transparent, and accountable. With this approach, mosques are expected to become institutions that are able to empower the people's economy sustainably and support significant social change at the community level.
