Abstract

There are two communication approaches had been mentioned in this study, firstly: the cultural communication strategy, and the second: communication habit. Cultural communication seeks to describe the interests that was built by seeing the opportunities and the benefits of the trade that was occurred between the merchant community around on the two holy lands of Medina and Mecca to the visitors and pilgrims or commonly referred to as umrah pilgrims. There are two trading strategies with the use of the Indonesian language. The firstly because of the largest number of Umrah pilgrims each year to the Nabawi Mosque in Medina and illegitimate mosques in Makkah (alharam). Secondly, the habitual communication, namely mapping cultural ties was not only done by the marriage or kinship relations assimilation), but this is the cultural linkage can occur because each individual has the same interests or needs each other. The method used was descriptive qualitative, by observing, the real communication patterns was happened between Indonesian Umrah pilgrims and traders from Arab and Middle Eastern communities around the Nabawai mosque of Medina and the Haram Makkah. The specific communication pattern is trading communication with the approaching to the cultural elements and Indonesian nationalism in it, so that the impression is more interesting. It’s looked the merchants around the two holy lands were good at attracting the interest and enthusiasm to the shopping for the visitors and pilgrims from Indonesia, by greeting and offering prices using Indonesian language. While the Indonesian pilgrims are well known having the strong nationalism and cultural culture, so the flavors arose, such as feel in the village themselves and having kinship if they heard the mother's language and culture used by others.

Abstract

Appropriation of the Mappanre Temme Tradition before Marriage in the Bugis Society (Study of Living Quran)The strong interaction of the Bugis community with the Qur'an as a guide for the life of every Muslim is imprinted on one of its traditions, named mappanre temme tradition. This article aims to analyze in depth-analysis the ritual practice of mappanre temme in the traditions of the Bugis people which includes form, existence, and transformation that are associated with the perspective of living quran study with stages: exegesis, functional and aesthetic. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection method applied observation, interviews, and literature studies. The observations were made to observe social symptoms related to the mappanre temme tradition. The processing data with following stages; coding, categorization, and tabulation. Data analysis techniques in the form of reduction, display, and verification by taking the data source of Jampue community informants in Kabupaten Pinrang. The results showed that the process of transforming the mappanre temme tradition for the bride and groom before the wedding in the Bugis society means exegesis, namely giving the bride and groom a lucky path in their life journey; has a functional meaning, namely sennusenungeng or a goodness that brings blessings will occur in the future and assalamakeng or safety in navigating the household ark; and has an aesthetic meaning, namely that the Qur'an is a living adornment for the morals that are built up in the lives of the bride and groom and their families, rejecting calamities and disasters, and making a household full of fortune, living comfortably, and peacefully.

Abstract

The main focuses in this study are 1) Islamic educational values contained in QS Luqman/31: 1-9; 2) fostering cognitive, affective, and psychomotor potential according to QS Luqman/31: 1-9; and 3) the results of the development of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor potential according to QS Luqman/31: 1-9. This study is library research which is descriptive analysis using normative theological, historical, and pedagogical approaches. The results showed that the values of Islamic education in QS Luqman/31: 1-9 included tauhid education, moral education, worship education, social education, mental education, and exemplary education. The application of these educational values in the dimensions of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor is carried out by Luqman al-Hakim who is known to be virtuous, wise, intellectual, and true in words and deeds. The nature and attitude of the educator will produce students who have strong faith, good morals, and understanding of Shari'a by implementing it correctly as evidence of the development of balanced cognitive, affective, and psychomotor potentials.

Abstract

Syaz as the principle to detect the validitiy of the content of prophetic tradition (hadis) has two major elements: isolation and opposite meaning. The development of major principle of syaz can be formulated into four minor principles: the hadis does not contradict the Qur’an; does not contravene the more valid hadis; does not opposite to the ijma’ (agreement of the prophet’s companions); and does not contradict the highly accurate reason that manages to detect the authenticity of hadis associated with the prophet. The scholars of hadis seem to be very careful in implementing the principle of ghayru syudzudz. This attitude is evident in the strict category in classifying a hadis as syudzudz. Researches on the syaz of hadis have clear methods and procedures. When these methods and procedures are applied consistently, there will be no discrepancy between the validity of sanad (chain) and matn (content).

Abstract

In Islam, marriage between a Muslim man and a non-Muslim woman is absolutely prohibited. If in a marriage there is a divorce because the wife is out of her religious belief (apostasy), then there is a dispute over the authority of whether the wife can carry out maintenance in the form of care for her child or not. The majority of mazhab scholars allow infidel wives to perform hadhanah on the grounds that mothers have more love for their children. However, Wahbah Az-Zuhaili in his book Fiqhul Islami wa adillatuhu, argues that the right to hadhanah is not stipulated for an apostate wife. Based on the explanation above, the main problem raised in this thesis is how the concept of hadhanah according to Wahbah Az-Zuhaili, what are the source and methodology of his thinking about hadhanah rights because the wife is an apostate and how is it relevant to Islamic law in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pembelajaran strategi pendidikan kolaboratif dengan menggunakan kolaborasi antara Al-Qur’an dan Hadist. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketaatan dalam menjalankan ajaran agama yang dianut, toleran terhadap pelaksanaan ibadah pemeluk agama lain, dan hidup rukun dengan pemeluk agama lain. Penelitian ini berfokus pada hubungan antara Al-Qur’an dan Hadist untuk melibatkan semua peserta didik. Data yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui NVivo 12. Tujuan pengumpulan data diidentifikasi dari evaluasi pengajaran dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, angket, data dokumentasi dan instrumen pengumpulan. Pesertanya adalah 30 siswa dari Kabupaten Pinrang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada kerjasama yang signifikan antara Al-Qur’an dan Hadist untuk melibatkan semua peserta didik, untuk pembelajaran strategi pendidikan. Aplikasi penelitian ini menganalisis item survei yang dipilih untuk studi ini berwenang dan penelitian lapangan kegiatan. Di sisi lain, program sekolah secara signifikan efektif dalam strategi pendidikan untuk pembelajaran. Orisinalitas penelitian ini digunakan untuk memahami efek dari strategi terbaik untuk mengamati pembelajaran karakter menjadi prediktor signifikan dalam menjelaskan kinerja belajar teks siswa dengan menggunakan kolaboratif antara Al-Qur’an dan Hadist.

Abstract

Fiqhi Jinayah's Analysis of the Crime of Fraud Through Hypnosis in Pinrang Regency, (supervised by Mr. H. Mahsyar, and Mrs. Rahmawati). This study aims to determine the modus operandi of the crime of fraud through hypnosis in Pinrang Regency, to determine the police's efforts in tackling the crime of fraud through hypnosis at the Pinrang Police, and to find out the views of Fiqhi Jinayah regarding the crime of fraud through hypnosis. This type of research is a qualitative research with a normative juridical approach. The data in this study were obtained from primary data, namely the police at the Pinrang Police and secondary data from the library and the internet. With interview data collection techniques and documentation. The results of this study indicate that 1. the mode used by fraud perpetrators through hypnosis is to trick the victim until the victim is unconscious and surrender all property owned or under at the time the crime took place. 2. In terms of tackling criminal acts of fraud through hypnotic operandi, the Pinrang Police have carried out preventive efforts, namely conducting patrols around the Pinrang district, especially areas where hypnotic fraud has occurred before and made announcements to the public to remain vigilant, as well as repressive efforts in the form of application of the law. 3. Judging from the Jinayah law, hypnosis is a crime that is difficult to prove (Al-bayyinah) because of the lack of guidance (Qarinah) and witnesses (Shahadah), except for the recognition (Iqrār) from the victim and the perpetrator. Fraud can be classified as a punishment imposed by Jarimah ta'zir because it is based on fraud that does not fall into the category of Jarimah hudud or Qisas whose amount has been determined.

Abstract

The research aims to assess BEKERJA program's effectiveness in reducing poverty in Salutambung Village by providing farm animals. It evaluates the program's impact on economic empowerment, food security, and its alignment with Islamic economic principles, while addressing challenges like resource misallocation and dependency. The research methodology involves qualitative analysis to evaluate the program's impact in Salutambung Village through interviews and observations as field research. Data collection includes examining economic empowerment, food security, collaboration with Social Affairs Department, and alignment with Islamic economic principles. The study concludes that the BEKERJA program effectively reduces poverty by providing livestock to needy households, enhancing economic empowerment and food security. The program's collaboration with the Social Affairs Department has improved community welfare and economic conditions. However, some social assistance programs, including BEKERJA, face challenges such as resource misallocation and lack of technical support. The research lacks analysis that could contribute to further improving BEKERJA program
