Abstract

Islam berkembang dan mencapai kejayaan karena menghormati proses ijtihad ini. Tulisan ini mencoba mengetengahkan bahasan tentang hukum Islam pada masa kontemporer, yang berkenaan dengan pembaharuan dalam konteks pemikiran fiqh dengan pokok-pokok bahasan yang terdiri dari pengertian hukum Islam kontemporer, objek kajian hukum Islam kontemporer, fleksibelitas dan keluasan hukum Islam, relevansi fiqh kontemporer dengan doktrin klasik dan pintu ijtihad dibuka kembali. Di antara langkah konkret dalam memecahkan masalah-masalah kontemporer adalah metode lintas madhzab, yakni dengan mempelajari pendapat semua fuqaha dalam semua madzhab fiqh seperti Hanafi, Maliki, Syafi’i, Hanbali, Dhahiri dan lain-lain beserta dalil-dalil dan kaidah-kaidah istinbath masing-masing madzhab dalam membahas suatu persoalan.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang tinjauan kedudukan dan fungsi sunnah terhadap al Qur’an. Dimana al Qur’an sebagai sumber ajaran Islam yang dijamin kebenaran dan keutuhan serta kemurniannya hanya mengandung kaidah-kaidah syari’at Islam secara umum. Sehingga diperlukan bantuan untuk menafsirkan kaidah dan hukum yang masih universal tersebut. Ketika Nabi masih hidup permasalah yang muncul tersebut oleh para sahabat langsung bias ditanyakan kepada baginda Nabi Muhammad SAW.Sunnah merupakan keterangan Nabi Muhammad SAW baik berupa ucapan (sunnah qauliyah), perbuatan (sunnah fi’liyah), maupun ketetapan Nabi (sunnah taqririyah). Selain itu, Sunnah juga merupakan sumber hukum kedua setetalah al Qur’an. Hal demikian itu disebabkan adanya perbedaan sifat, yaitu al Qur’an bersifat qhat’i al wurud, sedangkan sunnah bersifat dhanni al wurud. Semantara fungsi sunnah terhadap al Qur’an adalah pertama, sunnah berfungsi sebagai penguat (ta’qid) atas apa yang dibawa al Qur’an. Kedua, fungsi sunnah sebagai penjelas (tabyin) atas apa yang terdapat dalam al Qur’an. Dan ketiga, fungsi sunnah sebagai mustaqillah atau menetapkan hukum yang belum ada hukumnya dalam al Qur’an.Sunnah dan al Qur’an merupakan dua hal yang menyatu sebagaimana tak terpisahkan antara mubayyin dan maudhu al bayan, mufashil dan maudhu ijmal dan antara juz’i dan kulli. Adalah al Qur’an yang membawa syari’at secara ijmal dan sunnah yang menjelaskan sekalian juz’iinya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berusaha mendiskripsikan dan memaknai penerapan budaya religius di SD al Mahrusiyah. Hal ini karena krisis moral yang melanda bangsa ini nampaknya menjadi sebuah kegelisahan bagi semua kalangan. Bagaimana tidak dari maraknya kasus korupsi yang tidak pernah surut bahkan mengalami peningkatan dari waktu ke waktu. Di sisi lain krisis ini menjadi komplek dengan berbagai peristiwa yang cukup memilukan seperti tawuran pelajar, penyalahgunaan obat terlarang, pergaulan bebas, aborsi, penganiayaan yang disertai pembunuhan. Fenomena ini sesungguhnya sangat berseberangan dengan suasana keagamaan dan kepribadian bangsa Indonesia. Jika krisis ini dibiarkan begitu saja dan berlarut-larut apalagi dianggap sesuatu yang biasa maka segala kebejatan moralitas akan menjadi budaya. Sekecil apapun krisis moralitas secara tidak langung akan dapat merapuhkan nilai-nilai kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Penelitian ini menghasilkan dua kesimpulan, yaitu; 1). Bentuk-bentuk budaya religius di SD Al Mahrusiyah meliputi belajar baca tulis al-Qur`an dan tadarrus, pemakaian busana muslim, pelaksanaan shalat jamaah di sekolah, kegiatan madin, pembiasaan senyum, sapa dan salam, berperilaku sopan santun kepada semua warga sekolah, dan doa bersama, serta peringatan hari-hari besar agama Islam. 2). Model penerapan budaya religius di SD Al Mahrusiyah meliputi 4 (empat) model, yaitu: pertama model struktural (melalui kebijakan dan peraturan), kedua, model formal (menanamkan commitment dan dedikasi untuk menjalankan ajaran agama), ketiga, model mekanik (membangun dan membiasakan berperilaku sopan dan santun terhadap sesame), dan keempat, model organik (melalui internalisasi dan transformasi pengetahuan tentang ajaran agama yang bersumber pada al Quran dan Hadits).

Abstract

This article is the result of study focused on discussing the various of educational character methods in Indonesian pesantren. Where judging from the history of the pesantren is actually an educational institution that has holistic and integrative potential. During this time pesantren have played a strategic role in planting character values ​​in society. This character can be seen from the tradition of Islamic education in pesantren which is prioritizes processes rather than the results. Trust in baraka for pesantren is alleged to be a pioneer of planting character values. But so far, character education that was developed in formal schools by the Indonesian government, in fact, did not involve the pesantren and or did not pay much attentions to the results of research concerning character education in pesantren in particular and the tradition of boarding education in general. So that research becomes very urgent to continue to exploring the potential of pesantren in terms of planting character values ​​continuously. The results of this study indicate that there are four variants of the method of character education in pesantren, namely; hidden curriculum, habituation, ta’zir tradition (punishment), real life, exemplary, application of religious culture, and barakah is indicated as psychologycal reward.

Abstract

This article discusses how the basic building structure of Islamic education management science. This is important considering that Islamic education management science is a very new science so it requires the involvement of all parties to build Islamic education management science with the aim of being able to be called a scientific discipline. To discuss it, the author contextualizes Archie J. Bahm's views on the basic building structure of science into the area of Islamic education management studies. Islamic education management science as a scientific discipline has a material object of all empirical facts regarding the management activities of Islamic educational institutions, while its material object is management science. Thus the building structure of Islamic education management science can follow the scientific building structure which is built on the basis of scientific principles and methods.

Abstract

This article describes how the concept of Tirakat Tirakat fasting from the perspective of students and the form of implementing Tirakat Tirakat on fasting bilaruh as an effort to develop the ESQ (Emotional Spiritual Question) for Santri. Tirakat on fasting bilaruh is a form of concern that aims to get closer to Allah. Tirakat culture is a form of acculturation of Islam with the local culture. This research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results reveal that the santri perspectives tirakat fasting are a form of tirakat or concerning behavior as well as the development of the students' ESQ. In addition, this fast becomes a bridge to make it easier to understand and memorize lessons. However, not all students who carry out this fast have a high ESQ, but fasting that is done istiqamah and with the right intention can develop the ESQ of the students. in its implementation, the tirakat fasting bilaruh has several provisions that are different from other fasts both in the time and in the several aurad that are read.

Abstract

Communication is the key to marketing success, including marketing educational services. Marketing communication is an integral part of communication and also an integral part of marketing. The literature method is used; data is taken through online source searches, books and articles in scientific journals. While analyzing it, the analysis content is used as a technique in analyzing it. Abstract

The learning technique for remembering the Qur'an is exceptionally pivotal and is one of the achievement factors in retaining the Qur'an. The low familiarity with people rehashing repetition remembrance and adding retention to the educator is the fundamental issue in Al-Qur'an foundations or Islamic live-in schools. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (menjelaskan) manajemen pendidikan agama Islam berwawasan multikultural di MTs Negeri 1 Kediri, meliputi nilai-nilai kultural yang dikembangkan, manajemen pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam berwawasan multikultural dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan dampaknya terhadap minat peserta didik untuk belajar di MTs Negeri 1 Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Dengan metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif yang mencakup empat komponen yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan empat kriteria yaitu derajat kepercayaan, keteralihan, kebergantungan dan kepastian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran menekankan integrasi nilai-nilai multikultural; jujur, disiplin,tanggungjawab, peduli (toleransi, gotong royong), santun, percaya diri, dalam berinteraksi secara efektif dengan lingkungan sosial termuat dalam Recana Program Pembelajaran (RPP) maupun dalam silabus; 2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran menerapkan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam perencanaan, namun yang paling menonjol adalah nilai kebersamaan dan saling menghargai tanpa mencari perbedaan; 3) Evaluasi hasil pembelajaran menggunakan model evaluasi dengan memperhatikan tiga ranah yaitu kognitif, psikomotorik dan afektif, dan yang lebih ditekankan dalam pendidikan agama Islam adalah ranah afektif.
