Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variableKompensis and job satisfaction to employee performance and job satisfaction asvariable pemediasi, PT BPR MitraBali ArtaMandiri.This study examined the effectis causal because the independent variable (compensation), the dependent variable(Performance Employees), and the mediating variable (job satisfaction). Object ofresearch at PT BPR Mitra Bali Arta Mandiri, using 40 samples (the respondents),while the data were analyzed by means of statistical regression analysis PLS (PartialLeast Square). Based on the analysis it is concluded that the variable compensation,positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation and significantpositive effect on job satisfaction. The indirect effect of compensation to employeeperformance through employee compensation, greater than direct influence.This means that as the role of Employee Satisfaction on Employee PerformanceCompensation Pemediasi.

Abstract

Honey is a unique product of insects, and is beneficial for health. MSME Honey YBS is a micro business that sells supply honey products from honey seekers at the foot of Mount Agung (Selat District, Karangasem Regency, Bali). Honey products sold by MSME Honey YBS have been marketed to several restaurants, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the temporary suspension of tourism activities, the demand for honey products has decreased drastically. MSME Madu YBS has limited promotional costs, and has not utilized online media which is currently widely used. Therefore, this community service aims to provide a website for YBS Honey SMEs. The website will be a medium for disseminating information about the business units and products of YBS Honey SMEs, and is equipped with a contact menu for the owner. Aside from being a promotional medium, this website will also help consumers who want to buy products, as well as other parties who plan to partner with MSME Madu YBS (product distributor). Through this community service activity, an understanding of the use of technology will be given to support MSME business activities.

Abstract

Increased competition, the impact on the role of consumers who are becoming increasingly important for the survival of most companies. Customers or consumers are now faced with various choices more than ever before. Therefore, the role of managed, it will determine the company’s success in the future. One factor is the key to organizational success is the role of the employee’s performance. Performance is the result of work that can be realized by employees of any work performed and serves as an assessment tool for the employee or the organization. So the employee’s performance will largely determine the performance of the organization. This research analyzes the causal relationship between variables, work environment, job satisfaction, and work conflict on employee performance in PT. Regional Development Bank Branch Karangasem Bali. The purpose of this study was to determine the e?ect of variable working environment, job satisfaction, and work conflict on employee performance in PT. Regional Development Bank Branch Karangasem Bali. This study examined the e?ect is causal because the independent variables (Work environment, job satisfaction, and conflicts of Work) to the dependent variable (Employee Performance). Object of research at PT. Regional Development Bank Branch Karangasem Bali diteli is 102 people, while the data were analyzed with statistical analysis tools Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS. Based on the analysis it can be concluded that the work environment and job satisfaction and significant positive e?ect on employee performance, but variable labor conflict berpengaru terhadapa negative employee performance. Keywords: work environment, job satisfaction, work conflict, and employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the marketing strategy model of the Gunung Kawi Cliff Temple in Tampaksiring. The main target of tourism development must be to improve the welfare of the community, especially the people of Tampaksiring Gianyar. Respondents were 74 tourists. The research was conducted by sampling. This study uses descriptive analysis to determine inferential by evaluating the measurement model (outer model) and the structural model (structural model / inner model). The results show that the attributes of tourism objects have a positive and significant effect on the image, the promotion has a significant effect on the image, and individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on the image, but the image itself has a positive and significant influence on the decision of tourists to visit tourist objects. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang keberlanjutan usaha guest house melalui gaya kepemimpinan kolaboratif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dicocokkan dengan enam karakteristik penelitian kualitatif. Keenam karakteristik tersebut adalah mengeksplorasi suatu masalah dari suatu fenomena, melakukan tinjauan pustaka, mengumpulkan data berdasarkan pengalaman partisipan, berpartisipasi oleh sejumlah kecil individu, dan menulis laporan sederhana. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kec. Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar. Peneliti memilih enam orang informan yang terkait dengan topik sebagai partisipan melalui metode purposing sampling, untuk mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian saat ini. Hasilnya yakni, keberlanjutan usaha guest house akan menjadi tumpuan pagi peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat Ubud. Penerapan gaya kepemimpinan kolaboratif merupan kunci bagi keberlanjutan usaha guest house di Ubud. Meningkatnya taraf perekonomian masyarakat, khususnya pemilik guest house dan pegawai serta masyarakat sekitar akan mampu menopang segala kegiatan kemasyarakan baik itu atraksi budaya serta adat istiadat juga bisa kembali dilaksanakan. Disamping itu keberlanjutan usaha guest house di Ubud juga akan dapat meningkatkan pengalaman pariwisata bagi para tamu.

Abstract

The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has changed the current tourism trend, namely the workcation trend where tourists work while traveling. One alternative tourism that follows the current trend is nomadic tourism. Lodging is a potential tourism sector that needs to be developed into nomadic tourism, considering that digital nomad tourists have a long time to stay and stay in lodgings, this sector is felt to be able to boost tourism sector income. Therefore, this study aims to describe the management of lodging in Ubud Bali as the development of nomadic tourism. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through literature studies and then processed with qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study concluded that the management of inns in Ubud Bali already contains components of nomadic tourism. However, there are several components that still need improvement, namely the management of the nomadic tourism attraction component and nomadic tourism amenities, while the management of the nomadic tourism access component has been going well. This research is expected to be a recommendation material for lodging managers to find components for the development of nomadic tourism which still need to be improved.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload on employee performance, work stress on employee performance, workload on burnout, work stress on burnout, burnout on employee performance, workload on performance with burnout as a variable, work stress on employee performance by burnout as a mediating variable in Health Laboratory employees in Denpasar City. Using a quantitative approach. Questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability are then analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square analysis and produce results. workload has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on burnout. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on burnout. Burnout has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Burnout plays a full role capable of mediating the effect of workload on employee performance. This means that burnout is able to perfectly mediate the relationship between workload and employee performance. Burnout plays a role in mediating the effect of work stress on employee performance at the Health Laboratory in Denpasar City.
