Abstract

This research analys role of mental attitude consisting the indicator (1) attitude to the company rules, (2) Obedience to the company rules, (3) The activity of doing the job, (4) The accuracy in using the office equipment, (5) The work relationship of the employees to the commitment of material department employees at Grand hyatt Hotel Nusa Dua Bali. The purpose of this researce are : (1) To know mental attitude building which is given by Grand Hyatt Hotel Nusa Dua Bali, (2) To know employees commitment of materials department pg Grand Hyatt Hotel Nusa Dua Bali.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implications of the application of motivation and communication on employee performance at the social service office of the province of Bali. Respondents used in this study were 68 employees at the Social Service of the Province of Bali. The data that has been collected is tested for validity and reliability first, followed by descriptive statistics and classical assumption tests. After the classical assumption test is fulfilled, the data is processed by multiple linear regression in order to be able to answer the predetermined problem formulation. The results showed that the variables of Communication (X1) and Motivation (X2) partially had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees (Y) at the Social Service of the Province of Bali.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and test the effect of the variables examined in this study, namely the Effect of Promotion, Premium and Handling of Claims on the Level of Vehicle Insurance Policy Sales at PT. Staco Mandiri Insurance Denpasar Branch. Data analysis techniques in this study were the validity test, reliability test, data normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, f test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that partially the promotion, premium and claim handling variables have a positive and significant effect on the level of sales of PT. Staco Mandiri Insurance Denpasar Branch. Simultaneously the promotion variables, premiums and confectionary claims have a positive and significant effect on the level of sales of PT. Staco Mandiri Insurance Denpasar Branch.

Abstract

Indofood Fritolay Makmur is one of the largest snack companies inIndonesia and has several branch areas, one of which is in Bali. During the Covid-19pandemic, there are costs that are needed to produce good sales, namely personal sellingcosts and sales promotion costs to help increase sales in order to achieve monthlytargets. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of personal selling costs andsales promotion costs partially and simultaneously on the sale of snack products on theGT (General Trade) channel, where this study will use multiple linear regression analysistechniques with the help of the SPSS version 21 for windows program. The results of thisstudy found that personal selling costs (X1) and sales promotion costs (X2) partially andsimultaneously had a significant effect on sales (Y) in PT. Indofood Fritolay MakmurChannel General Trade Bali. While the most dominant variable that has an effect onsales is the personal selling cost variable () because it has a Beta coefficient value of0.646 compared to the value of the sales promotion cost coefficient () which is only0.453.Based on the results of the determination test, an R2 value of 0.669 is obtained,which means that the amount of contribution of the personal selling cost variable (X1)and sales promotion cost (X2) is 66.9% while 33.1% is influenced by other variables thatare not researched in this study.

Abstract

The Peguyangan Kangin Village Office is one of the agencies that manages the operational activities of the village government. Administrative activities of the village office require archive management. The research objective was to find out how the analysis of the implementation of filings at the Peguyangan Kangin Village Office. Data collection techniques include: interviews with heads and staff of administrative and general affairs. Observation by making direct observations in the field to find out the actual conditions regarding the archives at the Peguyangan Kangin Village Office. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research are that the creation of archives has been carried out well. Archives are stored in a special shelf so that they are easy to find, no special standards are applied. The obstacle is the lack of storage space in the village archive warehouse. The advice that can be given is to destroy archives for archives that have not been used for 5-6 years so that old archives do not accumulate in the village archive warehouse. For the destruction of archives, confirmation should be made at the Denpasar City Archives and Libraries Service regarding the archive destruction policy. The village office should digitize in managing archives so that archives stored can be easily searched.
