Abstract

Real work lectures (KKN) are a vehicle for the application and development of knowledge carried out outside the campus within certain time, work mechanisms, and requirements. Implemented by universities, is an effort to increase the content and weight of education for students and to get greater added value in higher education. With the implementation of this KKN is expected to develop social competence and personality competence of students. The purpose of this service is to strengthen community religious piety, develop community learning activity centers, help improve the economy of rural communities and strengthen rural institutions. The methods used in this service are the service learning method and the ABCD (Asset - Based Community Development) method. The results of KKN student service are being able to apply to the 4 programs that have been provided by the campus including 1). strengthening the religious piety of the community includes: TPA teaching/assistance, Ta'lim after dawn prayers with the al-Fajri musholla congregation, Ramadan Tarhib, Ramhadan tarhib activities, Ta'jil distribution, Fun in Ramadan, Bandar sub district competitions, Wirid mothers, Ramadhan Safari, Fundraising for al-Fajri Musholla. 2). The initiation of the establishment of a community learning center (PKBM) includes: motivational seminars and children's learning guidance. 3). Economic empowerment of rural communities includes: sewing courses and oyster mushroom cultivation. 4) strengthening of rural institutions includes: reading houses.

Abstract

Perkembangan nilai-nilai moral adalah kemampuan bersikap, bertingkah laku, dan bertindak. Salah satu metode yang dapat mengembangkan perkembangan nilai moral adalah kegiatan pembiasaan. Pembiasaan adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan secara terus menerus sehingga anak menjadi terbiasa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan kegiatan pembiasaan terhadap pembentukan moral anak di TK Mulo Ara Cangduri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini manunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pembiasaan dalam pembentukan moral anak di TK Mulo Ara Cangduri ditunjukkan dari beberapa kegiatan pelaksanaan, kegiatan rutin, kegiatan spontan, pemberian teladan, dan kegiatan terprogram. Kesimpulan dari hasil kegiatan pembiasaan dalam pembentukan moral anak di TK Mulo Ara Cangduri terlihat dari anak menunjukkan rasa disiplin taat aturan dan tepat waktu, sikap peduli terhadap lingkungan dan temannya, toleransi simpati teman, tolong menolong, bekerjasama, berbagi sesama teman. Hal ini dibuktikan pada awal datang kesekolah, hingga keluar dari area sekolah.

Abstract

Self-understanding is a cognitive representation of adolescents regarding self-concept. Self-understanding is very important, because it involves how a person or student perceives himself positively or negatively, good or bad. Sharing sessions are activities that function as a forum for providing information and education. The purpose of this service is to increase students' understanding in optimizing their activities at school and outside of school. The method used is using the service learning technique. The results of this sharing session showed that students' understanding/knowledge related to the importance of understanding themselves and also seen from the increasing enthusiasm of students to take part in several activities carried out at school.

Abstract

Budaya 3S sangatlah penting bagi kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Siswa yang memahami budaya 3 S akan berdampak dengan baiknya karakter siswa tersebut. Peran guru dianggap penting untuk menumbuihkan kebiasaan budaya 3S pada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran guru sejauh mana dalam pembiasaan budaya 3S pada siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian secara deskriptif kualitatif, yang menggambarkan dan membandingkan suatu data yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi dengan teori yang terkait, untuk kemudian disusun dan dianalisa sehingga dapat ditarik sebuah kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 6 orang guru SD di SD Negeri Bale Redelong . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru sangat berperan penting dalam penerpan pembiasaan budaya 3S (Senyum, Sapa, Salam).

Abstract

Hydrometeorological disasters frequently affect vulnerable communities in Indonesia and often result in significant psychological consequences for children and adolescents. This study aimed to examine the psychological impacts experienced by students following the 2025 hydrometeorological disaster in Central Aceh, analyze the role of school counseling services in supporting students’ recovery, and identify challenges in the implementation of post-disaster counseling interventions. The study employed a qualitative case study design involving 25 disaster-affected students, 12 school counselors, and 10 subject teachers from several elementary and secondary schools in Central Aceh. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observations, and document analysis. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, including data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that students experienced various psychological difficulties, including anxiety, recurring fear, concentration problems, sleep disturbances, and decreased learning motivation. School counseling services, implemented through individual counseling, group counseling, classroom guidance, and trauma-healing activities, played a significant role in facilitating students’ psychological recovery and strengthening their resilience. However, the effectiveness of these services was constrained by limited numbers of counselors, insufficient trauma-related training, inadequate facilities, and restricted service time. The study concludes that school counseling services constitute an essential component of post-disaster recovery and should be strengthened through enhanced professional capacity, integrated psychosocial support programs, and collaboration among schools, local governments, and mental health stakeholders. The findings contribute to the development of disaster-responsive counseling practices and school-based psychosocial support systems in disaster-prone regions.

Abstract

Hydrometeorological disasters in Central Aceh in 2025, in the form of flash floods and landslides affecting the districts of Ketol, Kebayakan, and Sekeliling, caused dozens of fatalities, damage to settlements, and the disruption of road access and vital infrastructure; this study aims to analyze the qualitative impacts and mitigation strategies to strengthen the resilience of mountain communities. The method used is a qualitative approach through in‑depth interviews with 20 household heads affected by the disaster, representatives of the local government, and analysis of disaster‑management documents from the Central Aceh Disaster Management Agency and emergency‑response records from November–December 2025. The results indicate that the main impacts include psychological trauma, loss of agricultural livelihoods, and damage to road, bridge, and irrigation infrastructure; meanwhile, strong triggering factors include unstable soil, changes in land use, and an underdeveloped early‑warning system in mountainous areas. The main conclusion states that effective disaster mitigation requires a combination of strengthened local institutions, ecosystem restoration, and active community participation in mitigation planning. The key recommendations include the establishment of disaster‑resilient villages, the relocation of settlements to safer areas, and the enhancement of capacity among local officials and volunteers in dealing with hydrometeorological emergencies in Central Aceh.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of guidance and counseling (GC) services in overcoming students' learning difficulties. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects include guidance and counseling teachers, students experiencing learning difficulties, and parents. Data collection techniques consist of interviews, observations, and document analysis, while data analysis uses thematic analysis. The results indicate that students' learning problems include low learning motivation, difficulty in understanding learning materials, lack of concentration, and academic anxiety. Guidance and counseling services such as individual counseling, group guidance, and information services play an important role in addressing these problems. Individual counseling is considered the most effective service as it allows students to express their problems in depth. The effectiveness of GC services is influenced by the competence of counselors, students’ openness, and support from parents and the school environment. The findings indicate that guidance and counseling services have a strategic role in improving students’ learning abilities optimally.
