Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan dan modal sosial terhadap kinerja Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Pasuruan, dengan mempertimbangkan akses keuangan sebagai variabel moderasi. UMKM memiliki peranan yang sangat strategis dalam perekonomian Jawa Timur, baik dalam kontribusinya terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) maupun dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja. Meskipun demikian, sektor ini masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, khususnya dalam peningkatan kinerja dan daya saing di tengah dinamika pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS), melibatkan 100 responden UMKM di Kabupaten Pasuruan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, sedangkan kompetensi kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Akses keuangan juga terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, tetapi tidak berperan sebagai variabel moderasi dalam hubungan antara kompetensi kewirausahaan maupun modal sosial terhadap kinerja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan modal sosial dan akses keuangan secara langsung, serta perlunya peningkatan literasi finansial agar pelaku UMKM dapat lebih optimal dalam memanfaatkan akses pembiayaan yang tersedia

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the influence of intellectual capital on financial performance and market value. The research design employed is explanatory research. Purposive sampling technique was utilized to select the sample. The population of this study comprises energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, from which 9 (nine) companies registered between 2018-2022 were obtained as samples. Data analysis technique employed is SEM PLS. Based on the conducted research, Intellectual Capital Efficiency (ICE) significantly affects both financial performance and market value, while Capital Employed Efficiency does not significantly influence either financial performance or market value. Financial performance significantly affects market value. Moreover, Intellectual Capital Efficiency (ICE) significantly impacts market value through financial performance, whereas Capital Employed Efficiency does not significantly affect market value through financial performance. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal intelektual terhadap kinerja keuangan dan nilai pasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan adalah purposive sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan diperoleh 9 (sembilan) perusahaan yang terdaftar pada tahun 2018-2022 sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM PLS. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, Intellectual Capital Efficiency (ICE) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan nilai pasar, Capital Employed Efficiency tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan nilai pasar, kinerja keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai pasar, Intellectual Capital Efficiency (ICE) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai pasar melalui kinerja keuangan, dan Capital Employed Efficiency tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai pasar melalui kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to quantify the effect that intellectual capital has on the transparency of sustainability reports and the financial health of Indonesian banking firms traded on the IDX between 2017 and 2021. Purposive sampling was used to determine the number of firms to be tested (up to 46), and 18 financial institutions were sampled. Partial Least Square (WarpPLS 7.0) was used for all measurements and data analysis. The research found that (1) intellectual capital affects financial institution performance, (2) I.C. also affects the disclosure of sustainability reports, and (3) S.R.s had no impact on financial institution performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of social media utilization, market orientation, and customer value on marketing performance among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tutur District, Pasuruan Regency. A quantitative approach was applied through a survey of 30 MSME actors who utilize social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed. The results indicate that all three independent variables have a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on marketing performance. This research contributes theoretically to the digital marketing literature and provides practical implications for MSMEs in optimizing their social media strategies.

Abstract

The agribusiness industry of Indonesia is undergoing a period of substantial growth, characterized by intense competition among producers. This environment has compelled entities such as Agrapana Farm to devise innovative strategies in order to maintain their competitive advantage. Despite the modest level of national milk consumption, demand for dairy products is increasing at a rate that exceeds production, thereby creating opportunities in the market for processed products such as goat milk. Agrapana Farm, established in 2018 in Pandaan, continues to operate using manual methods and encounters challenges in competing in the market. The objective of this research is to analyze Agrapana's innovation strategy using descriptive qualitative methods, through a literature study, observation, and interviews. The collected data underwent a rigorous analysis that entailed the utilization of both SWOT identification and pair-wise comparison weighting techniques. This was followed by the delineation of the organization's strategic position through the application of the Internal-External (IE) matrix. The results indicate that Agrapana is positioned in quadrant V, which suggests the implementation of a strategy focused on the maintenance and enhancement of existing products. In order to successfully navigate the challenges posed by red ocean competition, a blue ocean strategy has been proposed. This strategy involves the innovation of juice fruit skin milk, a product that offers distinct health benefits and added value. This innovation is believed to have the potential to expand the market niche and differentiate Agrapana from competitors.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of market orientation and green products on the competitive advantage of MSMEs, with financial behavior as a moderating variable. The research was conducted on bag and wallet MSMEs in Pasuruan using a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using moderation regression. The results show that market orientation and green products have a significant effect on competitive advantage. Financial behavior positively moderates the relationship between green products and competitive advantage, but negatively moderates the relationship between market orientation and competitive advantage. The implications of this research highlight the importance of financial behavior in optimizing marketing strategies and green products for MSMEs' competitive advantage.
