Abstract

The main idea of this study was to evaluate the influence of export to regional economic development.  The cinnamon was superior export commodity of Kerinci regency, which support to regional economic development. The purpose of this study was to analyze cinnamon sector effect to regional economic development of Kerinci Regency of Jambi and to analyse cinnamon price integration on farmers and export corporation level.  The study used qualitative and quantitative methods.  The data consisted of primary and secondary data.  The primary data were collected from survey and interview with respondents, such as farmers, traders, cinnamon entrepreneurs, local government staffs and other informants.  The secondary data were collected from Badan Pusat Statistik, Central Bank of Indonesia and FAOSTAT.  The analysis model consisted of descriptive model, input-output model, OLS regression combined with co-integration model and error correction model (ECM).  The results showed that the cinnamon had low correlation to support regional economic development and indicate regional leakage.  The farmers’ level price had no significant integration to export corporation price.  Increasing quality and industry processing development is the most important strategy.   Key words: cinnamon, sectoral linkages, price integration, regional economics, agroindustry processing

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of (1)Self-efficacy on the performance of employees of the Merangin Regency Education and Culture Office. (2)Emotional Intelligence on the performance of the Merangin Regency Education and Culture Office employees. (3)Spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees of the Merangin Regency Education and Culture Office (4)Self efficacyemotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence jointly affect the performance of the Merangin Regency Education and Culture Office employees. The population in this study is allThere are 49 employees of the Merangin Regency Education and Culture Office. And the technique of determining the number of samples taken as respondents with the technique of taking this sample using the total sampling technique (whole sample). Total sampling is a sampling technique where the number of samples is the same as the population. The reason for taking total sampling is because the total population is less than 100 and the entire population is used as a research sample. The results of this study indicate that (1)Self efficacyprovide a positive influence on the performance of employees in the Department of Education and Culture of Merangin Regency. (2)Emotional intelligenceprovide a positive influence on the performance of employees in the Department of Education and Culture of Merangin Regency. Abstract

The study aims to get an overview of marketing communications, experience and quality of services as the cause of image formation and satisfaction and its impact on loyalty of domestic tourists in the waterfall recreation area. The object of this research is waterfalls in Malang, namely Curug Bidadari and Curug Nangka. The number of samples acceptable in this study is 50 respondents. This number is a critical sample size in the sample measurements required through SEM Partial Least Square (PLS). From the questionnaires distributed on both waterfalls, collected 114 complete questionnaires that can be processed. The data analyzed in this research using Partial Least Square (PLS) method and using Smart PLS tools. The results showed that marketing communications significantly related to the image. This shows that interesting communication will form a positive image and encourage tourists to visit. Compared with marketing communications, experience has more role in shaping the image of the place of recreation. Service quality is significantly related to image. Service quality has the most dominant effect on image over experience and communication. Service quality is significantly related to satisfaction. Service quality is not significantly related to loyalty. The image is significantly related to satisfaction. The image is not significantly related to loyalty. Although the image does not directly affect the loyalty, but the image has an indirect effect on loyalty through satisfaction. Satisfaction is significantly related to loyalty. Of all the variables that have influence on loyalty the biggest influence is the variable of respondent satisfaction, that is the promotion of this recreation place as a place of recreation.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of (1) Workload on employee motivation at the Department of Communication, Information and Statistics of Sungai Penuh City. (2) Organizational Climate on employee motivation in the Office of Communication, Information and Statistics of Sungai Penuh City. (3) Leadership Style on employee motivation in the Department of Communication, Information and Statistics of Sungai Penuh City. (4) Workload, organizational climate and leadership style have a joint effect on employee motivation at the Department of Communication, Information and Statistics of Sungai Penuh City. The population in this study is all employees at the Department of Communication, Information and Statistics of Sungai Penuh City as many as 39 people. And This sampling technique uses a total sampling technique (whole sample), total sampling is a sampling technique where the number of samples is the same as the population (Sugiyono, 2017) The results of this study indicate that (1) Workload has a significant negative effect on employee motivation at the Department of Communication, Information and Statistics of Sungai Penuh City. (2) Organizational Climate provide a positive influence on employee motivation in the Department of Communication, Information and Statistics Sungai Full City. (3) Leadership Style provide a positive influence on employee motivation in the Department of Communication, Information and Statistics Sungai Full City. Abstract

This study aims to look at the influence of  Job characteristics on OCB employees of the SME Cooperative Service of Sungai Penuh City.) Communication Satisfaction on OCB of employees of the SME Cooperative Service of Sungai Penuh City. Conscientiousness on OCB of employees of the SME Cooperative Service of Sungai Penuh City. Job Characteristics, Communication Satisfaction and Conscientiousness together on OCB of employees of the SME Cooperative Service of Sungai Penuh City. This study uses a type of quantitative research method, where the sampling technique uses total sampling technique, with a sample size of 49 employees of the SME Cooperative Service of Sungai Penuh City. The analysis technique is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Job characteristics have a positive influence on OCB employees of the SME Cooperative Service of Sungai Penuh City. Communication satisfaction has a positive influence on OCB employees of the SME Cooperative Service of Sungai Penuh City. Conscientiousness has a positive influence on OCB of employees of the SME Cooperative Service of Sungai Penuh City. Job characteristics, communication satisfaction and conscientiousness together have a significant effect on OCB of employees of the SME Cooperative Service of Sungai Penuh City.

Abstract

Puskesmas Siulak Gedang Kabupaten Kerinci sebagai salah satu unit pelayan kesehatan masyarakat juga harus bisa memberikan kepuasan yang maksimal pada masyarakat yang berurusan dengan instansi ini. Permasalahan pada puskesmas ini ialah masih ditemukan adanya permasalahan ketidakpuasan masyarakat atas layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh (1) komitmen organisasi, kualitas layanan, kinerja terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Puskesmas Siulak Gedang Kabupaten Kerinci. Metode penelitian yaitu kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh pegawai Puskesmas Siulak Gedang Kabupaten Kerincis yang tidak diketahui jumlahnya. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 144 sampel yang diperoleh dari 4x36 (jumlah item pertanyaan). Teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner dan analisa data regresi linear berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian ditemukan komitmen organisasi, kualitas pelayanan, kinerja memberikan pengaruh signifikan yang positif terhadap Kepuasan masyarakat di Puskesmas Siulak Gedang Kabupaten Kerinci. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan makna bahwa dengan komitmen organisasi, kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja yang baik diberikan oleh Puskesmas tersebut maka dapat memberikan kepuasan masyarakat berkunjung pada puskesmas tersebut. Sehingga komitmen organisasi, kualitas pelayanan, kinerja penting untuk diperhatikan dalam rangka memberikan kepuasan kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Kinerja setiap guru dibutuhkan penilaian kinerja yang tepat, baik dari segi kualitas maupun segi kuantitas sesuai dengan standar kinerja yang telah ditetapkan. Masih terdapatnya pencapaian sasaran kerja guru yang masih rendah disebabkan diantaranya masih terbatasanya inovasi yang dihasilkan oleh para guru dalam melaksanakan tugas sebagai pendidik dan pengajar untuk mencapai efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam proses belajar mengajar dalam memperbaiki atau yang bisa membuat pekerjaan menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh (1) Reward terhadap Kinerja guru SD di Kecamatan Danau Kerinci Kabupaten Kerinci; (2) Hubungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja guru SD di Kecamatan Danau Kerinci Kabupaten Kerinci; (3) Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja guru SD di Kecamatan Danau Kerinci Kabupaten Kerinci; (4) Reward, Hubungan Kerja dan Motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja guru SD di Kecamatan Danau Kerinci Kabupaten Kerinci. Metode penelitian deskriptif asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SD di Kecamatan Danau Kerinci Kabupaten Kerinci berjumlah 67 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi. Hasil penelitian adalah secara parsial dan simultan reward, hubungan kerja dan disiplin kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja guru. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat dibuat suatu kesimpulan bahwa kinerja guru yang baik dapat didorong dengan adanya reward yang memadai supaya dapat memberikan hubungan kerja yang baik dan guru lebih termotivasi untuk bekerja dengan memberdayakan kemampuannya dalam proses pembelajaran yang baik. Oleh sebab itu, faktor ini penting untuk diperhatikan supaya tujuan dalam proses belajar dan mengajar berjalan dengan baik
