Abstract

Sejak kota Gorontalo tumbuh menjadi ibukota propinsi dan terpusatnya pembangunan di wilayah perkotaan menimbulkan permasalahan tersendiri. Salah satu adalah banjir. Mengingat begitu besarnya dampaknya maka diperlukan penelitian untuk menghasilkan informasi tentang tingkat kerawanan banjir di Kota Gorontalo. Metode penelitian adalah mengkompilasi antara metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang dipadukan dengan survey lapangan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah daerah penelitian dapat dibagi kedalam 3 satuan geomorfologi yaitu satuang geomorfologi pedaran, bergelombang dan perbukitan bergelombang. Curah hujan rata-rata bulanan berkisar antara 61 - 169.58 mm/bulanan sedangkan curah hujan tahunan adalah 1.461 mm/tahun dengan tipe iklimnya adalah C - D. Geologi di bagi kedalam 3 satuan batuan yaitu dari tua ke muda adalah satuan batuan granit, breksi vulkanik dan alluvial, struktur geologi yang bekerja berarah barat laut-tenggara. Jenis tanah di daerah ini adalah lempung. Kedalaman muka air tanah berkisar antara 100 - 225 cm termasuk air tanah dangkal. Penggunaan lahan dapat di bagi 5 yaitu persawahan, pemukiman dan perkantoran, tegalan, pertambangan dan hutan jarang. Zonasi tingkat kerawanan banjir dapat di bagi 3 yaitu zona rawan tinggi, aona rawan rendah dan zona tidak rawan. Upaya mitigasi yang harus dilakukan adalah mengembalikan fungsi lahan sesuai peruntukannya

Abstract

A series of experiment have been done to study effect of heating to anisotropy of magnetic susceptibility (AMS). The series of experiment include measurement of AMS of fresh rocks and after heating treatment. The sample of rocks from Gunung Sekopiah site and Watu Adeg site, Both of sites located in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta province. The AMS fabric of SKP site consistent with assumption that rock from this site is dike. This is also confirms that this rock is intrusive one. Heating treatment on the sample at temperature range between 25 300oC doesnt effect on susceptibility of AMS. But the susceptibility of AMS decreases if sample heated at higher temperature.

Abstract

Desa tamaila utara merupakan salah satu desa yang menjadi desa binaan Universitas negeri gorontalo  sehingganya sekitar 35 mahasiswa/i  UNG di turunkan didesa ini untuk melaksanakan program KKN GEF-SGP UNG. Program inti yang dilaksanakan didesa ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan. Program pelatihan pembuatan  handsanitizer dan pelatihan pembuatan coklat ini diikuti oleh staf pemerintah desa tamaila utara, pemuda dan masyarakat desa tamaila utara , program yang di jalankan selama satu hari ini mendapatkan respon baik dan antusias dari masyarakat desa tamaila utara. Bahan yang digunakan untuk program pelatihan pembuatan handsanitizer yaitu daun sirih dan perasan jeruk, bahan ini sangat mudah didapat dan pembuatannya juga sangat mudah. Untuk bahan pelatihan coklat menggunakan buah kakao yang diambil langsung dari  salah satu dusun dari desa tamaila utara yakni dusun tumba. TAMANTIS menjadi produk handsanitizer yang dihasilkan dari pelatihan Handsanitizer dan CHOCO TUMBA menjadi  produk dari pelatihan coklat yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa KKN GEF-SGP desa tamaila utara.

Abstract

The research area located in the lowland zone and the corrugated hilly zone which is dominated by sedimentary rocks. Therefore, this study aims to determine the geological features of the research area and the study of depositional environmental facies of the Lake Deposits Formation as an analysis of the depositional environment of Limboto Lake. The research method used is the surface geological mapping, measuring a section of stratigraphic and laboratory analysis. Field data consists of stratigraphical features of the research area. Laboratory analysis consists of petrography and stratigraphy-sedimentology analysis. It can be concluded facies and stratigraphy of research from older to youngest, consists of clastic limestones unit formed in Late Miocene-late Early Pliocene age, reef limestones formed in Late Miocene-early Late Pliocene age, sandstones unit formed in Late Pliocene-Pleistocene age, clay unit, and sandy clay unit are deposited in Holocene. Overall the study site consisted of marine, transitional and terrestrial deposition environment with Lake Deposits Formation facies is lake margin clastic deposits and meandering-stream environment deposits.

Abstract

 The research objective is to find out  the Socioeconomic Of Community After The Development Of Olele Beach Tourist Attraction Olele Village Olele Villag Kabila Bone Sub-District Bone Bolango District. It applies a quantitative descriptive method while the data were collected through techniques of observasi, interview, and documentation. Research samples are determined by applying purposive sampling. Technique of processing data uses editing, sorting, tabulating, and interpreting. Meanwhile, technique of data analysis employes table of percentage and diagram. Findings of research show that the inpact of development of beach tourist attractionis positive on the change of livelihood or job, business opportunity, and community income. In addition, the developmentof Olele Beach Tourist Attraaction inpacts community positively as the open new businesses as employment opportunity around the spot such as food and drink stalls, other types of stalls, and bost whereas gazebo, snorkeling, and oksigen tank are othertypes new services that are for rent for the visitors or tourists. In total, 26 unit of new business have opened after the development, and they employ 34 people. Lastly, the change of socioeconomic after the devepolment of beach touist attraction in Olele Village is an increase of 26,4% in respondents’ incomes who open a new business opportunity.

Abstract

Dusun Tumba adalah salah satu dari 6 (enam) dusun yang secara administratif berada di Desa Tamaila Utara, Kecamatan Tolangohula, Kabupaten Gorontalo, Provinsi Gorontalo. Secara astronomis berada pada koordinat N 0º49’23.3” E 122º32’08.5”. Metode pelaksanaan program yang dilakukan mahasiswa KKN GEF-SGP Energi Terbarukan terbagi menjadi enam program yang bermanfaat untuk pemberdayaan di lingkungan masyarakat Dusun Tumba. Program  Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dalam Memanfaatkan Potensi Sumber Daya Air Melalui Pengembangan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Picohydro di Dusun Tumba Desa Tamaila Utara yakni program yang dilaksanakan berupa Pendataan Jumlah Pemakaian Energi dan Maintenance Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Pycohidro, Pemetaan Daerah Tangkapan Air, Konsesi HTI, Pelaksanaan Produksi Film Dokumenter, serta Program Pendidikan dan Infrastruktur KKN GEF-SGP Energi Terbarukan berjalan dengan baik. Program ini diharapkan bermanfaat bagi pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai penunjang perekonomian, pertanian, pendidikan di Dusun Tumba

Abstract

The landforms in the Gorontalo area are only limited to the physiographic division of Gorontalo. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the geomorphological characteristics of the research area to obtain detailed data that can be used as basic data for the theoretical purposes of Gorontalo geomorphology and disaster applications. The method used in this research is field observation and visual interpretation using satellite imagery, namely GeoEye (GoogleEarth) and Digital Elevation Model. Data analysis was carried out in the form of an analysis of the geomorphological condition of the research area supported by the results of image interpretation—determination of geomorphological units using the Van Zuidam classification. The results showed that the geomorphology of the study area consisted of six geomorphological units: structural hills, volcanic hills, denudational hills, denudational plains, fluvial plains, and marine plains. The morphography and morphometry of the research area are hilly, lowland, and coastal plains generally located at an altitude of 0-393 masl with slopes ranging from flat to extremely steep with a sloping pattern. The morphology of the landform units in the study area starts from the Early Miocene to the Holocene in the form of magmatism, volcanism, and exogenous processes. The presence of geological structures in the form of fractures and faults in geomorphological units and the influence of exogenous processes on landforms can be a reference in mapping the direction of mitigation in the research area, theoretically and practically.

Abstract

Tamaila Village is one of the villages located in Tolangohula District, Gorontalo Regency, Gorontalo Province, astronomically located at the coordinates of N 0044'27.9 "E 122º28'42.18". The method of implementing the program carried out by KKN students is the thematic village building. The program carried out by the Thematic KKN students is divided into several programs that are beneficial to the community in Tamaila village. Such as conducting socialization of vaccinations, making latrines and building boundaries in five hamlets in Tamaila village, then doing morning exercises with village officials and kindergarten children, planting sensifera, helping flood-affected residents in Karya Jaya hamlet, Tamaila village, data collection on dasa wisma in tamaila village, clean friday, maintenance of sports facilities and infrastructure and teaching kindergarten children about healthy lifestyles. This program is expected to be useful for the community.

Abstract

Tihu Village is located on the southern coast of Gorontalo and is included in an area prone to earthquakes and tsunamis. The impact of the earthquake and tsunami disaster can be in the form of loss of life and material. The losses incurred as a result of a disaster are usually caused by the local community's lack of responsiveness in dealing with an impending disaster. Mitigation efforts are needed in tsunami-prone areas to prevent casualties and material losses. Mitigation efforts can be carried out by socializing the earthquake and tsunami disaster and making tsunami evacuation routes. The programs implemented through this service activity are: 1) survey of potential disasters and identification of disaster-prone zones; 2) manufacture of disaster risk reduction information boards; 3) construction of evacuation route boards and assembly points; 4) Socialization of earthquake and tsunami disaster risk reduction; 5) Installation of evacuation route boards and assembly points.

Abstract

Kebijakan pemerintah untuk menghasilkan data yang akurat, mutakhir, terpadu dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan adalah program Satu Data Indonesia. Pemerintah daerah Provinsi Gorontalo menjalankan program ini yang juga dibantu oleh mahasiswa dan dosen melakukan pendataan menggunakan aplikasi digital yang disebut Gorontalo Satu Data (GSD). Dalam satu desa, GSD mendata empat dusun yaitu kepada sekitar 100 KK di Desa Pentadu Timur, Kabupaten Boalemo.Metode pendataan dilakukan dengan mengunjungi rumah warga dan melakukan wawancara dengan materi meliputi aspek penghasilan, kesehatan, pendidikan dan kemudian data tersebut diinput pada aplikasi GSD di smartphone anumerator. Dari pembaharuan data menunjukkan dua hal penting yaitu banyak masyarakat yang sudah berubah status penghasilan sehingga data terkait bantuan sosial perlu direvisi, dan dibidang kesehatan banyak masyarakat yang tidak mengetahui status asuransi BPJS yang mereka miliki. Ini menjadi catatan terkait dengan pemberian program bantuan yang tepat sasaran kepada yang berhak menerima dan perlunya sosialisasi berbagai program kepada masyarakat juga berada dipemukiman terpencil.
