Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kontribusi kekuatan otot lengan, fleksibiliti bahu dan pergelangan tangan dan koordinasi mata dan tangan terhadap pukulan lob backhand. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuasalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet putra PB. Hiqua Wijaya Kediri berjumlah 14 atlet dan teknik pengambilan sampel sampling jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan tes pengukuran. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasilnya adalah ada kontribusi kekuatan otot lengan terhadap pukulan lob backhand sebesar, ada kontribusi fleksibiliti bahu dan pergelangan tangan terhadap pukulan lob backhand sebesar, ada kontribusi koordinasi mata dan tangan terhadap pukulan lob backhand sebesar, ada kontribusi kekuatan otot lengan, fleksibiliti bahu dan pergelangan tangan dan koordinasi mata dan tangan terhadap pukulan lob backhand pada atlet putra PB. Hiqua Wijaya Kediri.

Abstract

The background of this research is the results of the author's observations of the activities of a soccer club in Plandi Village called SSB GP Plandi. This club's training seems the same as other clubs, but this club often wins matches inside and outside the city. Therefore the author wants to examine what management or management is carried out by the coaches and administrators of the SSB GP Plandi club in maintaining the achievements of their athletes. This research approach uses a survey approach with a type of qualitative research by seeking information from related parties in the cluster such as coaches, administrators, and athletes. Data is collected by the type of data from the results of interviews, documentation, and observation. In the results of the study, the coach stated that with advanced planning and short, medium, and long-term management management was able to guide children to improve their soccer skills. Trainers always instill discipline and appropriate training methods. This is expected to maximize the potential of each individual. Training and evaluation program, SSB GP Plandi's coach provides an intensive training program which is 4 times a week with some core training such as passing, ball control, heading, free kicks, and penalty kicks. In the facilities and infrastructure section, the trainer stated that the facilities and infrastructure at SSB PG Plandi were still good and complete for regular training, and the trainer was more pleased because there were already lights from the provision of facilities so they could be used at night. Based on the research conclusions, the authors stated (1) the training was very intensive, based on the acknowledgments of coaches, athletes, and administrators said that the training was carried out intensively four times a week, namely Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday which focused on passing, control, heading, free kicks and penalty kicks and other physical exercises. (2) developing planning for advanced training and short, medium, and long-term management in management that is able to guide children to improve their abilities and instilling a disciplined attitude supported by appropriate training is expected to maximize the potential in each individual.

Abstract

Sport is a form of physical activity that is carried out in a planned and structured manner which in its implementation involves repetitive body movements to improve physical and spiritual fitness. Sport becomes an important thing and must be done by the community in the midst of a COVID-19 pandemic. Because sports activities can improve fitness and increase endurance so it can be ensured that immunity becomes strong as a defense against the virus that causes COVID-19. Conducting Physical Distancing is an appeal by the World Health Organization (WHO) which has changed the way we live everyday. Began to do the teaching and learning process, work, worship also exercise at home. When doing physical exercise it is recommended not to overdo it with high intensity. Because, it can interfere with health. Prevent Covid-19 (SCC-19) is a type of exercise that is intended to prevent covid-19 to improve fitness and endurance. SCC is expected to be an alternative way to maintain health, fitness and endurance. This activity was carried out by conducting a virtual demonstration with a video tutorial on the movement of the gymnastics created by SCC-19, which was exhibited by the Nusantara Aerobic team, Nusantara University PGRI Kediri. The target subjects of this activity are all sports activists. The results of this activity indicate that there is good enthusiasm from the total audience of 4,625.
