Abstract

Pekon Gunung tiga merupakan pekon yang terletak di Kecamatan Ulubelu, Kabupaten Tanggamus. Daerah pekon Gunung tiga merupakan daerah yang memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan sumber daya alam, karena daerah ini mampu memasok banyak kopi untuk perusahaan kopi besar yang ada di Indonesia dan menghasilkan lada hitam dan putih yang berkualitas setiap tahunnya. Permasalahannya adalah Sumber daya alam yang kaya ini belum mampu memacu perekonomian masyarakat dan belum ada inovasi yang membuat pekon ini memiliki produk yang spesifik, karena penghasil kopi sudah banyak. Solusi dari kkn kebangsaan adalah Memberdayakan Ibu ibu dan pemuda Dari keluarga petani kopi dan lada untuk membantu meningkatkan penghasilkan Keluarga Berkolaborasi menghasilkan produk khas gunungtiga yang kreatif yakni berupa minuman bubuk kopi lada yang sudah dipacking sedemikian rupa sehingga memiliki nilai jual yang lebih tinggi daripada langsung dijual ke tengkulak-tengkulak. Kesimpulan dari pemberdayaan masyarakat ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK dan masyarakat mengetahui bagaimana membentuk produk yang unik dan khas dengan bahan baku yang mudah didapat di daerah tersebut. Kegiatan-kegiatan lainnya yang sangat menunjang keberlanjutan kemajuan pekon Gunungtiga seperti pekon bersih, anak-anak yang penuh motivasi, dan pembangunan fisik seperti pembuatan nama plang jalan juga dilakukan. Selain itu, program yang masih berupa blueprint seperti rancangan lampu jalan juga menjadi program unggulan peserta KKN Kebangsaan pekon Gunungtiga tahun 2018.

Abstract

Pekon Way Nipah area is an area that has great potential in tourism, because there are Teluk Semaka in the East and Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park (TNBBS) in the West. Pekon Way Nipah is a Pekon located in Pematang Sawa sub-district, Tanggamus district. Having a tourism potential in the form of a bay makes Pekon Way Nipah has great potential in the field of fisheries, but the fact that occurs in Pekon How to produce agricultural products, is not optimal by the community, and even for the economic community. The purpose of product optimization in the form of nuggets as a typical products is that the community has a role to support the economy with the great potential possessed by Pekon. The method is training and socialization community members of Way Nipah. The results that have been issued are the creation of nuggets with complete packaging as souvenirs of the typical products method, as well as recipe books that have been made for the community. The report of this community empowerment is PKK mothers and the community knows how to make nuggets and has their own products.

Abstract

Pekon paku is one of the isolated villages in Kelumbayan District, Tanggamus District, Lampung Province. Various tourism potentials and natural resources have not been well managed by the government and local communities. Therefore, the National Community Service of the 2018 KKN-Western State University BKS activities are carried out through various creative work programs. This activity is carried out by a causal method, which is to carry out a work program based on SWOT analysis of problems that occurs as a prosperous population of less than 15%, primary school conditions that are prioritized, and so on. The results of this activity are found in physical and non-physical forms. Physically, KKN students succeeded in making small platforms / shelters on the bay of the bay, holding reading gardens for elementary students, and smart mushalla. Non-physical, character building is carried out through tutoring, afternoon movements of recitation, and non-physical development of tourism in the form of promotions and beach nail bays tour shortcuts by creating a paradiseofpaku.com website. through KKN activities conducted for 30 days, students have succeeded in contributing to the pakon as a form of community service.

Abstract

This activity aims to help resolve two Mukenah UKM problems in Kota Pariaman, namely: from the aspect of product production and marketing. From the perspective of production, improving the quality of human resources, and developing motives. In the field of marketing is breaking the long marketing chain through bookkeeping online sales. To achieve the above objectives, the methods that have been carried are Methods of lectures and counseling about the creative economy, the development of product motifs of various forms of Mukenah, and the importance of Entrepreneurship. Next was demonstration and training in making motives, creating new products to support the development of Mukena products that is the form of mukenah bags, prayer mats, and product packaging and bookkeeping. The result of this dedication is Mukenah UKM has gained knowledge about the motivation, models, and completeness of Mukenah according to market demand. UKM can do simple bookkeeping about the activity of buying and selling their products, can already load various colors because the raw material of the fabric is already available in the City of Pariaman. UKM also have trademarks and get consumers online. On the other side, the surrounding community has gained knowledge and embroidery skills that can help Mukenah UKM in increasing production. Government policies are needed to continue the development of products and help superior market products in this area through exhibition events and others. So that embroidery products from the City of Pariaman can penetrate the world market.

Abstract

Soasio is a village located in the City of Tidore Islands. Soasio has historical tourism that must be developed because it has excellent potential. The development of historical tourism potential is also carried out by preserving local wisdom in the Soasio area, which is still being carried out by the Soasio people. The development of historical tourism potential and local wisdom is carried out with the concept of a tour package called Heritage Travel Tour. This tour package will be done by visiting 7 historical tourist attractions in Soasio. This activity will empower Soasio and work together with the Office of Culture and Tourism of the City of Tidore Islands, which can be accessed through the travel application. The concept of the Cultural House can also be used as a center for learning Tidore culture in Soasio and practice and display various traditions of the Soasio people. This activity is carried out by interview, observation, and documentation methods. The concept of the Heritage Travel Tour and the House of Culture will help preserve the local culture and introduce culture to tourists who come to visit and help the region's income.

Abstract

Parik Sabungan Village, Dolok Pardamean District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra has such a large land; this village is the village with the highest population at the Dolok Pardamean sub-district, has the youngest generations and has the potential to be used as agro-tourism. Parik Sabungan Village is still full of customs, culture, and habits instilled from their previous ancestors; one example is village children who have to help their parents to the fields and do not get additional education and creativity and creativity with the children. Other villages. This activity aims to improve community education, especially the younger generation of Parik Sabungan village. The method used island exploration, land preparation, implementation socialization, and technical discussion on the nature school's continuation. This activity aims to improve community education in creative ways by utilizing existing land without incurring high costs. Suggestions for additional activities are to prepare human resources, land, and natural school equipment more optimally so that the nature school can develop and continue to run even though the team has finished carrying out activities in the village.

Abstract

Pendidikan Taman Kanak-kanak merupakan pendidikan yang penting, termasuk Guru Taman kanak-kanak yang menjadi tumpuan utama untuk menghasilkan SDM yang berkualitas. Namun terjadi ketimpangan pendapatan di antara guru honorer, kepuasan kerja dan pelatihan guru di tingkat Taman Kanak-kanak yang sangat perlu diperhatikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat ketimpangan pendapatan dan mengukur hubungan kepuasan kerja dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru honorer Taman Kanak-kanak di Kota Padang. Penelitian ini mengukur ketimpangan pendapatan pada guru honorer Taman Kanak-kanak, mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan pelatihan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru serta pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru. Dengan menggunakan indeks gini ratio dan Analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM-PLS) hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketimpangan pendapatan guru honorer taman kanak-kanak didapat sebesar 0,23328 yang berarti ketimpangannya rendah, artinya bahwa tingkat ketimpangan pendapatan guru honorer hampir merata sedangkan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, kinerja guru honorer Taman kanak-kanak dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Abstract

The empowerment of village communities is within the framework of the Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM) Building Villages, which is carried out for the people of Sungai Batu Gantih Village, Gunung Kerinci District, Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province. Based on the results of a preliminary survey in Sungai Batu Gantih Village, in general, the village community carries out their livestock business part-time, with food crop farming activities as the main business. The knowledge of the people of Sungai Batu Gantih Village regarding the cultivation of free-range chickens is still low. Chicken rearing is carried out extensively, relying on household leftovers as feed, resulting in low productivity and a limited population. So, this activity aims to improve the abilities and skills of village communities in raising chickens through socializing the joper chicken so that they can increase productivity and increase people's income in Sungai Batu Gantih Village. Joper chickens are the result of crossing male Joper chickens and female purebred chickens with quite high egg production, and the eggs and meat have a distinctive taste. This activity will be carried out in September–December 2022. The method of activity carried out is participatory community empowerment, which includes counseling, field practice, and mentoring. The implementation of empowerment activities went well and received a positive response from the village community. This was shown by the percentage of Joper chickens that lived to 4 weeks of age, reaching 90% with a body weight ranging from 230 to 290 g/head.
