This study aims to find out and analyze what factors are causing a lack of awareness of educators and education personnel in Karawang Regency to register intellectual property rights; The impact of not registering the intellectual property rights of educators and education staff in Karawang regency and knowing the efforts made by the local government in increasing the awareness of legal IPR education and education personnel in Karawang Regency. The method in this study is to use an empirical juridical approach. The results of this study indicate that the factors that led to a lack of awareness of educators and education personnel in Karawang Regency to register IPRs were a lack of understanding of educators and education staff about the legal rules of intellectual property rights; Most educators and education personnel do not know what IPR is; Awards for IPR and compliance with IPR laws are still low.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor apa yang menyebabkan kurangnya kesadaran pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di Kabupaten Karawang untuk mendaftarkan hak kekayaan intelektual; Selanjutnya, dianalisis mengenai dampak dari tidak mendaftarkan hak kekayaan intelektual para pendidik dan staf pendidikan di Kabupaten Karawang, serta dimaksudkan juga untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah dalam meningkatkan kesadaran hukum pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan tentang Hak Kekayaan Intelektual di Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kurangnya kesadaran pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di Kabupaten Karawang untuk mendaftarkan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual adalah kurangnya pemahaman pendidik dan staf pendidikan tentang aturan hukum hak kekayaan intelektual; Sebagian besar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan tidak tahu apa itu Intellectual Property Rights. Selain itu, penghargaan untuk Hak Kekayaan Intelektual dan kepatuhan terhadap hukum Hak Kekayaan Intelektual masih rendah.

This study aims to describe undergraduate students' perspectives on the implementation of self-directed learning in improving speaking skills. The participants of this research are 8th semester students at Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang with the amount of 30 students. This study employed descriptive method, where the data gained through semi-structured interview and questionnaires. The findings indicated that all participants agreed that self-directed learning is an effective method that is used outside the classroom. They also agreed that self-directed learning can help them achieve their learning goals and get used to being more active and responsible in their learning process. In addition, in carrying out self-directed learning activities, most of the participants prefer to use audio-visual media. Furthermore, this study suggests teachers to provide a foothold to students about the importance of self-management in the learning process towards self-directed learning so that students are more independent and can achieve the learning objectives.

This study aims to examine how different genders are represented in Indonesia's grade eight English textbooks. The primary goal of this research is to ascertain the various gender representations and how language and images are used in the English textbook "Think Globally Act Locally." The study employs Fairclough's (1989) Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) frameworks, specifically the description, interpretation, and explanation. Analyses are divided into five categories: Authors' genders, character genders, issues centered on men or women pictures and visibility, and linguistic traits. Additionally, the images have been subjected to a critical image analysis using the Critical Image Analysis program. The investigation's findings reveal that gender prejudice or stereotypes persist in the English textbooks used in Indonesian schools, despite the government's efforts to promote equality and fairness in education through the country's educational policy. Lastly, the study offers some pedagogical implications and recommendations for resolving gender inequality in the educational materials used in English classrooms.

Achievement of learning outcomes of student in the curriculum can be seen from the assessment results.Assessment as the process of collecting and processing information to measure student learning outcomes.The theory in this research is based on permendikbud no. 104/2014 on assessment standards and the formation of moral feeling (Lickona 1992).The population of 720 students class VIII SMP Negeri 2 and 5 Bandung.Sampling using random sampling method. The sample of research is 233 participants. Methods of data collection include observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation studies and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that (1) the implementation of the standard assessment of curriculum 2013 in SMP Negeri 2 and 5 Bandung in accordance with existing provisions that is based on permendikbud no 104/2014 on assessment standards. Teachers are given guidance in determining the assessment of the outcomes of the learning process. (2) the test result of significant efffect on applying the standard of assessment to "moral feeling" is 0.622 (3) the formation of students' moral feeling based on the implementation of the assessment standards has a sufficient impact When teachers appropriately implement the assessment standards will have a greater impact

This study discussed how the readiness of pre-service EFL teachers to use MALL in their teaching practice activities. In investigating pre-service teachers' readiness, there are two research questions related to the attitudes shown by pre-service teachers towards MALL and their experiences with MALL during their teaching practice. In this study, two types of data collection were used: interviews as the primary data collection and supported by questionnaire. There were four participants involved in this study using the phenomenological study method. This study found that pre-service EFL teachers showed a positive attitude towards the use of MALL. The participants felt that using MALL in their teaching practicum, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, was very useful. In addition, they also had quite a good experience during their teaching practice using MALL. They can choose the media or platform used according to their learning needs and their respective classroom situations. With the findings obtained, this can be a hope for their future class. The participants are aware of the benefits of MALL and are willing to use it during their teaching practice.

The problem that is happening in the field in the form of agricultural products is information that is often found today. From these problems linking farmers and distributors, of course, has an impact on long shipping flow. In addition, coupled with the presence of Pandemi Covid-19 which caused agricultural distribution to be hampered. So the purpose of this service designs applications that are the needs of farmers, so that vegetables can be directly to consumers. Sis-Log in Apps (Agricultural Logistics System Application) is an application designed by researchers and can be used for the needs of farmers and consumers. The method used in this service is a field method. The results in this service are in the form of sis-log design in apps. Applications are useful to facilitate the process of buying and selling directly between farmers and consumers. Without going through other intermediaries that make the shipping network long. Then the quality of the freshness of vegetables is maintained and directly to the hands of consumers. In addition, this application uses technology that is looking for the closest distance between farmers and consumers. So this makes the effectiveness and efficiency of vegetable delivery.

The objective of this research was to investigate senior high students' perception on learning survival vocabularies through Instagram-assisted Vocabulary Self-Collection Strategy. This research provides two research questions: (1)In what ways Vocabulary Self-Collection Strategy and Instagram facilitate students in learning vocabulary? (2)What is the students’ responds toward the VSS project with Instagram assisted? The study was conducted by using classroom action research as the research design. The participants of this study were the senior high school students majoring social program in Karawang. The instruments used in this study were semi-structure interview for students, reflective journal and students’ VSS chart. The findings of this study found three main themes regarding to the students’ perception on Instagram-assisted Vocabulary Self-collection Strategy: (1)Instagram-assisted Vocabulary Self-collection Strategy Enhance Students’ Vocabulary, (2)Instagram-assisted Vocabulary Self-collection Strategy help Students’ Comprehension on Vocabulary, (3)The Challenges of Vocabulary Self-collection Strategy in learning vocabulary. The result implies students can consider taking some text from quotes that have been posted on Instagram as learning media outside of school. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana komponen kelas terbalik diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran kosa kata. Selain itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang pemanfaatan flipped classroom sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid-19 bagi siswa kelas VIII SMP di Karawang. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap komponen flipped classroom sangat berpengaruh dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Meskipun guru membuat persiapan yang baik selama kegiatan pra-kelas, siswa mempengaruhi kegiatan kelas terbalik selama kegiatan di kelas. Selain itu, kemampuan siswa yang diuji dalam kegiatan pasca kelas juga dipengaruhi oleh penerimaan materi pada saat kegiatan pra kelas dan di dalam kelas.

Masalah korupsi adalah masalah warga negara yang harus dicegah dan ditanggulangi mulai dari hal-hal terkecil dalam keseharian kita, penanggulangan dan pencegahan perilaku korupsi bukan hanya tugas KPK, atau pemerintah tapi merupakan masalah bersama. Salah satunya dengan menerapkan sebuah model pembelajaran di persekolahan yang diharapkan mampu membantu masyarakat khususnya siswa dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai antikorupsi. Model pembelajaran tersebut berupa teori film documenter. Dalam model ini diharapkan siswa dapat lebih empiris mengenal, memaknai, dan menerapkan jiwa antikorupsi dalam kehhidupan sehari-hari mulai dari dini. Siswa-siswa SMP N 2 Rawamerta secara umum masih menganggap bahwa korupsi adalah perilaku pejabat publik yang merugikan keuangan negara dan melawan hukum, sedangkan perilaku koruptif seringkali mereka temui bahkan dilakukan dalam kehidupan mereka sehari-hari, mata pelajaran PKn dan PAI saja tidaklah cukup untuk memberikan pemahaman perilaku koruptif tersebut. Diperlukan pelatihan dan pembimbingan berkesinambungan dalam rangka menyiapkan generasi antikorupsi. Eksistensi mitra terhadap lingkungan memiliki makna yang sangat sentral dan strategis. Mereka mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dan dapat menjadi ujung tombak pendidikan antikorupsi, karena mereka adalah generasi yang masih rawan, maka perlu diberikan pemahaman tentang korupsi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan memberikan bekal keterampilan kepada mitra yang merupakan siswa SMP N 2 Rawamerta dalam hal mensosialisasikan dampak korupsi bagi kehidupan bangsa dan negara.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki jenis penilaian yang digunakan oleh guru di kelas berbicara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan dilakukan di sebuah SMK di Jakarta Pusat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah guru kelas X menerapkan permainan peran sebagai salah satu jenis penilaian berbicara, guru merancang untuk menilai kemampuan berbicara siswa secara ekstensif dan menggunakan rubrik penilaian untuk memberikan skor yang lebih objektif kepada siswa.
