Abstract

Abstract The research conducted aims to prove the effect of profitability, leverage, capital structure and company size on company value in automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in the research was conducted using automotive companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sample selection technique uses purposive sampling. The sample used in this research is automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021, with a sample of 12 companies. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research conducted show that the independent variables of profitability and leverage have no significant positive effect on company value in automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, the independent variables of capital structure and company size have no significant negative effect on firm value in automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The value of Adjusted R2 is 0.057%, or this means that the independent variables namely profitability, leverage, capital structure, and company size in this regression are able to explain the dependent variable, namely firm value of 5.7% while the remaining 94.3% is explained by the variable others that were not examined in this study. Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat adalah sebuah konsep pembangunan ekonomi yang merangkum nilai-nilai sosial. Konsep ini mencerminkan paradigma baru pembangunan, yakni yang bersifat “people centred, participatory, empowering, and sustainable”. Konsep ini lebih luas dari hanya semata-mata memenuhi kebutuhan dasar (basic needs) atau menyediakan mekanisme untuk mencegah proses pemiskinan lebih lanjut (safety net), yang pemikirannya belakangan ini banyak dikembangkan sebagai upaya mencari alternatif terhadap konsep-konsep pertumbuhan di masa yang lalu. Salah satu potensi yang dimiliki oleh Desa Tuyuhan adalah sebagai penghasil kerajinan furniture. Furniture yang dihasilkan berupa kursi, meja, almari, dan lain sebagainya. Keberadaan industri kreatif berupa usaha pembuatan furniture yang berbahan dasar kayu jati menjadi pilihan bagi masyarakat yang ingin memiliki perabotan pelengkap di dalam rumah yang kuat dan tahan lama. Hal ini tentunya memberi peluang bagi kelompok-kelompok usaha yang ingin mengembangkan usahanya. Berdasarkan data lapangan masalah yang muncul di bidang usaha furniture masih banyak usaha yang belum ramah lingkungan baik dalam proses pemanfaatan bahan baku, maupun pengelolaan limbah. Adapun limbah produksi yang dihasilkan umumnya berupa serbuk kayu dan potongan multipleks. Belum ada penanganan secara khusus terhadap limbah tersebut, sebagian besar masih secara konvensional yakni dibakar. Sehingga yang harus dicari solusinya adalah bagaimana limbah produksi tersebut dapat dikurangi dan dimanfaatkan sehingga menjadi produk baru yang selain bermanfaat bagi lingkungan juga mampu meningkatkan pendapatan kelompok usaha tersebut. Target dan tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah terlaksananya pelatihan kewirausaaan pembuatan photo wood, pendampingan ekonomi kreatif dengan memanfaatkan limbah kayu. Inovasi produk baru dari pemanfaatan limbah kayu, pemasaran produk, dan pelatihan pembukuan keuangan. Hasil dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan kewirausahaan, pendampingan ekonomi kreatif, inovasi produk dan pelatihan managerial skill.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi keuangan anak khususnya siswa Madrasah Diniyah Nurriyatul Ulum Desa Pedak Kecamatan Sulang. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Madrasah Diniyah Nurriyatul Ulum Desa Pedak yaitu 1). Rendahnya pengetahuan siswa tentang pengelompokan dan pembuatan keputusan prioritas kebutuhan dan pembelanjaan, 2). Rendahnya pengetahuan siswa tentang mata uang dan penggunaannya, 3). Rendahnya pengetahuan siswa tentang konsep menabung dan perbankan, 4). Rendahnya pengetahuan siswa tentang konsep investasi. Pemecahan masalah yang dilakukan dan sudah disepakati dengan mitra adalah: pembelajaran tentang literasi keuangan dan pendampingan kepada siswa dalam memahami literasi keuangan. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah siswa kelas 5 Madrasah Diniyah Nurriyatul Ulum Desa Pedak Kecamatan Sulang. Luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah 1). Anak mempunyai pengetahuan tentang pengelompokan dan pembuatan keputusan prioritas kebutuhan dan pembelanjaan, 2). Anak mempunyai pengetahuan tentang mata uang dan penggunaannya, 3). Anak mempunyai pengetahuan tentang konsep menabung dan perbankan, 4). Anak mempunyai pengetahuan tentang konsep investasi.

Abstract

This This study aims to prove the effect of financial literacy, motivation, return and risk on the investment interest of STIE YPPI Rembang students. The population used in this study was management students at STIE YPPI Rembang. The sample selection technique used proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy and motivation have no significant positive effect on student investment interest. While the return and risk variables have a significant positive effect on student investment interest. The value of Adjusted R2 is 0.601, it can be interpreted that 60.1% of the variation in student investment interest can be explained by variations of the four independent variables, namely financial literacy, motivation, return and risk. While the remaining 39.9% is explained by other reasons not examined in this study.

Abstract

Investment interest is a desire that arises from within a person to learn everything related to investment. The purpose of this study was to see how much influence information technology, investment knowledge and investment motivation had on the investment interest of YPPI Management Study Program students at Rembang University with an active student population of YPPI Management Study Program at Rembang University from Class of 2019 to 2021, totaling 260 and obtaining a sample of 80 student. In selecting the sample of this study using a proportional stratified random sampling technique. With multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. This study found that the variables of information technology and investment motivation had a positive and significant effect on the investment interest of YPPI University Management Study Program students in Rembang. while the investment knowledge variable has a positive but not significant effect on the investment interest of YPPI University Management Study Program students in Rembang. the determination test shows a result of 73.6%, which means that the independent variables (information technology, investment knowledge and investment motivation) can explain the influence of the dependent variable (student investment interest) of 73.6%, while the remaining 26.4% is influenced by factors other than the research model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ialah penelitian event study, yang mana memiliki tujuan guna mengetahui seberapa besar reaksi pasar modal terhadap kebijakan perjalanan domestik di Indonesia pada masa pandemi Covid-19 bagaimana pengaruh atau reaksi yang berlangsung di pasar modal. Terdapat tiga variabel pada penelitian, yakni abnormal return (AR), trading volume activity (TVA), dan kapitalisasi pasar (KP) yang diujikan pada salah satu perusahaan yang telah tercatat di BEI yaitu perusahaan LQ-45. Peneliti memakai data mengenai sepuluh hari setelah dan sebelum peristiwa, data harian volume saat terjadi peristiwa, data harian harga saham, serta data harian volume perdagangan. Data-data tersebut termasuk dalam data sekunder sebagai bahan untuk dianalisis dalam penelitian ini. Hari yang ditetapkan atas peristiwa tersebut adalah 8 Maret 2022. Teknik Paired Sample T-test difungsikan bagi pengujian hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitiannya mengemukakan bahwasannya baik sebelum maupun setelah adanya kebijakan perjalanan domestik di Indonesia pada masa pandemi Covid-19 ada beberapa perbedaan signifikan atas average AR, TVA, serta kapitalisasi pasar.

Abstract

Batik is valued as the Indonesian nation’s identity and a part of Indonesian culture, specifically Javanese culture. There are various batik types, usually named after their origin place; one of them is Lasem's batik. Anugrah Art Batik, a member of micro-small-medium-enterprises, MSMEs, is one of Lasem's batik businesses that produce various written batik that serves orders for batik uniforms and designs in Kasreman Village, Rembang Regency, and Central Java. The challenges faced by Anugrah Art Batik are the lack of marketing management and business legality. Inadequate marketing resulted in lower-than-optimal sales. A community service program was carried out to help overcome the problems through Business Work Lectures, including creating banners and signs for the business, making batik catalog books, digital marketing by creating Facebook and Instagram accounts and managing business legality. The four programs were expected to increase sales according to the business target and hoped that it would be able to compete by continuing to develop its businesses.

Abstract

Children will almost certainly need to make investment decisions at some point in their adulthood, no matter their financial status, so they need to learn about investment concepts from a young age to make the right decisions as adults later in life. The community service program's purpose was to introduce children to investment concepts and knowledge. It was intended for students at Madrasah Diniyah Nurriyatul Ulum in Pedak Village, Sulang District, Rembang Regency. The school curriculum had not introduced much, let alone taught about investment concepts. The student's knowledge of investment concepts and knowledge was insufficient. The program offered was aimed at teaching the students about investment concepts and knowledge designed for fifth-grade students. It employed interactive videos and games to improve their soft skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to prove the effect of product quality, pricing, and product design on purchasing decisions for Honda motorbikes in Rembang District. The population of this study is the people in the Rembang District who use Honda motorcycles. The sampling technique used convenience random sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24 tools in data processing. The results of the study prove that the variables of product quality, pricing, and product design have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles in Rembang District. The results of the determination test showed that the variables of product quality, pricing and product design were able to influence purchasing decisions by 82.9% while the remaining 17.1% were influenced by other variables outside of this study. Abstract

The development of natural tourism in Rembang Regency is famous for its beaches, because Rembang Regency has a coastline of 60 km, this makes it worthy of being a coastal tourism icon. Through situation analysis, partner problems can be formulated: 1) Marketing that is not optimal, especially packaging of tourism products, 2) Tourism HR Management that lacks tourism-based knowledge. In connection with the above problems, the solution to overcome problems related to education-based tourism products is to provide training and assistance with tour package products, so that one of the outputs of this service program activity is a brochure for educational tour packages in the Balong Mulyo beach tourist area which includes four tourist attractions in the area. It is hoped that HR training activities for tourist attraction managers will increase HR knowledge regarding basic tourism knowledge. It is hoped that the implementation of this community service program will be able to support the increase in the number of visitors and partners' income as well as increase the economic value and welfare of the community in the Balong Mulyo Beach tourist area, Kragan.
