Abstract

Abstrak: “Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji volume perdagangan, abnormal return, dan return saham-saham yang tergabung dalam Jakarta Islamic Index baik sebelum maupun sesudah peristiwa Idul Fitri. Tahun 2018 hingga 2022 akan menjadi cakupan analisis. Data dari tidak lebih dari enam bisnis yang dipantau disisihkan untuk analisis ini dengan menggunakan pengambilan sampel selektif. Salah satu uji parametrik yang digunakan adalah uji-t sampel berpasangan, dan untuk data yang tidak mengikuti distribusi normal, uji peringkat bertanda Wilcoxon digunakan. Temuan uji parsial (uji peringkat bertanda Wilcoxon) menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik pada variabel aktivitas volume perdagangan antara 10 hari sebelum dan sesudah peristiwa Idul Fitri. Perbandingan periode evaluasi 10 hari sebelum dan 10 hari sesudah peristiwa Idul Fitri tidak menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik pada variabel return dan abnormal return.” Kata kunci: Idul Fitri, Return, Abnormal Return, Trading Volume Activity

Abstract

This study aimed to prove and explain the analysis of the factors affecting the capital structure of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study used the sampling technique with purposive sampling. It took a sample of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017 to 2021, with a sample of 15 companies. Furthermore, the technique of data analysis utilized multiple linear regression analysis. The outcomes showed that profitability had no significant negative impact on the capital structure of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange; on the other side, liquidity had a significant negative impact on the capital structure of them. Meanwhile, asset structure and sales growth had no significant positive impact on the capital structure of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In addition, The adjusted R2 score is 0.339 indicating that the variation of the four independent variables, ROE, CR, AG and SG, can explain 33.9% of the variation, and factors outside this study model explain the remaining 66.1%.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Salah satu produk oleh-oleh daerah Kabupaten Rembang yakni rengginang. Banyak peminat dari produk rengginang ini baik yang berasal dari Kabupaten Rembang maupun luar kabupaten. Intensitas permintaan rengginang yang tinggi yang berasal dari luar daerah namun karena biaya ongkos kirim yang tinggi serta tidak adanya sistem penjualan yang baik menyebabkan banyak konsumen yang membatalkan pesanan. Oleh karena itu kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan pelatihan pembuatan dan penggunaan akun e-commerce seperti shopee. Tujuan: Tujuan kegiatan ini yakni meningkatkan penjualan produk rengginang.  Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan 5 anggota dari kelompok pengolah dan pemasaran hasil perikanan “Wahyu Mina Abadi” Desa Pasar Banggi Kecamatan Rembang. Metode: Tahapan kegiatan ini yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil: Kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan memberikan kontribusi positif bagi para anggota kelompok. Setiap anggota kelompok telah memiliki akun shopee dan akun tersebut telah dapat digunakan. Para anggota kelompok telah menguasai cara menggunakan akun tersebut dengan baik. Selain itu, dengan adanya shopee para konsumen yang berada di luar Kabupaten Rembang dapat melakukan pembelian secara online. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan pengabdian bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan jangkauan wilayah distribusi saat ini dan dimasa yang akan datang melalui pemanfaatan e-commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of Motivation, Discipline, and Leadership Style on the Performance of Teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Rembang. The research was conducted by analyzing the relationship between these three independent variables and teacher performance as the dependent variable. Data were collected through surveys conducted among teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Rembang. The analysis results indicate that Motivation, Discipline, and Leadership Style have a significant positive influence on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Rembang. These findings underscore the importance of addressing these aspects in improving teacher performance within the school environment. The implications of this research highlight the need for effective management related to motivation, discipline, and leadership style in enhancing teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Rembang. Further research could explore other factors that may also affect teacher performance and develop more specific strategies to improve the quality of education at the school.

Abstract

A tourism product is a system consisting of tourists, attractions, facilities and time. So, there is a need for an education-based tourism product strategy to support tourism development in the Balong Mulyo Kragan Beach area, Rembang Regency. The aim of this community service activity was to empower the community through packaging tour packages in the Balong Mulyo Beach area. Apart from that, increasing knowledge, understanding, benefits and functions of tour packages. The method for implementing this community service activities were through theoretical knowledge transfer methods, practical training and mentoring, as well as processes that emphasize abilities, knowledge, skills and attitudes. The result of this activity was a positive attitude of partners in facing the opportunities and challenges of developing a tourist village through training in making tour packages and partners can make brochure material for tour packages, as well as calculating the cost of tour packages. Training on making tour packages is carried out through training for tourism actors in the Balong Mulyo Beach area to make tour packages so that the Balasemi and Balasiem tour packages are formed including combining several village tours in Balong Mulyo, Tegal Mulyo, Plawangan. With this activities, it was found that the number of visitors increased 60.25% from 2022 to 2023 and partner income increased 35.25% from 2022 to 2023.

Abstract

This study is an event-based study that aims to evaluate the impact of the 2023 Indonesian MotoGP championship on the response of the Indonesian capital market, with a focus on business entities in the transportation sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The secondary data used in this study is sourced from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and Yahoo Finance is used as information. The duration of the observation covers 10 days before (D-10) to 10 days after (D+10) MotoGP events. Paired sample t-test and wilcoxon signed rank test are applied in the analysis method. The findings of the study explained: 1) there was no relevant variation in returns before and after the Indonesian MotoGP event; 2) abnormal returns before and after the Indonesian MotoGP event did not indicate a significant difference; 3) differences in the level of trading volume activity before and after the Indonesian MotoGP event were found. This research provides important insights into the impact of events.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of leverage, liquidity, and asset growth on systematic risk in companies that are members of the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study is companies that are members of the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The sample selection technique uses purposive sampling. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leverage has a significant positive effect on systematic risk, liquidity has an insignificant positive effect and asset growth has an insignificant negative effect on systematic risk of companies listed on the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The value of Adjusted R² is 0.210, which means that 21% of the variation in the systematic risk of companies listed on the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange can be explained by the three independent variables, namely leverage, liquidity and asset growth. While the remaining 79% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Abstrak Kebutuhan akan rengginang sebagai oleh-oleh khas daerah Rembang meningkat pesar seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah wisatawan local maupun domestic yang berkunjung ke Rembang. Peningkatan kebutuhan ini tidak diimbangi dengan kemampuan produksi dari para UMKM Rengginang khususnya dari Pasar Banggi Kabupaten Rembang. Hal ini menyebabkan banyak stok kurang. Solusi dari permasalahan yang ada dengan melakukan pembuatan teknologi tepat guna berupa mesin cetak rengginang. Kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi rengginang sehingga mampu memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian mencakup perencanaan, kegiatan pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan UMKM Rengginang Desa Pasar Banggi telah mampu memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen secara optimal baik dari segi waktu dan volume produk rengginang. Kata Kunci: rengginang; pasar banggi; mesin cetak rengginang; teknologi; kapasitas Abstract The need for rengginang as a typical souvenir from Rembang has increased rapidly along with the increasing number of local and domestic tourists visiting Rembang. This increase in demand is not balanced with the production capacity of Rengginang MSMEs, especially from Pasar Banggi, Rembang Regency. This causes a lot of shortages. The solution to the existing problem is to create appropriate technology in the form of a rengginang printing machine. The community service activities that have been carried out aim to increase the production capacity of rengginang so that they can meet consumer needs. The stages of community service activities include planning, implementation activities, and evaluation of activities. Through the community service activities that have been carried out, Rengginang MSMEs in Pasar Banggi Village have been able to meet consumer needs optimally both in terms of time and volume of rengginang products. Keywords: rengginang; banggi market; rengginang printing machine; technology; capacity
