Abstract

This writing proves that form of textual and contextual interpretation are not caused by period/ time (classic, modern, contemporary), but they are not caused by interpreter’s method and approach. This research also disagrees many opinions included orientalist who always assesses classical interpreter produces textual interpretation. This research is bibliographical (Library Research) with interpretation (tafsir) study object from classical interpreter Al-Tarbari (passed away 923) al-Zamakhsyarî (1144), Ibnu ‘Atiyyah (1159), al-Qurtubî (1273), Abî Hayyân (1344), mufasir modern al-Syinqtî (1973) and Wahbah al-Zuhailî (born 1932), al-Marâghî (1952), al-Qâsimî (1914), Râsyid Ridâ (1935), al-Sya‘râwî (1998) and contemporary M. QuraishShihab (born 1944). In process, this research uses method of analytical descriptive by approach content analysis and comparative with analysis of Abdullah Saeed theory about category of textual and contextual approach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengonfimasi ungkapan-ungkapan yang tersebar di masyarakat perihal anak, seperti anak sebagai anugerah, amanat, titipan, dan merespon maraknya persoalan di masyarakat perihal anak, seperti ketidakharmonisan anak dan orang tua, kekerasan yang menimpa ana k atau bahkan orang tuanya, kurangnya perhatian orang tua pada pemenuhan hak anak terutama dalam hak pendidikan dan kasih sayang. Metode penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka (library research) dengan objek ayat-ayat al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan tafsir maudû‘î (tematik). Tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam al-Qur’an anak memiliki berbagai kedudukan, mulai dari kedudukannya sebagai cobaan, kebanggaan, kecondongan rasa cinta, bahkan sebagai musuh bagi orang tuanya. Tulisan ini juga menunjukkan bahwa al-Qur’an mendeskripsikan relasi orang tua dan anak di dunia dalam bentuk hak dan kewajiban. Hak anak memperoleh pendidikan, nafkah, dan warisan. Adapun hak orang tua mendapatkan perlakuan baik, kasih sayang dan doa dari anak mereka. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan kelak di akhirat relasi anak dan orang tua dapat terjalin jika didasari dengan keimanan dan kesalihan.

Abstract

[TAFSEER LEARNING METHODS IN 'ULUM AL-QUR'AN BASED SCHOOL]. This paper is aimed to respond to the lack of formulation of tafsir learning methods at schools. This study shows that the learning method with the basis of Ulum al-Qur’an consists of three aspects, i.e. the foundation, learning material, and method. The foundation of tafsir learning comprises three elements; it must be based on the function of the Qur'an, gradual, and not burdensome. Then, the learning materials of tafsir can use the stories contained in the Qur'an, asbab al-nuzul (reason of revelation), and the main themes of the Qur'an. Meanwhile, the tafsir learning process uses the ijmali method. This is a library based study with data sources from books, especially ‘Ulum al-Qur'an Mabahits fi 'Ulum al-Qur'an by Manna' al-Qathan, 'Ulum al-Qur'an by Nuruddin' Itr, Kaidah Tafsir by M. Quraish Shihab, and Membumikan Ulumul Qur’an by Ahsin Sakho Muhammad as well as research results in the form of journals and others in the field of education. In the process, this study uses a descriptive-analytical method with a content analysis approach and contextual interpretation.

Abstract

Kajian Al-Qur`an selama ini kurang diperhatikan. Banyak yang mengkaji tentang aspek bukti sejarah tujuannya tidak lain ialah melegitimasi keberadaan kisah-kisah dalam Al-Qur`an sebagai fakta sejarah. Padahal unsur kajian kisah Al-Qur`an tentang ‘ibrah. Sehingga ada salah satu tokoh pemikir Mesir bernama Muhammad Ahmad Khalafullah mencoba menfokuskan kajian pada kisah Al-Qur`an dengan pendekatan sastra. Khalafullah menggungkapkan bahwa kisah dalam Al-Qur`an merupakan sarana/media dalam menjelaskan ajaran dan petunjuk Al-Qur`an. Pada hakikatnya kisah Al-Qur`an bertujuan memberikan petunjuk, bimbingan keagamaan, moral dan norma-norma sosial kemasyarakatan. Terkait kata alhaq/benar yang disematkan pada kisah Al-Qur`an, Khalafullah memahami bahwa kata haqq tersebut bukan benar dalam arti kisah itu nyata terjadi, melainkan benar dalam arti tujuan yang hendak dicapai Al-Qur`an melalui kisah-kisah itu adalah suatu kebenaran, sehingga tidak perlu untuk selalu dicarikan bukti sejarahnya.

Abstract

This article is a response to the method of interpretation (tafsîr) of identical versesof Nashruddin Baidan (b. 1951 M) which has not succeeded in revealing the meaning of the verse mutasyâbih lafẓî totally as the result of interpretation is still limited to the meaning behind the different text (redaction). This study is a library-based research, with the object of study of Nashruddin Baidan method of tafsîr, by using descriptive-analytic methods, through content analysis and interpretation approaches, as well as the theory of 'Ulûm al-Qur`ân and the rules of interpretation. The literatures used include Metode Penafsiran al-Qur’an: Kajian Kritis terhadap Ayat-ayat Beredaksi Mirip by Nashruddin Baidan (b. 1951 M), al-Burhân fî ‘Ulûm al- Qur`ân by al-Zarkasyî (d. 1392 M), Kaidah Tafsir by M. Quraish Shihab (b. 1944 M), Durrah al-Tanzîl wa Ghurrah al-Ta’wîl by al-Iskâfî (d. 1029 M), al-Baḥr al-Muḥîṭ by Abû Ḥayyân (d. 1344 M) and al-Taḥrîr wa al-Tanwîr by Ibnu ‘Âsyûr (d. 1973 M). This study shows the importance of examiningthe meaning relationship among the mutasyâbih lafẓî verses. This study proves that munâsabah can be an approach to reveal the meaning relationship among mutasyâbih lafẓî verses so that a comprehensive meaning of the verse can beobtained.
