Tujuan Penelitian (1) Menganalisis perkembangan usaha (unit koperasi) pertanian di distrik Namblong Kabupaten Jayapura. (2) Menganalisis kendala dan manfaat dunia usaha pertanian dalam meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat didaerah penelitian. Sebagai alat metode yang digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian ini dengan statistik deskriptif, analisis pendapatan, dan analisis manfaat dan kendala. Hasil kajian ini menemukan sebaran petani responden dari 66 sampel penelitian cukup beragam. Golongan umur anggota pada usia 15 - 65 tahun. Responden terbanyak yang berada di lokasi penelitian berada pada dikisaran umur 36 sampai dengan 45 tahun (45,45%). Sebanyak 54 responden telah menyelesaikan tingkat pendidikan setingkat SMU/SMK atau sebanyak 81,82 %. Kondisi ini menunjukan bahwa, sebagian besar responden telah menyelesaikan pendidikan yang telah diprogramkan oleh Pemerintah. Jumlah tanggungan yang ditanggung oleh responden mulai 3 orang sampai dengan 12 orang. Dari hasil kajian dilapangan terdapat 92 % memiliki tanggungan didalam keluarga sebanyak 3 sampai dengan 5 jiwa. Tingkat pendapatan responden di daerah penelitian terlihat mulai dari tanpa pendapatan sampai dengan pendapatan sebesar 10 Juta Rupiah perbulannya atau sekali panennya. Kendala yang dialami oleh setiap anggota koperasi tercatat pada, masyarakat tidak dapat dan masih susah untuk menyekolahkan anak mereka sampai tingkat perguruan tinggi, selain itu sarana perumahan dan kendaraan roda juga tidak mampu diperoleh bagi setiap anggota, kondisi ini diakibatkan dari berfluktuasinya tingkat harga pertanian dan perkebunan.

The need for property is currently increasing in line with the needs and purchasing power of the community. The increase in settlements is thus related to housing prices in accordance with community demand. This study aims to analyze the development of housing development in Jayawijaya Regency. The results of the study show that: (1) Development of Housing Development in Jayawijaya Regency in 2016-2020, namely the area of Jayawijaya Regency is 8,496 km. Where in 2016 an area of 450.1 Ha, increased to 496.8 Ha in 2020. This caused a reduction in residential land from an area of 637.94 Ha in 2016 and to 591.24 Ha in 2020. This means that the development of housing development has an impact on reducing residential area in Jayawijaya Regency. (2) Housing development has an effect on the development of the Jayawijaya Regency area as evidenced by a significant value <0.05. In addition, the development of changes has a 100% influence on regional development in Jayawijaya Regency. Then also the direction of the positive relationship means that as housing development increases, the development of housing and settlement areas in Jayawijaya district will also increase.

The development of Wamena airport transportation infrastructure is able to encourage new growth centers that have an impact on economic growth for the surrounding area. Along with the increasing number of visitors and airport passengers, the existing service facilities around the airport will be needed, so that the airport will foster trade and service activities that are able to provide jobs for the surrounding community. The most visible impact of the existence of a new airport in an area is the shift of business activity units and changes in land use carried out by the community around the airport. With the impact of the construction of the airport after it was developed. The community is manifested in the form of perceptions from the public regarding the airport development plan as well as the tendency for business reorientation plans to be carried out after the airport is built. Perceptions related to business reorientation are needed because in the end they will find out which business directions are in demand by the community around the airport affected area due to changes in land function on economic growth by affecting the surrounding economic growth.

The local government's policy in building the Central Market on Hasanuddin Street, Mimika Baru District, Mimika Regency which is integrated with the terminal has led to increased activity around the Central Market area which directly changes market economy actors such as traders/sellers, angkot drivers, motorcycle taxis and other service providers to centralize everything. activities and places to live in the area around the Market. For this reason, this study provides an overview of how to analyze the impact of the development of the central market on land use and analyze the spatial pattern of land use in Pasar Sentral sub-district so that it is expected to be able to overcome various challenges, namely the main problem, namely the tendency of spatial use that is not in accordance with the land use. To determine the development and use of residential land used secondary data in the form of maps with overlay techniques. The research uses a rationalistic approach with qualitative and comparative descriptive research methods. The trend of residential land use patterns and the factors that influence its growth.

The system of transportation infrastructure and facilities as a basis is a requirement for regional economic movement, where as a support system and a driving force for transportation infrastructure is very wary of the efficiency and effectiveness of regional economic activities, production, food distribution, industry, export/trade, tourism, agro-industry and business. will have an impact on the economic growth of a region/rural area. The purpose of this paper is to identify how big the impact and will affect improving the quality of roads on regional development and economic growth in Supyori district. The problem in this paper is that the contribution of improving the quality of roads has not been identified on the development of the Mimika Regency area, research or study efforts that explain how big the impact is after the quality of the roads is improved.

Research Objective to find out how much capital capability of PT.Papua TV. Jayapura., How much management ability of PT.Papua TV. Jayapura. How much acceptance ability of PT. Papua TV. Jayapura. How much Comparison of Operational Cost to Operating Income (BOPO) from PT.Papua TV. Jayapura. And How much Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) from PT.Papua TV. Jayapura. The method used is Camel model analysis using data of period 2010-2013. TV Health Level Analysis Results. Papua based on Camel Model that is (1). Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) approach for 2011 through 2013 Healthy Capital of Papua TV Capital (2) Net Profit Margin (NPM) approach, 2011 to 2013 Healthy Papua TV financial management (3) Return on Asset (ROA) , the financial condition of Papua TV in 2013 is healthy because the assets in question are still greater than the profit. (4) The Operational Cost Approach to Operational Income BOPO.Tahun 2013 BOPO Papua TV is 332.6 bigger than 95.92% which means the oparasional cost (5) Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) explains that the financial condition of Papua TV can not be measured healthy category or unhealthy because of PT. The reproduction of commercial space over residential space is one of the fascinating phenomena occurring in the development of regions and cities, making it an intriguing subject for scientific research. This study aims to analyze and understand the implications for the development of spatial zoning patterns, specifically on Budi Utomo Street in Mimika Regency. This is evidenced by the initiative of business actors (Capital) to develop urban infrastructure, resulting in irregular patterns. This has motivated the emergence of unplanned spatial areas and cities, affecting spatial patterns, transportation, city character, and urban development directions. This study provides an overview of how commercial space can be reproduced over residential space on Budi Utomo Street and how to interpret the issues that arise in the context of spatial utilization patterns in regions and cities, including urban planning directions that consider local wisdom. It employs both qualitative and quantitative methods in descriptive analysis using cross-tabulation or Likert scale approaches, while also referencing several theoretical studies on regional and urban planning sciences.

Mimika Regency, located in the central part of the province, boasts a strategic position. From its departure from Fak-fak until 2016, Mimika Regency has significantly expanded its road infrastructure, encompassing county, provincial, and national roads. One of these is the Kompi B road infrastructure, which is situated in Karang Senang village, Kuala Kencana District, and serves to facilitate access to the city center. This study's data collection method involves distributing closed questionnaires to the local community living around KOMPI B road. This research aims to investigate how the construction of KOMPI B road infrastructure affects the economic growth and welfare of the surrounding community, specifically in KOMPI B and the Mimika district. The findings indicate that the KOMPI B road indirectly influences job opportunities, economic growth, and the addition of public facilities that can assist the social activities of the surrounding community.

Konflik dalam pemanfaatan sumber daya alam pada tanah-tanah adat sering terjadi di wilayah Papua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun strategi pengelolaan konflik pemanfaatan sumber daya alam pada masyarakat hukum adat Kampung Sawesuma, Kabupaten Jayapura, Provinsi Papua, dengan mengkaji empat rumusan substansi yaitu: eksistensi Masyarakat Hukum Adat, konflik sumber daya alam yang terjadi, hubungan antara Prinsip Persetujuan Atas Dasar Informasi Di Awal Tanpa Paksaan (PADIATAPA) dengan konflik sumber daya alam, serta strategi pengelolaan tempat penting Masyarakat Hukum Adat. Dalam penelitian ini, informasi diperoleh dari data sekunder, yaitu dari literatur dokumen penelitian yang tersedia dan data primer yang diambil dari lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi untuk mengelola konflik pemanfaatan sumberdaya alam di Kampung Sawesuma, dibagi menjadi tiga tahapan, yaitu: jangka pendek, jangka menengah dan jangka panjang. Dengan strategi tersebut, pada aspek sosial, konflik bisa dikelola, pada aspek lingkungan, tempat penting terlindungi dan pada aspek ekonomi, masyarakat hukum adat dapat berdaya karena ada usaha wisata ekologi (ecotourism) yang dikelola dan didukung secara kolaborasi oleh Masyarakat Hukum Adat, Pemerintah dan Perusahaan.

The implementation of this activity is entitled Noken Making Training and Entrepreneurial Tips for Papuan Millennials. This activity was held in Koya Koso, Jayapura City. The implementation of the activity was carried out using lecture, training, and evaluation methods. The results of this activity show that participants during the training had very high enthusiasm to know the important role of understanding in preserving culture, especially noken making for the millennial generation. In making noken, almost all participants have learned to make noken, which at the beginning of the activity did not understand, after attending the training finally understood how to make noken. Meanwhile, in understanding what costs, income and profit are, which initially could not distinguish, finally after following the explanation during socialization, almost 90% of participants could understand it well. As a recommendation that can be conveyed in this Community Service activity, mothers and teenagers in Koya Koso should continue to train the existing generation in making traditional handicrafts in the form of woven noken as a characteristic of Papuans, and it is also hoped that the government, especially MSME actors, will always organize training activities for the community that can increase youth competence in managing business finances.
