Abstract

Proses permohonan peminjaman sarana dan prasarana di lingkungan Universitas Dhyana Pura masih menggunakan cara konvensional yakni pemohon wajib datang di bagian Kemahasiswaan membawa surat permohonan peminjaman untuk diteruskan pada Wakil Rektor II sebelum disposisi di Kepala Bagian Sarana dan Prasarana. Pemohon menunggu dalam rentang waktu 1 hari untuk mengambil surat tanggapan di Kepala Bagian Sarana dan Prasarana, namun pemohon dapat mengalami kesulitan dalam proses peminjaman dikarenakan jadwal yang hanya terdapat di ruang Kepala Bagian Sarana dan Prasarana. Sistem Informasi Peminjaman Sarana dan Prasarana dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi dalam proses peminjaman fasilitas kampus. Tujuan sistem informasi ini guna memperbaiki sistem konvensional sehingga dapat memudahkan dalam mengajukan permohonan peminjaman, menerima informasi, pengembalian, dan juga dapat memudahkan bagian pengelola dalam proses memantau ketersediaan dan laporan aktivitas peminjaman dan pengembalian sarana dan prasarana. Dalam perancangan sistem menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Hasil dari rancangan sistem dapat digunakan untuk Prototyping dalam pengembangan pembuatan perangkat lunak sistem infomasi peminjaman sarana dan prasarana yang lebih baik dan efisien. Abstract

Research on the design and implementation of a POS (Point of Sale) management system designed to include centralized management of transaction data, inventory and financial reports. The implementation of this system is expected to minimize the risk of manual errors, increase transaction speed, and provide accurate and timely reports using the CodeIgniter Framework at Legian Farma Pharmacy. The aim of this research is to increase the operational efficiency of pharmacies by utilizing reliable and structured technology. Codeigniter was chosen as an application development framework because of its advantages in terms of simplicity, ease of use, and built-in features that support efficient system development. The research results show that the use of CodeIgniter in developing the POS (Point of Sale) system at the Legian Farma Pharmacy provides a number of benefits, including increased operational efficiency, ease of data management, as well as better scalability and security. Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of interest of Dhyana Pura University Informatics Engineering Study Program students in visiting the library. This shows the need for a new innovation in the library that can increase the attractiveness of students to visit the library more often. The purpose of this study was to implement augmented reality with the Android-based marker-based tracking method in the search system for reference books for IT courses in the UNDHIRA library, to find out the results of the analysis of the level of user convenience and satisfaction in using the application, as well as to find out the results of a comparison of the level of interest in student visits to the library before and after system implementation. This research is a quantitative study; the data was collected using a questionnaire technique on 54 application users. The results showed that the usability of the application was 87.41% or could be classified as "very good." The results of the Kano model test show that the attributes of the application are very satisfying to users, with the majority of the attributes in the application being included in the attractive category. The results of a comparative analysis of the interest level of student visits to the library before and after system implementation showed that 49 out of 54 students stated that the application could increase their interest in visiting the library. So based on these results, this application can increase the interest of IT students in visiting the library.

Abstract

Pihak apotek belum pernah memanfaatkan dengan baik data pembelian obat yang cukup besar transaksinya pertahun, misalnya dalam melakukan analisis data terhadap data pembelian obat untuk membuat promo obat-obatan atau untuk mengatur tata letak obat yang sering dibeli oleh konsumen supaya bisa meningkatkan pelayanan pada apotek XYZ. Melihat permasalahan yang terjadi perlunya melalukan perancangan terhadap sebuah sistem cerdas yang membantu apotek XYZ untuk melakukan analisis terhadap pola pembelian obat. Tahapan perancangan adalah tahapan yang penting sebelum melakukan implementasi, dalam penelitian ini perancangan sistem menggunakan use case diagram dan rancangan antarmuka sistem menggunakan microsoft visio. hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan blueprint dalam mengembangan sistem cerdas pada apotek XYZ.
