Abstract

Peramalan adalah suatu kegiatan untuk memperkirakan atau memprediksi apa yang akan terjadi pada waktu akan datang dengan menggunakan data masalalu atau historis. Jumlah siswa yang diterima di SMK mengalami peningkatan, sehingga proses belajar mengajar siswa dilaksanakan pada pagi hari dan siang hari karena tidak diimbangi dengan fasilitas ruangan yang ada. Peramalan penerimaan siswa baru di SMK Wira Harapan menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing menggunakan alpha =0,9. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, metode Single Exponensial Smoothing mendapatkan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dan membantu untuk melakukan peramalan penerimaan siswa baru di tahun ajaran baru untuk memberikan acuan untuk meningkatkan fasilitas ruangan yang ada.

Abstract

Berbagai dampak yang ditimbulkan dari pandemi Covid-19 adalah banyak masyarakat yang kehilangan pekerjaan. Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan adanya perubahan-perubahan besar hampir diseluruh aspek kehidupan salah satunya adalah pola dan kebiasaan dalam bekerja, dalam hal ini masyarakat sulit untuk bekerja darirumah karena masyarakat terbiasa bekerja secara langsung. Sehingga pada masa sulit saat ini diharapkan masyarakat mampu untuk kreatif melaksanakan semua kegiatan dari rumah, tapi tentunya tidak semua pekerjaan dan kegiatan bisa dilakukan secara online, oleh sebab itu, supaya ke depannya tingkat keamanan masyarakat dalam bekerja terjamin maka tentunya masyarakat kedepannya harus dilakukan vaksinasi Covid-19 oleh lembaga layanan kesehatan. dalam hal ini masyarakat yang menerima vaksin itu termasuk juga para jemaat rohani dari Gereja Kristen Protestan di Bali (GKPB) dan juga Yayasan Maha Bhoga Marga (MBM), oleh karena itu tim satgas Covid-19 Yayasan MBM merasa perlu untuk melakukan pendataan terhadap vaksinasi Covid-19 terhadap warga jemaat GKPB.

Abstract

Dhyana Pura University is a private university under the auspices of the Dhyana Pura Foundation in Badung Regency, Bali. Every study program under the auspices of a university is required to maintain quality assurance through the accreditation process. As for the Study Program accreditation instrument, the data, information and explanation of each requested criteria and parameter are formulated and presented by the study program in an instrument in the form of a guide for filling out study program performance documents (Book IIIA) and a guide for preparing a Self Evaluation Report (LED) or Self Evaluation Report. (SER) (Book IIIB). Each study program at Dhyana Pura University also does not escape efforts to obtain good accreditation status which is carried out in a certain period. The problem that often arises is that data and information related to Study Program Accreditation Instruments are not well organized. If there is no data center (data source) that can be managed periodically, then the recording will occur repeatedly, even though the previous information is very useful in the preparation of the next accreditation form. Therefore, we need an information system that can manage Document Requirements related to Study Program Accreditation. This information system will assist Study Program Management Units and Study Programs in managing study program performance documents and self-evaluation reports according to the Guidelines for Filling Out Performance Documents and Study Program Accreditation Self Evaluation Reports. The information system will speed up the process of accreditation so that the results will be more accurate and save budget, time and costs

Abstract

Selama masa pandemi banyak bidang yang mengalami dampak perubahan yang signifikan dari kebiasaan pelayanan yang dilakukan dengan bertatap muka langsung untuk mengurus administrasi namun sekarang sudah terdigitalisasi melalui website dan sebagainya. Tidak hanya pelayanan masyarakat umum yang mengalami perubahan, namun pelayanan dalam bidang pendidikan juga dituntut oleh pemerintah untuk dilayani secara online. Perguruan Tinggi XYZ selama pandemi masih melakukan pelayanan administrasi secara offline dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan, namun kurang efektif karena mahasiswa masih berkerumun ketika mengisi formulir pengajuan surat-surat dan terkendala dengan petugas administrasi yang tidak bisa melayani mahasiswa diluar jam kantor. Kebijakan dari pemerintah yang berubah-ubah dan adanya pergolakan ekonomi bangsa turut menggeser pola pikir dan kebiasaan yang ada di masyarakat. Hal ini pun membuat perguruan tinggi harus ikut berinovasi demi kelancaran proses administrasi yang ada. Dimana akibat kondisi sekarang ini, banyak mahasiswa perantauan merasa keberatan untuk hadir ke kampus hanya untuk mengurus hal-hal administrasi, Bahkan kondisi ini secara tidak langsung menurunkan minat para calon mahasiswa untuk mendaftar ke universitas yang letaknya jauh dari tempat tinggal mereka. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan terobosan yang dapat membuat proses administrasi dapat dilakukan dari tempat dan waktu yang tidak terbatas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall dimulai analisa, desain, pengkodean, pengujian dan implementasi. Sistem Informasi Pengajuan Surat Administrasi Akademik dibangun menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP. Hasil penelitian adalah dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan mahasiswa bisa mengakses dimanapun dan kapanpun serta bisa melakukan monitoring terhadap perkembangan pengajuan suratnya, selain itu diharapkan dapat membantu pegawai Perguruan Tinggi jika diharuskan untuk WFH (Work From Home).Kata Kunci : Masa Pandemi, Pelayanan Administrasi Akademik, Metode Waterfall.During the pandemic, many fields experienced significant changes from service habits that were carried out face-to-face to take care of administration, but now they have been digitized through websites and so on. Not only public services have changed, but services in the field of education are also demanded by the government to be served online. XYZ College during the pandemic still carried out administrative services offline by implementing health protocols, but it was less effective because students were still crowding when filling out forms for filing letters and were constrained by administrative officers who could not serve students outside office hours. The changing policies of the government and the upheaval of the nation's economy have also shifted the mindset and habits that exist in society. This also makes universities have to participate in innovation for the smooth running of the existing administrative process. Where due to current conditions, many overseas students object to attending campus just to take care of administrative matters. In fact, this condition indirectly reduces the interest of prospective students to apply to universities that are far from where they live. Therefore, a breakthrough is needed that can make the administrative process can be carried out from an unlimited place and time. The research method used is the waterfall method, starting with analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation. The Academic Administration Letter Submission Information System was built using the PHP programming language. The results of the study are that with this system, students are expected to be able to access anywhere and anytime and be able to monitor the progress of their letter submissions, besides that it is hoped that they can help university employees if they are required to work from home.Keywords: Pandemic Period, Academic Administration Services, Waterfall Method.

Abstract

Internet speed at all times is very helpful in carrying out and completing tasks, especially for workers and students. A slow internet connection can be a very annoying thing if it happens continuously. For this reason, this study discusses how to take advantage of internet links by dividing the traffic load equally or called load balance by using the Equal Cost Multi Path (ECMP) method in order to produce a maximum flow of packages so as to avoid overload on one connection down. From the test results, it is found that applying the load balance system to the ECMP method, the traffic load on the two internet lines can be divided evenly, the connection tag on the Mangle automatically determines incoming and outgoing packet connections so as to maintain and increase the bandwidth speed of the internet connection.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis is one of the sciences in Text Mining which focuses on the classification of text documents that contain opinions or thoughts from the public. This research aims to gain an understanding of the public's views on the police through tweets posted on the social media Twitter. This research uses the Support Vector Machine algorithm. The text document used uses two labels, namely: positive and negative. In this research, 303 data were used and testing was carried out using the Confusion Matrix. The results of this study show that negative review polarization has a higher dominance compared to positive polarization, namely negative reviews are 51.16% while positive reviews are 48.84%. The results of the Confusion Matrix testing that was carried out obtained an accuracy rate of 54.10%, negative precision 56.41%, positive precision 50%, negative recall 66.67% and positive recall 39.29%.

Abstract

Drug storage at the Kharisma Farma Tiga Pharmacy is grouped based on class and form of availability, for categories namely patented, external, over-the-counter, herbal, generic and syrup drugs while for forms of availability, namely drugs in the form of bottles, syrups, creams, capsules, ointments, injection fluids, solutions, roll on and drip. Grouping of drugs based on class and availability in alphabetical order. However, there is a problem when several customers come to the pharmacy at the same time to buy various types of medicines based on different classes or availability of medicines, resulting in a lack of time efficiency in service, pharmacy staff need additional time to search for medicines in their storage place. Seeing that the storage of medicines at the Kharisma Farma Tiga pharmacy is still sorted alphabetically based on class and availability, we need an application that can help recommend arranging the layout of medicine storage by reading customer drug purchase transaction patterns at the Kharisma Farma Tiga Pharmacy so that the storage process medicines according to medicines that are often purchased simultaneously and can increase time efficiency in better customer service, especially in searching for medicines. The application of data mining to determine drug purchasing patterns using the Apriori algorithm at the Kharisma Farma Tiga Pharmacy was built on a web basis. The results obtained in this research are that the application of an a priori algorithm to determine the pattern of drug purchase transactions at the Kharisma Farma Tiga pharmacy has been successfully carried out and can provide recommendations for the layout of drugs that are often purchased based on drug purchases, as for the association rules obtained with a minimum support of 20% and confidence. 75%, namely 2 item sets with 4 rules and 3 item sets with 7 rules. The highest confidence value in the 2 item set is if the consumer buys 60 ml GPU oil then buys 10 ml of capax wind oil, while in the 3 item set is if the consumer buys redoxon effervescent 20s, 60 ml GPU oil then buys 10 ml of capax wind oil.

Abstract

Every university certainly has a library to provide learning facilities to the academic community. According to Article 55 of the National Education System Law Number 2 of 1989, one of the requirements to have a university is to have a library. The development of libraries today has shifted from systems that initially still used manual systems, to automated systems that can later be developed into online service systems or digital libraries. However, in this case, according to the findings at the time of college accreditation, the recording of library visitors still uses a ledger that is handwritten by visitors. in terms of college accreditation, it is necessary to use a web-based Library Visitor E-Logbook that has a positive and significant impact. In this study, the manufacture of the E-Logbook system uses the Rapid Application Development method and produces system requirements that have 2 access rights, namely Visitors and Library Operators as well as System Design, Database Design in the form of Entity Relationship Diagrams and Web-based system applications. From this research, the Library Visitor E-Logbook system can provide benefits in administrative processes related to recording and monitoring computerized visitor visits and is able to provide convenience in searching data and downloading visitor reports

Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of interest of Dhyana Pura University Informatics Engineering Study Program students in visiting the library. This shows the need for a new innovation in the library that can increase the attractiveness of students to visit the library more often. The purpose of this study was to implement augmented reality with the Android-based marker-based tracking method in the search system for reference books for IT courses in the UNDHIRA library, to find out the results of the analysis of the level of user convenience and satisfaction in using the application, as well as to find out the results of a comparison of the level of interest in student visits to the library before and after system implementation. This research is a quantitative study; the data was collected using a questionnaire technique on 54 application users. The results showed that the usability of the application was 87.41% or could be classified as "very good." The results of the Kano model test show that the attributes of the application are very satisfying to users, with the majority of the attributes in the application being included in the attractive category. The results of a comparative analysis of the interest level of student visits to the library before and after system implementation showed that 49 out of 54 students stated that the application could increase their interest in visiting the library. So based on these results, this application can increase the interest of IT students in visiting the library.

Abstract

Sistem informasi memainkan peran krusial dalam organisasi dengan mendukung pengolahan transaksi, operasi, manajerial, serta kegiatan strategis, dan menyediakan laporan untuk pihak luar. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi keuangan untuk SMAN 1 AESESA, Nusa Tenggara Timur, menggunakan metode Waterfall yang meliputi fase perencanaan, desain, implementasi, verifikasi, dan pemeliharaan. Metode ini dipilih untuk menghasilkan sistem berkualitas tinggi melalui pendekatan sistematis. Saat ini, SMAN 1 AESESA masih menggunakan pencatatan manual dan Microsoft Excel untuk pengelolaan keuangan, yang sering menimbulkan ketidak akuratan data dan kesalahan input. Dengan menerapkan sistem informasi keuangan berbasis PHP dan HTML serta MySQL sebagai database, penelitian ini bertujuan mengotomatisasi pencatatan transaksi dan menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang akurat. Sistem baru ini diharapkan meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi keuangan sekolah dan meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan manual, mempermudah perhitungan dan pengelolaan data keuangan.
