Abstract

Abstrake-learning telah secara signifikan berdampak pada kegiatan sehari-hari, terutama dalam hal bagaimana kita belajar. Saat ini, pengajaran di kelas tidak lagi hanya mengandalkan kapur dan papan tulis sebagai media utama untuk penyebaran program. Teknologi pembelajaran e-learning telah memungkinkan untuk menyediakan lingkungan kelas virtual secara online. Mereka memberikan para peserta didik akses lebih besar atas jadwal belajar yang menyesuaikan kondisi dimana saja dan kapan saja. Di atas ini, e-learning lebih menawarkan peserta didik berbagai bentuk media untuk mencocokkan gaya belajar mereka, yang mengarah ke peningkatan efektivitas belajar mereka. Pengenalan diperpanjang ini membahas teknologi terbaru e-learning khusus multimedia, tantangan penelitian dan tren masa depan dari kedua perspektif pedagogis dan teknologi. e-learning yang dikembangkan dengan pendekatan model jejaring social dan Game Base Learning (GBL) menjadi trend dalam perkembangan e-learning saat ini, diperoleh hasil 90% guru memilih elarning dengan model jejaring sosial dan 10% guru memilih jenis media pembelajaran bernasis course. Untuk peserta didik 79% memilih e-learning dengan model jejaring social, 10% peserda didik memilih model course, dan 11% peserda didik memilih model game.Kata kunci: e-learning , Game Base Learning, Jejaring Sosial

Abstract

 Stevia rebaudiana Bert. (Stevia) is used in the commercial and health industries because of its steviol glycosides (stevioside, re­baudioside A, rebaudioside C) and flavonoids. Polyploidy induction of stevia plants using oryzalin was held to increase the diversity and produce superior varieties. This research aims to obtain stevia diver­sity with different characteristics from its diploid. The Tawangman­gu variety of stevia seedlings was experimentally designed using a completely random design. Nine combinations of oryzalin concentra­tions (1.5, 2.5, and 3.5μM) and immersion times (4, 6, and 8 hours) treatments were applied to 15 stevia seedlings each. Stevia without treatment was used as a control. Treatments were applied directly to the shoots on the second internode from the tip. Observations on tar­get shoots included the number of survivors, morphological variables (height, number of internodes, internode length, leaf size, leaf thick­ness, stem diameter, and leaf color), stomata, and plant ploidy level. Data analysis on the number of live plants used frequency and de­scriptively. Morphological data consisting of plant height, number of shoots, number of internodes, internode length, leaf length, leaf width, leaf thickness, and stem diameter were analyzed using boxplot graphs and descriptive to describe the diversity of M1 stevia treatment re­sults. Leaf color and stomata were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that up to 3.5μM concentrations of oryzalin and 6 hours of immersion time were safe to use as a mutation agent with above 67% survival rate. Various oryzalin treatments of Tawangmangu stevia va­rieties yielded polyploidy morphological growth indications in height, number of internodes, internode length, stem diameter, leaf size, leaf thickness, leaf color, stomata, and stem diameter. In addition, there are growth variations such as chimeras, rosettes, and leaf splitting. However, further flow cytometry tests showed that oryzalin concen­tration and immersion duration directly on the vegetative material did not produce polyploid stevia individuals.

Abstract

Eating black rice can avoid the risk, reduce insulin in the body, bind free radicals, and reduce weight. However, black rice still has disadvantages, like long life, tall stems, less resistance to pests and diseases, and low yields. Activities were carried out from August 2023 to November 2023 in Pakahan Village, Jogonalan, Klaten. The planting materials used were selected M3 mutant black rice seeds irradiated with 200 Gy gamma rays and Cempo Ireng black rice as a control plant. Planting used a randomized complete block design without replication with the pedigree selection method. The parameters measured were harvest age, plant height, productive tillers, and seed weight per plant. Descriptive analysis was used and a 5% level T test was carried out to compare the characteristics of the M4 genotype with the control (without irradiation). The research results showed that 12 individuals containing high lignin were selected which could be further developed for the next generation.

Abstract

Dendrobium are one of the most cultivated ornamental orchids plants. However, orchids as genetic resources have not been optimally utilized as parents in crossing to produce offspring according to the characteristics desired by consumers. This study aims to study the similarities between the Hybrid results of crosses compared to their parent orchids and obtain a new variety of Hybrid from crosses of Dendrobium bigibbum and Dendrobium lineale. This research was conducted at the Bogor Botanical Gardens and Plosorejo Village, Matesih District, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java. The materials used were 14 samples of orchid plants, including three examples of D. bigibbum orchids, three samples of D. lineale orchids, four samples of Hybrid plants resulting from crosses of ♀ D. bigibbum X ♂ D. lineale, and four samples of Hybrid plants from crossing ♀ D. lineale X ♂ D. bigibbum. Observation variables include quantitative variables. The quantitative morphological variables use the guideline developed by BALITHI. To analyze the data using the program of NTSYSpc 2.02i version. The results showed that based on quantitative observations, Dendrobium lineale as a female parent can change the size of the dorsal sepal width, flower arrangement length, lateral sepal length, and flower length. And Dendrobium bigibbum as the female parent can change the size of the petal length, lateral sepal width, flower width, pseudobulb thickness, pseudobulb length, leaf length, and leaf width.

Abstract

Chinese betel is a plant widely found in Indonesia, especially in the ex-Karasidenan area of Surakarta. The existence of growing Chinese betel can be found at various altitudes with humid growing conditions with low sun intensity. People in Surakarta believe that Chinese betel can be used as a traditional medicine. Chinese betel nut is suspected to contain a minerals and bioactive substances that are beneficial to health. Currently, there are few references to Chinese betel, especially related to genetic diversity. This study aims to study the diversity of Chinese betel band patterns based on RAPD markers using OPA-3, OPA-4, OPA-11, OPC-05, and OPD-4 primers. This research was carried out at the Plant Breeding Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta in July - November 2023 using Chinese betel leaf DNA taken from various places in the ex-karasidenan area of Surakarta. The results of the data analyzed by NTSYSpc version 2.02 with the SimQual (Similarity for Qualitative Data) function using the UPGMA (Unweighted Pair Group with Arithmetic Averaging) method based on the Jaccard similarity index value. The amplification results showed 30 bands with 13 polymorphic bands and 17 monomorphic bands. The level of polymorphism among Chinese betel samples in the five RAPD primers used presented 44.36% of the total 13 polymorphic bands. Jaccard's genetic similarity matrix data ranged from 0.667 – 0.964. The results of the dendogram show that the sample is divided into two clusters with a diversity index of 0.28.

Abstract

Mentik Susu is a popular rice germplasm in Indonesia. Due to field constraints in Mentik Susu rice cultivation, farmers switched to better varieties with higher yields. Farmers switch to superior types with high yields due to high plant posture, long harvest life, and low yields. Rice plants usually have a protein content of 4-5% per gram while without given radiation. It will be expected that after receiving gamma rays, the protein content in mutant plants will increase up to 7-8% per gram. The aim of this research was to evaluate the productivity and protein content of rice grain of 35 mutant strains of rices that could be developed into new varieties. The research took place at the Tegalgondo Rice Seed Garden Agricultural Land between June to October 2020. This research used Randomized Complete Block Design method with a single factor. Each treatment was repeated three times. The data obtained was analyzed with analysis of variance and followed with Duncan’s Multiple Range Test at a 5% level if any significant influences. The results of this research showed productivity of 35 Mentik Susu rice lines ranged from 4.28 to 6.69 ha-1, with either a high protein content ranging from 5-8% per gram and intermediate high yield potential strains G63T11-B6-T27(1), G15T5-14-B5-T60, G15T5-14-B5-T46, G11T22-19-B1-T48, G15T5-14-B3-T36, M-MS2-G15T3-2-5 -T27, M-MS2-G18T7-4-12-T13, M-MS2-G18T7-4-9-T12. These strains might be cultivated as potential candidates for new high-yielding varieties, which would then be evaluated for higher yields or multilocation tests before becoming published as new varieties.

Abstract

Most farmers determine the cutting of air layer seed in a corp through the amount of the growing roots from air layer itself. The roots can be an indicator of air layer cutting method in a corp. The roots, which are too old or too young, grow less optimal in the air layer seed after being transferred into another cultivated medium. It is necessary to have knowledge about the precise age of air layer cutting so that the vegetative propagation by using air layer can be performed accurately and efficiently. The treatment that is executed is the age of air layer and the corps accession. The result of this research indicates that the effect of the difference air layer age on plant growth is at the age of emerging buds, aged 180 Day is treated with the age of the fastest emerging shoots. The growth of Bojonegoro air layer plants results that does not differ with Wonogiri air layer plants. There is no interaction between air layer age with sapodilla accession on plant growth.

Abstract

Black rice contains higher levels of anthocyanin, fiber, and protein compared to local white rice. The price of black rice is higher compared to local white rice, it is one of prove that black rice has functional and economical values. The main obstacles in the cultivation of black rice are the long harvest age, high plant height, and lack of productivity. One way that can be applied to overcome this dissadvantageis with the utilization of gamma ray irradiation. The purpose of this research is to get the early-season rice, short stem, and higher productivity. This research was conducted in Tempel, Gatak, Sukoharjo District, by planting M3 seed (gamma ray irradiation of 300 Gray dosage on M2). The results of black rice from gamma ray irradiation of 300 gray dosage are M-CI-03-239, M-CI-03-244, M-CI-03-246, M-CI-03-346, M- CI-03-350, M-CI-03-234, M-CI-03-346, M-CI-03-350, M-CI-03-250, M-CI- 03-346, M-CI-03-CI-03-262, M-CI-03-265, M-CI-03-270, M-CI-03-283, and M-CI-03-311 with the agronomical properties of early age, i.e 2 weeks faster (64 days) with control (80 days). There are 125 short-postured plants of gamma ray irradiation result with  99.2% percentage. There are 12 individual plants in the M3 strain (M-CI-03-240, M-CI-03-251, and M-CI-03-261) of gamma ray irradiation with the maturation category, short stems, and high productivity compared with control. The difference of productivity of irradiated crops with control is 57,91%.

Abstract

The demand for rice in Indonesia continues to increase but production has decreased. Efforts that can be made are the use of local varieties of mentik wangi rice. Mentik wangi rice has the disadvantages of long life, high stems, and low crop production. As a solution, plant breeding is carried out in the form of mutation by giving gamma irradiation which can improve unwanted genetic traits and produce superior varieties with the dose used of 200 gray. This study aims to evaluate the yield potential of promising mutant strains with 200 gray gamma irradiation on mentik wangi rice and get mutant strains that have superior criteria for short-stemmed, short-lived, and high-yielding. This research was conducted in the rice field of Ngampel Hamlet, Gentungan Village, Mojogedang, Karanganyar, Central Java. The research was conducted in June-October 2023. The design used was a Randomized Complete Group Design (RCBD) with a single factor, namely strains consisting of 14 mutant strains and 1 control strain with 3 repetitions. The results of observations were analyzed by Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at the 5% level and continued with Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the 5% level. All tested strains produced the expected superior criteria, namely short stem, short age, and high productivity.
