Abstract

21st-century learning is oriented toward student-centered learning. 21st-century learning is learning that provides 21st-century skills to students, known as 4Cs which includes Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, Communication, Collaboration, and Creativity and innovation. This has become an important issue that needs to be considered, studied, and developed by teachers in learning activities as an effort to face the challenges and demands of 21st-century learning. Characteristics of 21st-century learning need to be recognized and the learning models applied in the learning process needs to lead to the demands of 21st-century learning. This article aims to provide insight into the characteristics and learning models of the 21st century. Data collection was carried out using the literature study method, which examining various relevant references. The characteristics of 21st-century learning are integrative, holistic, scientific, contextual, thematic, effective, collaborative, and student-centered. Meanwhile, 21st-century learning models include Discovery Learning, Cooperative Learning, Collaborative Learning, Contextual Learning, Problem Based Learning, and Project-Based Learning.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat tentang bahaya narkoba dan pernikahan dini. Melalui berbagai kegiatan penyuluhan, kami berupaya meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap konsekuensi negatif dari penyalahgunaan narkoba dan pernikahan dini. Abstract

The Life Skill Training in Culinary Arts, Creativity, and Aesthetics in Plating Mie Celor as a Traditional Regional Culinary aims to develop participants' life skills through culinary education that not only covers cooking techniques but also emphasizes creativity and aesthetics in food presentation. Mie Celor, a traditional dish from Palembang, is chosen for this training due to its rich flavor and cultural significance. This training is designed to enhance participants' ability to prepare and present Mie Celor in an appealing way that aligns with modern culinary aesthetics. The methods used in this training include demonstrations, hands-on practice, and discussions on the importance of good plating in attracting consumer interest. The results of the training show an improvement in participants' skills in preparing Mie Celor, both in terms of taste and appearance, which in turn increases their awareness of the aesthetic value in culinary arts. This training is also expected to have a positive impact on the development of the local culinary sector and introduce Mie Celor to a broader market.

Abstract

This research is about the parking tax burden in Probolinggo City. The aim of this research is to determine the contribution of parking tax to local revenue in Probolinggo City. This research was analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods. The survey was conducted at the Probolinggo City Regional Tax Assessment Administration Office. Based on research results, receipts from parking tax donations in Probolinggo City reached IDR 3,862.05 billion in 2018, reaching IDR 4,083.6 million in 2019 and IDR 4,083.6 million in 2020. 4,158.7 million. Based on the analysis of the contribution level of parking tax revenue in the City of Probolinggo, it can be said to be able to make a full contribution to increasing the local revenue of the City of Probolinggo. In 2018 the percentage was 105.24%. The percentage in 2019 was 111.18%, and the highest percentage in 2020 was 115.22%. This is because the services of the Probolinggo City Government are being utilized optimally in exploring possible parking rates.
