Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya penanganan kasus korban human trafficking oleh Kemenpppa Kabupaten Sambas. Tujuan penelitian untuk 1) mendeskripsikan alur penanganan kasus human trafficking; 2) mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling terhadap korban kasus human trafficking; 3) mendeskripsikan hambatan penanganan kasus korban human trafficking di Kemenpppa Kabupaten Sambas. Prosedur penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kemenpppa Kabupaten Sambas, Kalimantan Barat, Indonesia. Hasil penelitian 1) alur penanganan terdiri dari Pencegahan (Penyuluhan kepada masyarakat, konseling, pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan); Penanganan (Pendampingan dan bantuan hukum, koordinasi dengan instansi terkait, pelayanan kesehatan); dan Pemulihan (Bimbingan mental spiritual, bimbingan fisik, bimbingan sosial); 2) bimbingan konseling dilakukan melalui program PULPUS yaitu diberikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan korban perseorangan; 3) Hambatan terjadi karena a) korban dan keluarga korban biasanya bukan menganggap apa yang dialami itu merupakan sebuah kejadian human trafficking; b) ada penerima modal usaha yang tidak menggunakan modal sesuai tujuan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the benefits of Digital Parenting in growing Online Resilience in Adolescents. Digital parenting is parenting by providing clear boundaries to children about what can and cannot be done when using digital devices. The role of parents in digital parenting is to provide time limits for using smartphones and provide an understanding that what is seen on social media should not be followed with the aim of teenagers being able to adapt well to the environment so that with this ability individuals are easier to filter and respond to various things that are encountered when interact with digital technology. This research uses a descriptive approach with a qualitative research type. The results of this study show that several parents have implemented digital parenting with the aim of being able to grow online resilience in adolescents. Supporting and inhibiting factors are the presence of more attention from parents and the involvement of family members. While the obstacles are teenagers who are addicted to using smartphones and social influences who want to follow trends.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya riset tentang teknik konseling Islami dan tersedianya khazanah keilmuan dari imam al-Ghazali yang masih perlu dikembangkan melalui penelitian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan nama formula konseling Islami perspektif al-Ghazali; bentuk konseling perspektif al-Ghazali; teknik konseling Islami perspektif al-Ghazali; dan relevansi teknik konseling perspektif al-Ghazali terhadap proses konseling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian riset kepustakaan. Sumber data primer yang digunakan adalah kitab kimiya’ al-sa’adah karya imam al-Ghazali. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Alat yang digunakan dalam menggumpulkan data penelitian yaitu pedoman dokumentasi. Adapun prosedur analisis data menggunakan content analysis. Hasil penelitian menemukan: al-Ghazali menyebut nama formula konseling dengan istilah kimia kebahagiaan; bentuk konseling al-Ghazali adalah konseling spiritual; teknik konseling al-Ghazali yaitu teknik pertanyaan: mengenal diri; serta Relevansi teknik pertanyaan: mengenal diri dalam proses konseling adalah sebagai bagian dari tahapan proses konseling mengenal diri; dan sebagai materi konseling pada tahapan mengenal diri.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze Permendikbud No. 111 of 2014 concerning Guidance and Counseling in Primary and Secondary Education. The following is an explanation of the results of the analysis: 1) Permendikbud No. 111/2014 wants the Basic Education and Secondary Education patterns to be a single pattern that is implemented nationally. So that there is no more dualistic patterns in the implementation of BK; 2) The mistake of saying that BK teachers are professional educators; 3) Permendikbud No. 111/2014 do not speak SKAKK, so far BK teachers are still using SKAKK and SKAKG, in the future they must have the courage to determine Academic Qualification Standards and Competency of BK teachers; 4) The terms counselee, counseling teacher, and counselor are correct. There is a new term, namely "program component" consisting of basic services, responsive services, specialization services and individual planning, system support; 5) The new term is basic services which accommodate four service areas; 6) The new term is responsive service; 7) System support was originally in the realm of management in Permendikbud No.111 of 2014 in the domain of program components; 8) BK program is not complete, only consisting of annual and semester programs; 9) Specifically for data collection tools, if you want to develop 4 service areas as an independent service, an instrument that accommodates this is necessary; 10) Not yet explained the ideal location of the BK building; 11) It is necessary to rearrange the location of the type of room according to its nature, namely public and secret; and 12) There is no explanation on the standard of equipment in each room.

Abstract

This research focuses on what is the adab in al-Ghazali's curriculum, and how can Imam al-Ghazali's curriculum of adab be a way of life for the alpha generation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of literature research and justification. The primary data source of this research is the book of Bidayatul Hidayah by Imam al-Ghazali. The results of the study found that the adab curriculum consisted of outward and inner adab. Here's the description; the etiquette of waking up from sleep, the etiquette of entering the toilet, wudhu etiquette, bathing etiquette, the etiquette of going and entering the mosque, the etiquette of self-preparation for salat, the etiquette wants to sleep, the etiquette of prayer, the etiquette of makmum, friday etiquette, the etiquette of fasting, the etiquette of guarding the eyes, the etiquette of guarding the ears, the etiquette of guarding the tongue, the etiquette of keeping the stomach, the etiquette of guarding the genitals, the etiquette of keeping two hands and two feet, abandoning hasad, abandon riya's nature, abandoning the nature of ujub, the etiquette with Allah SWT, student etiquette, the etiquette towards parents, the etiquette towards unknown persons, the etiquette towards close friends, the etiquette towards known people. Imam al-Ghazali justifies that if he practices the outward and inner adab, his faith will increase, and become a civilized person. So that the alpha generation who practice this inner and outer adab in their daily lives will become civilized individuals.

Abstract

Researchers conducted a content analysis for 37 years of Islamic counseling research consisting of 23 articles in Scopus indexed journals. The purpose of this study is to describe the evaluation of Islamic counseling research from 1985-2022. This study uses content analysis. The study was coded into eight content categories, namely: 1) marriage, 2) education, 3) occupation/career, 4) social, 5) religious, 6) development of models, techniques, Islamic counseling instruments, 7) utilization of concepts from Islamic teachings, Islamic leaders, Islamic culture, 8) Counselee problems, 9) Interventions and stages/processes of Islamic counseling, 10) Utilization of technology in Islamic counseling. In addition to coding the 23 articles into content categories, the researcher also classified the research methodologies; qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods and R&D. The results show that 2021 is the highest number of articles for 37 years of Islamic counseling research in Indonesia with four articles written by Indonesian researchers; the research design of the researcher found that the conceptual analysis of Islamic counseling dominated the 23 articles as much as 47% or 11 conceptual articles. Furthermore, it is dominated by qualitative research as much as 35% or 8 articles. Then the articles came from quantitative research as much as 9% or only 2 articles. Furthermore, mix and research and development each 1 article or 5%; of the 8 categories of content analysis, only the field of work does not have articles; In the rankings, Noor Shakirah Mat Akhir is the biggest contributor, followed by Norazlina Zakaria, Abdurrahman and Saiful Akhyar Lubis in the third position; The Islamic Guidance and Counseling Journal appears to be the largest publisher of Islamic counseling articles starting in 2020 and 2021. The findings of this study provide direction for future research that needs to examine the search results of the google scholar indexer publish or perish from 1985 to 2022 with keywords Islamic counseling is 1,000 articles.

Abstract

This study attempts to connect the precepts of Indonesian unity with the love of the homeland from the perspective of Sheikh Kholil Bangkalan. This study aims to describe the five principles of love for the homeland from the perspective of Shaykh Kholil Bangkalan that can maintain the unity of Indonesia. The procedure used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method with the aim of analyzing the literature and data sources. The results of the study found, namely: 1) Caring for Indonesian Unity by Defending the Homeland Either Through Words or Deeds; 2) Caring for Indonesian Unity by Facing or Combating Anything That Causes Disabilities in State Security and Safety; 3) Caring for Indonesian Unity by Educating Santri and Children to Appreciate the Great Values ​​of the Homeland; 4) Caring for Indonesian Unity by maintaining the harmony of the members or residents and instilling brotherhood; 5) Caring for Indonesian Unity by Creating and Providing Awareness to Students about the Responsibility to Manage Resources. Maintaining the unity of Indonesia by practicing the five principles of love for the homeland from the perspective of Sheikh Kholil Bangkalan can be applied in families, communities, schools, Islamic boarding schools, campuses, and all fields of religious, national and state life. The Indonesian government can make the results of this study a reference for making policies, especially in the field of education to be implemented in schools, Islamic boarding schools, campuses.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the names, forms and techniques of Islamic counseling from al-Ghazali's perspective. this type of research uses library research on the book of kimiya 'al-sa'adah by Imam al-Ghazali. The results of the study 1) al-Ghazali mentioned the name of the counseling formula with the term kimiya' al-sa'adah/spiritual chemistry; 2) the form of counseling done by al-Ghazali is spiritual counseling; 3) the counseling techniques used are self-knowledge questions; contemplation techniques; mirror technique; imagery technique.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the internalization of religious moderation in the Student Independence Standards (SKKPD) in higher education. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research research. Primary data sources are documents related to religious moderation and students' independent competency standards. The analysis of research data is inductive which consists of reduction, category, synthesis and preparation of working hypotheses. The results showed that the internalization of the dimensions of religious moderation in the standard of competence for independence of students, namely: by making religious moderation an aspect of the development of the foundation of life for religious moderation; 1) Examine deeper into the meaning of the National Commitment; Tolerance; Anti violence; and accommodating to local culture; 2) Living up to the values ​​of the National Commitment; Tolerance; Anti violence; and accommodating to local culture; 3) Sincerity in carrying out the National Commitment; Tolerance; Anti violence; and accommodating to local culture
