Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang elektrometer berbasis mikrokontroler yang terdiri dari penguat op-amp dengan IC CA3140EZ dan arduino uno ATmega 328P. Selanjutnya alat ini digunakan untuk percobaan membandingkan kapasitansi kapasitor secara seri dan paralel dengan kapasitor tunggal. Prinsip kerja dari alat ini yaitu charging dan discharging. Variabel manipulasi pada percobaan adalah rangkaian kapasitor dan tegangan input. Data pengukuran yang diperoleh adalah tegangan output yang sebanding dengan muatan pada kapasitor. Tegangan output kemudian digunakan untuk menghitung jumlah muatan dan mencari nilai kapasitansi input. Pada percobaan didapatkan nilai Cin sesuai teori dengan perbedaan yang masih dalam batas toleransi dari kapasitansi kapasitor. Percobaan 1 memiliki perbedaan kapasitansi terbesar dengan teori yaitu pada rangkaian seri sebesar 14,4%. Percobaan 2 memiliki perbedaan kapasitansi terbesar dengan teori dan masih pada rangkaian seri sebesar 14,8%. Adanya perbedaan ini disebabkan oleh faktor seperti sifat induktif pada penghantar, perbedaan angka dibelakang koma, dan adanya tegangan hanyut. Kata kunci: elektrometer, kapasitor, charging, discharging. Abstract This intended purpose of this study is to design an electrometer based microcontroller consist of amplifier op-amp with IC CA3140EZ and arduino uno ATmega 328P. Furthermore, it was used to experiment compare capacitance capacitor in series and in parallel with a single capacitor. The principle of these is charging and discharging. The manipulated variable in experiment were the connection of capacitors and the input voltage. The obtained measurement data was an output voltage that is proportional to the charges on the capacitor. This output voltage is then used to calculate the amount of charges and find the value of input capacitance. On trial we obtained the value Cin is suitable to the theory with difference capacitance still within the limits of tolerance of capacitance capacitor. The 1st experiment has the largest difference capacitance with the theory that was series circuit to the number of 14.4%. The 2nd experiment has the largest capacitance difference with theory and still on series circuit to the number of 14.8%. The existence of these differences are caused by factors such as the inductive nature of the conductor, the difference numbers behind comma, and the voltage drift. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran DP3A Kabupaten Sambas dalam mencegah anak terpapar narkoba. Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian yaitu di Kantor DP3A Kabupaten Sambas. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: 1)DP3A memiliki program Sosialisasi tentang Narkoba; 2) DP3A melakukan pencegahan agar anak terhindar dari narkoba. Semua tataran dilakukan melalui sosialisasi dan menyusun PERDA kabupaten layanan dan sudah dalam proses; 3) Kegiatan yang dilakukan hanya kegiatan sosialisasi dimana semua bisa dilibatkan termasuk juga masyarakat, institusi pendidikan, kepala desa, dan kepolisian; 4) program yang dilaksanakan DP3A sudah berjalan sebagaimana yang DP3A gencarkan dan intensifikasi terhadap kegiatan-kegiatan yang bisa mencegah penggunaan narkoba oleh anak-anak, namun kasus tetap ada; 5) Setiap program akan dievaluasi dan ditindak lanjuti; 6) Dasarnya pelaksanaan Perlindungan Anak yaitu Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002; 7) Belum tercatat jumlah anak yang terpapar narkoba di kabupaten sambas. Simpulan: DP3A sudah berperan dalam melindungi anak-anak dikabupaten sambas dari terpapar narkoba.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of news announcement on stock price volatility of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI). Using a quantitative approach, historical data of BSI stock prices and relevant news announcements were collected for the study period. Through regression analysis, this study found a significant influence between news announcements and BSI stock price volatility. News announcements containing important information about a company's performance or management changes can lead to significant stock price fluctuations. These results provide insights for investors and market participants in managing risks and making appropriate investment decisions. The practical implication is the importance of paying attention to recent news announcements for risk management. Further studies could involve other factors that affect BSI's share price volatility and look at the long-term impact of news announcements on overall company performance.

Abstract

The Mekar Sari Women Farmers Group (KWT) was formed in 2018 with 15 members, with a productive economic business processing Robusta coffee into ground coffee, because coffee is one of the products produced by farmers in Tulungrejo Village, Ngantang District, Malang Regency. However, this KWT institution still needs strengthening with indications that only a few members are active. In addition, processed coffee products have not been managed seriously, production is only limited to meeting local level customer demands. Seeing this condition, the lecturers' scheme of service in the village of origin is concerned with strengthening KWT institutions and processed coffee products, especially in terms of packaging and marketing, by utilizing digital platforms (social media). Institutional strengthening of KWT is important as an effort to sustain the KWT business, especially from an economic standpoint to increase the income of women in Tulungrejo Village. The sustainability of this business is strongly supported by strong social capital, meaning that there is a close relationship between social capital and business continuity (Handayani, 2007). This institutional strengthening is carried out with lectures, informal discussions by inviting speakers from KWT who are more advanced as a source of inspiration for KWT Mekar Sari. Meanwhile, interventions from the marketing side were carried out to expand the market for Robusta coffee products by utilizing social media networks. Intervention in the form of packaging is carried out as an attraction for consumers, considering that so far packaging is still very simple

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar berupa E-LKPD berbasis pendekatan open-ended berbantuan aplikasi flipbook dalam memahami konsep lingkaran yang valid dan praktis. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian pengembangan Research and Development (R&D). Penelitian menghasilkan produk E-LKPD berbasis pendekatan open-ended pada materi lingkaran. Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan yaitu model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang terdiri dari potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, dan revisi produk. Tahap uji coba produk dilakukan kepada 30 peserta didik kelas VIII D MTs Ma'arif 02 Kota Gajah. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi ahli materi, lembar validasi ahli media, dan angket respon peserta didik. Hasil penilaian dari validasi ahli materi dan ahli media menghasilkan nilai rata-rata persentase 93,05% dengan kriteria validasi yaitu “Sangat Valid”. Hasil analisis dari angket respon peserta didik pada tahap uji coba terbatas memperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 85,55% dengan kriteria kepraktisan “Sangat Praktis”. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pengembangan E-LKPD Matematika Berbasis Open-Ended valid dan praktis untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Analisis SWOT digunakan dalam studi ini untuk membagi faktor-faktor yang memainkan peran penting dalam keberhasilan pengembangan KRJP Bamma menjadi dua kelompok internal dan eksternal sesuai dengan domain pengaruhnya terhadap pengembangan pelayanan klinik. Hasil analisis SWOT, IFE, dan EFE akan dimanfaatkan untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan yang tepat dan efektif bagi Klinik Rawat Jalan Pratama Bamma. Kegiatan perencanaan strategis organisasi yang dilakukan di KRJP Bamma menggunakan matriks IFE, EFE mendapatkan hasil posisi KRJP Bamma berada di kuadran 4 pada kondisi membangun dan mengalami pertumbuhan. Strategi yang diterapkan pada kondisi ini adalah strategi taktis yang intensif dan agresif. Terdapat delapan pilihan strategi yang dapat diterapkan, yaitu: meningkatkan brand; inovasi sistem IT terintegrasi; diversifikasi dan peningkatan layanan; penyediaan dan pembaharuan infrastruktur; pengembangan SDM; peningkatan pendapatan; perluasan jejaring layanan; dan perbaikan budaya kerja.

Abstract

Jember Regency ranks 8th in East Java and 11th in Indonesia for cases of malnutrition and stunting in infants. Kalisat District is among the top 5 for stunted babies in Jember. The root of the problem is not only the local economy but also the public's understanding of the term "nutrition," which is not yet reflected in daily life. Therefore, counseling on understanding the word nutrition, replaced with "amis-amis or mis-amis" for various high-protein side dishes, is essential. The young mothers in Jember had poor understanding and very low reflection on the term nutrition, contributing to malnutrition and stunting in Kalisat Village, Kalisat District. The solution is to conduct counseling and practical sessions on the importance of understanding the term "fishy side dishes" that are high in animal protein for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers to enhance brain and physical growth (fetal) and avoid malnutrition and stunting. The methods of implementation include observation, interviews (in FGD), counseling, and practical sessions in Kalisat Village, Jember. The results show that community service involving counseling or socialization of the understanding of the word nutrition, implemented through the replacement of the term with "fishy side dishes," is more effective. This approach includes FGD, counseling, and practical sessions of cooking and eating together using high-protein fishy side dishes. These methods are aimed at improving growth and development in children (from the womb, during breastfeeding, and in toddlers) to prevent malnutrition and stunting.

Abstract

Probolinggo Regency in East Java presents notable tourist destinations and holds significant potential for sustainable ecotourism endeavors. Mount Bromo stands out as a prime natural attraction in this region of Indonesia, drawing both domestic and international visitors. The indigenous Tengger tribe inhabits the area surrounding Mount Bromo. With the goal of bolstering tourism, both locally and internationally, the Probolinggo Government has actively developed Mount Bromo's natural allure. This study aims to: 1) analyze the gender dynamics within horticultural farmer households in Ngadisari, Probolinggo, and 2) elucidate the catalysts and impediments to socioeconomic transformation within the Tengger tribe's engagement in ecotourism-related economic activities. Employing a qualitative approach with a gender perspective, this research deliberately selected Ngadisari, a village in Probolinggo, due to its pivotal role in supporting Mount Bromo's tourism and its predominantly Tengger population. Furthermore, Ngadisari has been earmarked by the Probolinggo authorities as a tourism-centric village. Data analysis entailed descriptive qualitative and gender analyses, with the aim of fostering the development of a gender-equitable, community-driven empowerment model.

Abstract

The majority of community in Puger Village work as fishermen and they live near the coast. The problems faced by the community on a daily basis include the lack of awareness about environmental cleanliness and how they dispose of and utilize domestic and productive waste. The Joint Business Group (KUB), as one of the institutional forms in Puger, shows that there are still few activities within the group that focus on environmental maintenance, which can support the productive activities of fishermen. This community service activity includes: 1) increasing environmental awareness and 2) waste management by KUB Gotong Royong to enhance the capacity of the previously inactive group. The methods in this service include: socialization to strengthen the group, environmental awareness counseling, assistance in waste management (organic and inorganic), and management towards 3R (reuse, reduce, and recycle). The results achieved from this activity are that the people of Puger Village, especially members of KUB Gotong Royong, are able to increase their awareness to implement the separation of organic and inorganic waste in accordance with the application of the green concept of 3R (Reuse, Reduce, and Recycle). By implementing this community service activity, the people of Puger Village can better maintain the cleanliness of the surrounding environment.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of effective communication in nursing, especially the use of simple language in patient education. Effective communication, using language that is easy to understand, increases patient satisfaction, reduces anxiety, and increases adherence to treatment. Literature studies show that clear and empathetic communication reduces the risk of medical errors, increases patient participation in care decision making, and results in better care outcomes. This article suggests effective communication strategies such as active listening and the use of visual aids to achieve optimal results. In conclusion, effective communication using simple language is the key to quality and holistic patient care.
