Abstract

The aims of this research are To describe semiotics in the collection of short stories Pelangi di Ujung Senja by Ratih Ayuningrum. Describe the dominance of semiotics in the collection of short stories Pelangi di Ujung Senja by Ratih Ayuningrum. The method used is a descriptive qualitative research method that describes semiotics in the collection of short stories Pelangi di Ujung Senja by Ratih Ayungingrum. Researchers as a key instrument. The collection of short stories Pelangi di Ujung Senja by Ratih Ayungrum as primary data and secondary data are books related to semiotic theory, literary theories, research methods and other books as supporting research. The results of the research on the collection of short stories Pelangi di Ujung Senja by Ratih Ayuningrum, showed that Semiotics in the collection of short stories Pelangi di Ujung Senja contained four, namely index, sign, icon and gesture. While the type of semiotics that dominates in the collection of short stories Pelangi di Ujung Senja by Ratih Ayuningrum is the index type, with a total of 44 citations. Kata Kunci: Semiotika, Cerpen.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low interst of students of language education and Indonesian of Literature at the STKIP Paris Barantai in reading books of reference, scientific books can increase of students knowledge is included in the less of category. The aims of this research are 1) to find out the literacy interest of Indonesian language and literature of students. 2) the find out what are the factors that hinder the progress of student literacy. This study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population and sample in this study were students in the fourth and sixth semesters as many as 100 students. Based on the results of the study, it can be interpreted that the majority of students do not choose to spend their free time reading but take walks and other activities. This is done because it is caused by two factors, namely internal and external. Internal factors are: innate or talent, gender, health condition, mental state, habits. While external factors are: instant generation, use of gadgets, influence of social media, lots of entertainment (TV and Youtube), minimal reading facilities/media, influencer of games. Key words: minotory, literacy, students.

Abstract

Stunting itu merupakan masalah gizi yang dialami oleh anak yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya asupan gizi dalam waktu cukup lama yang bisa membuat pertumbuhan pada anak bisa terhambat. Ada beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan anak mengalami stunting yaitu pola pengasuhan yang tidak baik, terbatasnya layanan kesehatan, kurangnya mengkonsumsi makanan bergizi dan kurangnya fasilitas air bersih dan sanitasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengadian ini adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) atau Pemahaman Partisipatif Kondisi Pedesaan adalah pendekatan dan metode yang memungkinkan masyarakat secara bersama-sama menganalisis masalah kehidupan dalam rangka merumuskan perencanaan dan kebijakan secara nyata. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengabdian ini, diketahui jumlah balita yang termasuk di Bawah Garis Merah (BGM) sebanyak 3 balita dari 26, pemerintah desa menganggarkan 20 % dari dana desa yang akan diperuntukkan dibidang program kesehatan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe language acquisition, namely syntax acquisition, semantic acquisition and phonological acquisition in preschool-age children in Semayap Village Kindergarten, Kotabaru District. And describe the factors in the acquisition of the first language in children. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Qualitative research by analyzing and presenting data qualitatively through the steps of collecting, processing, analyzing and presenting data using observation and interview techniques. The results of the study showed that language acquisition at preschool age from the three stages of language acquisition which included syntax acquisition, there were 9 students who were very good and 9 students who were sufficient. For the acquisition of semantic students who were very good, there were 9 students and those who were quite good were 9 students. As for the acquisition of phonology, there were 10 students who were very good and those who were sufficient were 8 students. Factors that greatly influence the process of acquiring a child's first language are social background and hereditary factors. Keywords: children's language acquisition, preschool age

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) Students' perceptions of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program on the use of e-journals?, 2) The level of use of e-journals for students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program. Perception indicators at the perception level by students are utilization, accessibility, convenience, speed, storage, updating, browsing, and security. While the indicators on the level of use are accessibility, speed, frequency of visits. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The technique of collecting is through questionnaires and observation. The results of this study indicate that the results of research on the level of perception of e-journals by students are on a scale of 80 (good). The results of research on student perceptions of the use of e-journals are on a scale of 65 (enough).

Abstract

The study's objectives were (1) to describe language acquisition in preschool-aged children in Semayap Village Kindergarten, specifically syntax, semantics, and phonology; and (2) to describe the factors that influence the acquisition of first language in children. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, meaning a process of analyzing and comprehending the meaning of individual behavior. This approach uses observation and interview techniques to collect, process, analyze, and present the data in a qualitative way. The results of the study show that (1) language acquisition at preschool age, from the three stages of language acquisition which include the acquisition of syntax, namely 9 students who are very good and 9 students who are sufficient in acquiring syntax. For the acquisition of semantic students who were very good, there were 9 students and those who were quite good at acquiring syntax, there were 9 students. As for the phonological acquisition of students who were very good, there were 10 people and those who were sufficient in phonological acquisition were 8 people. (2) the factors that greatly influence the process of acquiring a child's first language are social background and heredity factors. Keywords: children's language acquisition, preschool age

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the level of students' understanding of the independent curriculum. This research is quantitative descriptive research using survey methods. The research instrument is a questionnaire with questions given to students to determine their understanding of the independent curriculum. The sample for this research was all students from the 2021 Indonesian Language and Literature Education study program, totaling 68 students. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that the 2021 Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program students' understanding of the independent curriculum is mostly in the strongly agree or agree category. In detail, the percentage of research results based on data obtained in the strongly agree category was 5 students or (7%), the agree category was 59 students or (87%), the disagree category was 3 students or (4%), and the strongly disagree category as many as 1 student or (2%). Based on this, the researcher concluded that based on the results of a survey of students' understanding of the Indonesian language and literature education study program, STKIP Paris Barantai, they already understood the synchronization of independence. This is based on the answers chosen by respondents who chose the most Agree answer items
