Abstract

Pelatihan  praktik  kewirausahaan   mempunyai  tujuan  meningkatkan   intensi siswa untuk berwirausaha.  Semakin  banyak  siswa  lulusan  SMK  yang  berwirausaha, maka lapangan pekerjaan  yang  tercipta  juga  semakin  besar. Masalah  pengangguran yang terjadi di Indonesia juga dapat berkurang sehingga dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat. Munculnya wirausaha-wirausaha baru diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Pelatihan praktik kewirausahaan juga bertujuan untuk menyeimbangkan teori dan praktik dalam pembelajaran. Sehingga teori yang diperoleh di  sekolah  dapat langsung  dipraktikkan. Dalam  konteks  manfaat  yang  lebih  luas, pelatihan kewirausahaan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan selanjutnya menurunkan tingkat pengangguran terdidik dari lulusan SMK.Metode yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan  yang dihadapi mitra adalah dengan melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Kegiatan pelatihan yang  dilaksanakan  adalah  pelatihan praktik kewirausahaan  kepada  siswa  kelas  XI Jurusan Tata Boga SMKN 3 Purwokerto. Kegiatan pelatihan ditindaklanjuti dengan pendampingan pembuatan business plan sekaligus pengawasan terhadap kesesuaian pelaksanaan usaha dengan business plan yang telah dibuat sebelumnya.Hasil dan kesimpulan adalah 1) Siswa kelas XI Jurusan Tata Boga SMKN 3Purwokerto mampu membuat draft business plan, 2) Siswa kelas XI Jurusan Tata Boga SMKN  3 Purwokerto mampu  membuat laporan keuangan untuk usahanya, 3) Siswa kelas XI Jurusan Tata Boga  SMKN 3 Purwokerto mampu mempromosikan produk, mampu menjual produk dan mampu memperoleh keuntungan dari usahanya. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Praktik Kewirausahaan

Abstract

This study aimed to improve learning achievement through the Group Investigation Method with eLDirU (e-learning of Jenderal Soedirman University). This study used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach. Classroom Action Research was carried out in a series of steps with 2 cycles. The research targets were students of Economic Education in the third semester of Jenderal Soedirman University in the Education Management course. The data collection techniques used observation, interview, test and documentation. The use of the Group Investigation Method and ELDirU was proven to improve learning achievement. The minimum completeness criteria set was 60 while the achievement target set was 80%. In the pre-cycle stage before the implementation of the Group Investigation Method with ELDirU, students who scored more than 60 were only 14 students or 29.78% with a class average score of 56.7. After the implementation of the Group Investigation Method with ELDirU, students who completed and had a score of more than 60 increased significantly to 37 students or 80.43% with a class average score of 72.2 in the first cycle. In the second cycle the students who completed increased again to 43 students or 93.47% with an average grade score of 86.96. The results of this study are expected to provide additional scientific references on the importance of improving the quality of e-learning in order to achieve good learning achievement.

Abstract

Indonesia is currently in the creative and digital economy stage in the developmentof the industrial economy. Reflecting on information and communicationtechnology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which is developing veryrapidly, the opportunity to create digital enterpreneurs is quite large. Highereducation is one of the institutions tasked with creating a superior generation thatis able to contribute its thoughts to the progres of the Indonesian nation. This studyaims to determine the potential of digital enterpreneurs (digipreneurs) in educationstudents at Jenderal Soedirman University, and develop the Indonesian economythrough digitalization of education. This study used a qualitative approach whichwas carried out through several stages, namely: data presentation, data processing,research findings, and discussion of research findings. Data collection techniquesusing interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results ofthe study illustrate that education students have the potential to becomedigitalpreneurs in the field of education with a variety of bussiness ideas, such asonline tutoring, content creators through the Youtube platform, digital schoolequipment bussinesses,building start-up companies in the field of education andcounseling, building platforms mentoring students, establishing an EspostAcademy, becoming a writer or editor of a blog site or website regarding education,and building an educational start-up company.Keywords: Digital Enterpreneur; Digipreneur; Digitalpreneur; EducationalStudent; Enterpreneur

Abstract

Higher education is the most appropriate level of formal education to prepare generations with an entrepreneurial spirit. The entrepreneurial potential contained in students must be maximized to create new businesses that are in line with current developments. This study aims to improve the potential of digital entrepreneurs (digipreneurs) in economic education students at Jenderal Soedirman University so that they can contribute to reducing the number of unemployed and increasing economic growth through the creation of new jobs, especially in the education sector. This study used a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data source used uses primary data or data obtained directly from data sources without intermediaries. The results of the study illustrate that economics education students have increased potential to become digitalpreneurs in the education sector. Apart from that, this increase in potential reflects concepts and plans to be realized and developed in accordance with current developments. The increase in digitalpreneur business potential among economic education students can be measured using the indicator such as innovativeness, proactiveness, risk taking, competitive aggressiveness, and autonomy.

Abstract

Manajemen proses pembelajaran merupakan wadah penerapan berbagai inovasi pembelajaran, pemanfaatan teknologi, peningkatan sumber daya manusia, dan keterlibatan berbagai elemen demi keberhasilan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai manajemen perkuliahan berbasis Data Driven Learning pada E-Learning Jenderal Soedirman University (eLDirU). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan metode data driven. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Mahasiswa mampu memanfaatkan fitur pada eLDirU ke dalam proses perkuliahan secara optimal; (2) Mahasiswa mampu berinteraksi edukatif secara berkelanjutan dan saling melengkapi informasi di dalam forum diskusi pada eLDirU; dan (3) Proses manajemen perkuliahan berbasis Data Driven Learning berhasil dilakukan, dengan partisipasi seluruh mahasiswa di dalam forum diskusi pada eLDirU.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategies and implementation challenges of learning management using the Teaching Factory model. The subjects in this research are students of vocational programs at Airlangga University (UNAIR) that serves as a comparative study for vocational program students at Jenderal Soedirman University (UNSOED). This study used a sample of 5 study programs. The approach used in this research is a case study-based qualitative approach. The findings of this research are: (1) the implementation of teaching factory in UNAIR involves several stakeholders such as students, lecturers, course coordinators in vocational programs and the World of Business and Industry; (2) the teaching factory-based learning approach can only be implemented in certain courses, not as a whole; (3) the place and service is at Airlangga Wellness Center/ AWC; (4) the strategy of offering teaching factory services is to establish it in a strategic location; (5) challenges in the implementation of teaching factory are faced by lecturers and students of vocational programs; and (6) the implementation of teaching factory has theoretical and practical benefits. This study limited in vocational programs at UNAIR and UNSOED. The future research could focus comparing the effectiveness of Teaching Factory in different vocational fields of study, such as engineering, design, and tourism in different universities.

Abstract

Digitalization is one of the main factors that is very important in developing creative and innovative entrepreneurship activities, where almost everything in the life sector has gone hand in hand with digitalization. It is important for entrepreneurs to always be up to date on technological developments and business digitization. Considering that the industrial sector which will become a field for entrepreneurs to enter is currently dominated by digital platforms. Without sufficient attention related to this digital era, entrepreneurs of course will not be able to compete and maintain their ideas in the expected industry. Abstract

The growing use of digital learning media calls for a deeper investigation into its effects on students' psychological aspects, particularly metacognitive ability, learning interest, and activeness. It aims to compare students’ metacognitive ability, learning interest, and activeness before and after implementing digital learning media. This study focuses on 80 10th-grade students in the Excellent Class at Islamic High School (MAN) 2 Banyumas during the 2023/2024 academic year. Using a descriptive comparative quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected through non-probability sampling with a saturation (census) technique. The results show significant differences in all three aspects after the implementation. Specifically, students' metacognitive ability improved by 19%, learning interest by 37%, and learning activeness by 31%. These findings confirm that digital learning media have a positive impact on students’ learning experiences. It enhances their ability to monitor their learning, increases their engagement, and encourages more active class participation. The results highlight the value of digital tools in supporting modern education. However, further research is needed to identify specific causal factors contributing to these improvements, such as interface usability and the integration of interactive learning features. Additionally, long-term studies are recommended to examine the sustainability of these benefits over time and how digital media can be continually optimized to support student development.

Abstract

Era digital telah merubah segala aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan. Kemajuan di era digital menyebabkan strategi, model, dan media yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran mengalami perubahan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional. Berbagai upaya perlu untuk dilakukan salah satunya yaitu pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis video. Pengembangan media menggunakan basis video belum pernah dilakukan bagi Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Optimalisasi media berbasis video dapat meningkakan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) mahasiswa FEB Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Belum adanya penelitian yang mencoba menganalisa pengembangan media pembelajaran menggunakan basis video untuk meningkatkan IPK mahasiswa FEB Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni guna menganalisa bagaimana cara yang dilakukan untukpengembangan media pembelajaran menggunakan basis video untuk meningkatkan IPK Mahasiswa FEB, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode eksperimen melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh Mahasiswa FEB Universitas Jenderal Soedirman angkatan 2019 dengan teknik random samping. Teknik analisis data artikel penelirian ini yaitu uji homogenitas, uji normalitas, uji Anova, dan uji T dimana untuk menjawab permasalahan yang ada. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap IPK Mahasiswa FEB Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Angkatan 2019 sebelum diterapkannya pengembangan media pembelajaran menggunakan basis video dan sesudah diterapkannya pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis video. Dengan hasil uji anova yang memiliki Sig 0,000 diartikan dibandingkan 0,05.Kata Kunci: pengembangan media pembelajaran, video, dan IPK.
