Abstract

Clinics are health service facilities that provide individual health services providing basic or specific medical services. Kenanga Clinic and Maternity Home have not been optimal in the use of information technology in some of their work systems, one of which is the registration section which still uses paper-based bookkeeping media. This causes several obstacles that often prevent clinic staff or clinic management from obtaining information related to registration data and medical records. Based on the problems faced, the writer concludes the formulation of the problem, namely, how to make a system to store patient data to make it better. The purpose of this research is to develop a clinical information system for patient data at the Kenanga clinic, which currently does not have an information system. The system development method used by the author is Rapid Application Development. RAD is a systems development strategy that emphasizes speed of development through extensive user involvement in construction, fast, iterative and incremental. Based on the research that has been done, the authors can conclude that the patient registration information system makes it easier to store patient data and staff can work well. In addition, this patient registration information system makes it easier to report patient data because the input data has been recorded automatically and is running well.

Abstract

This study aims to build an e-voting information system for the election of the chairman of the web-based student council at PUI Cikijing Vocational School and build an e-voting information system that can be used to present information on the results of voting results quickly and accurately and provide convenience for officers to determine the number of results. vote count. This research was conducted at SMK PUI Cikijing. The research method used to build an E-voting system is by using the prototype method, the design is carried out using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and coding the system using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language. The result of the research is that the Evoting system can streamline time in conducting an election for the OSIS chairman candidate at PUI Cikijing Vocational School. Abstract

Toko Sumber Berkah motor is a company engaged in trading that sells and purchases spareparts motor. The company still uses the system manually in the sale or purchase of goods. Manually executed system will take a long time, and often found weaknesses in the implementation such as less efficient in recording sales and purchases as well as inaccurate reports of sales and purchases presented. Research methods undertaken by researchers on the basis of direct observation to the store in question and interviews to the store to obtain information in need. The increasing demand for motorcycle spareparts makes store owners experiencing difficulty in processing their data. Therefore required a computerized system to overcome the existing problems in order to facilitate the manufacture of invoices and reports of sales and purchases and accelerate the existing work processes at the store Sumber Berkah Motor. Abstract

Selection of the Best QCC Group is giving recognition to the best QCC group who actually and extraordinary do Quality Control System activities by making changes that can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of work or production. The selection of the Best QCC Group of PT Century Batteries Indonesia is held annually. In the Best Group assessment process, PT. CBI appointed an assessment team to conduct an assessment of the QCC group. However, the assessment process is still done manually so it takes a long time to process the data. In addition, the assessment is still subjective and not yet relevant to the actual situation. Based on this, in this study a decision support system was built to be used to select the best QCC group selection process at PT Century Batteries. Decision support system built based on web using the programming language PHP and MySQL as the database. The decision making method used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method is used to determine the weight value of each criterion, which is then carried out by a ranking process to determine the best alternative from a number of alternatives. The test carried out in this study is functional testing with the black box testing method. The test results show that the system can run properly according to its function.. Abstract

Earthquakes are natural phenomena that cannot predict the location, scale, depth of the hypocenter and the place affected by the earthquake. Until now, there is no precise theory that can be used to predict this. The collection of data on earthquake events in the Maluku Islands provides an opportunity for writers to take part in problem problems, namely by applying the big data theorem (data mining) by applying the naïve Bayes algorithm application technique using a tool that can know the level of accuracy in making earthquake predictions. The research phase begins with the earthquake data process. Then the big data is normalized and the training dataset and testing dataset are generated. Then upload the training data set on the tool and do modeling using classification techniques with the application of Hebrew by testing the training data which is then evaluated with the test data set so that the final results of the research are obtained. Based on the research it can be seen that the annual earthquake disaster in 2019-2020 in the Maluku Islands, namely North Maluku Province with the truth of the prediction data of 71.1%, in North Maluku Province there was an earthquake disaster on Ternate Island with the correctness of the prediction data of 78, 6%, In Maluku Province, there was an earthquake on Seram Island with the accuracy of the prediction data of 92%. Based on research, it can be denied that Yahoo Naïve Bayes can be used properly for earthquakes. Abstract

Laptops are indispensable both for students and for office workers because of their advantages compared to desktop computers. With the development of today's laptop era, there are various brands and specifications that sometimes make people have difficulty and difficulty in finding, choosing or buying the right laptop and according to their needs. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the grouping of laptops that will be purchased by consumers using the K-Means algorithm method and to find out the relationships and clustering that can provide information to determine sales patterns for laptop sellers according to customer needs. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out in this study, the K-Means algorithm shows a new insight, namely the grouping of laptop sales based on 3 clusters. Cluster 1 is a laptop sales category with low or Low specifications, namely 217 of 1000 laptop sales categories based on the specifications of the laptop being tested, then cluster 2 is a laptop sales category with medium or medium specifications, which is 286 of 1000 laptop sales categories based on the specifications of the laptop being tested, and the last is cluster 3 which is a category of laptop sales with fairly high specifications or High, namely 497 out of 1000 laptop sales categories based on the specifications of the laptop being tested. Abstract

Pencak silat adalah olahraga bela diri yang telah ada di indonesia sejak lama dan terpelihara hingga saat ini. Prestasi adalah tujuan akhir dari proses pelatihan yang dijalani atlet olahraga pencak silat. Pemilihan atlet yang berkompetensi merupakan awal dari proses menciptakan atlet yang berprestasi. Setiap kelompok atau organisasi melakukan seleksi terhadap calon atlet yang akan dibina menjadi atlet yang menghasilkan prestasi. Seleksi dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendukung keputusan, maka di perlukan adanya penilaian yang akurat salah satunya menggunakan Algoritma. Algoritma adalah suatu urutan atau alur yang dipakai dalam perhitungan atau pemecahan masalah. Pada penelitian ini data yang digunakan adalah data calon atlet cabang olahraga pencak silat kabuapten bekasi masih berupa raw data, yang berisi atribut nama, tempat tanggal lahir, jenis kelamin, usia, berat badan (Kg), tinggi badan (Cm), nilai IMT, massa otot, massa lemak, dan keterangan. Kemudian data yang akan digali yaitu nilai dari setiap kriteria tersebut menjadi patokan untuk menilai kelayakan calon atlet. Dengan mengamati persoalan diatas data mining dengan metode naive bayes sangat tepat digunakan untuk menghasilkan Knowledge kelompok prioritas diantara ratusan data calon atlet pencak silat studi kasus IPSI. Adapun data yang akan dijadikan sebagai data training yaitu sebanyak 700 record data, data training digunakan untuk melakukan proses pelatihan algoritma terhadap dataset untuk menghasilkan suatu klasifikasi. Abstract

Big data is a collection of processes from larger and wider volumes of data accurately or inaccurately and can be used to assist in an activity in a company or business. Big data is the development of a database system in general or in general. In distinguishing big data, namely the speed, volume, and type of data that can be available more and varied from the DBMS (Database Management System) in general or in general. Internet of Things or better known as IoT. This technology has driven rapid progress in various sectors. However, IoT can be an easy target for cyberattacks. The widespread adoption of IoT means that we will be familiar with finding intelligent devices connected to the Internet. This exploit threat includes network scan, remote code execution, command injection, SQL injection. Meanwhile, the threat of password attacks takes advantage of the fact that many IoT device owners do not change their default passwords. Abstract

The Non-Cash Food Assistance Program held by the government is often not on target due to many factors, one of which is the many criteria that must be considered in making a decision to receive assistance. Of the eleven criteria set, it requires the right algorithm to perform the calculation so that the results given are more accurate. The Naïve Bayes algorithm is a method for classification using probability theory which has a high degree of accuracy. Testing the Naïve Bayes algorithm uses the Rapid Miner tool which produces an accuracy rate of 96% from the 50 data provided. This algorithm is appropriate for selecting recipients of non-cash food assistance. There are 2 classes needed, namely Eligible and Ineligible. Keywords: Naïve Bayes, Rapid Miner

Abstract

Sistem penjadwalan kunjungan karyawan di customer studi kasus PT CNC Part Teknika saat ini masih mengelola data karyawan, absensi dan jadwal kerja karyawan masih dikelola secara manual. Dalam pengelolaan data pegawai, absensi dan jadwal pegawai masih dikelola secara manual. Pada saat memasukkan dan mengelola data pada sheet menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel, kerepotan mulai terjadi ketika administrator ingin mencari data karyawan dan menjadwalkan pekerjaan atau ingin membuat laporan yang harus dibuka dan diproses masing-masing pada sheet dan tidak secara otomatis terkelola pada lembaran atau halaman, sebaliknya data tersebut tidak tersimpan dalam database, sehingga suatu saat data tersebut dapat hilang atau terhapus, sehingga peneliti untuk sistem pengelolaan data pegawai tersebut, pegawai yang lama masih memiliki schedule Jadwal kerja pegawai lama masih belum efektif. Fasilitas dan layanan pelanggan harus disediakan secara otomatis sehingga tidak mengganggu transaksi pelanggan, dan jika terjadi admin, tidak perlu menyediakan penjadwalan manual. Pola desain sistem berbasis web ini memungkinkan teknisi dan administrator untuk secara otomatis menggunakan sistem untuk menjadwalkan pertemuan pelanggan selama kunjungan teknisi. Metode yang digunakan adalah model waterfall atau lebih dikenal dengan siklus hidup klasik, yang merupakan model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang menekankan tahapan berurutan dan sistematis. Merancang sistem informasi jadwal teknisi agar pelanggan dapat bertransaksi, mengolah data dan mencetak laporan secara otomatis di web saat terjadi perubahan dari manual menjadi terkomputerisasi.
