Abstract

This is because not all the flowers that appear to be a bernas’ pods. Naturally, the processinitiated pod formation appears that fertilized flowers and so ginophore, then moves into the soilsurface to form a pod.The problem though interest has been fertilized but no guarantee will be pithy pods. So pleasenote that criteria of interest has been matured that can be pithy pods. The purpose of this study todetermine the criteria of interest in several varieties that can be pithy pods thirty days after flowering.The results showed that the criteria of interest that can be higher pithy pods are varieties ofwhich Lamb creteria of flowers are the flowers appear earlier, lies in the segment 1-4, the amount ofinterest that arise during the 30 days of flowering reaches 127 96 Interest and the fertilized flower,ginophore rise less than 3 days after flowering, ginophore speed reaches the soil surface 2-3 cm perweek, number of pods per plant pithy reached 65 with the pithy pods per plot reached 47.82 kg.Keywords: Flowers, pods pithy and varieties

Besides, the farmers seed tubers do not contribute to the results, To prevent this, it would require a fundamental research related to the application of organic fertilizer at planting potato seed tubers with different sizes. Organic fertilizers can improve the physical, chemical and biological properties of soil, through a process of gradual release of nutrients into the soil water solution to plant, maintain and helps regulate temperature, humidity, increase the number and improve the biological activity and stability of the land capability. But its use is not independent of a given size. The problem is, each location and soil conditions require the application of organic fertilizer (type and size) are not the same and always changing, so is the use of seed tubers. So, we need the latest information. Based on the findings that the kinds and sizes of organic fertilizer at each level of potato seed tuber size showed intraksi, where the best treatment: the use of organic fertilizer of cow dung ari bersal 20 tonnes per hectare by seed tuber size of 60-70 g. The results of 20 tons per hectare.Key words: Kind, Size of organic fertilizer and seed tuber.ABSTRAKKetersediaan yang lebih cepat dari nutrisi dalam pupuk kimia untuk tanaman, mengubah perilaku petani untuk menggunakan pupuk kimia dari pada pupuk organik telah melupakan peran. Selain itu, umbi bibit petani tidak memberikan kontribusi pada hasil, Untuk mencegah hal ini, maka diperlukan penelitian mendasar yang berkaitan dengan penerapan pupuk organik pada saat tanam kentang umbi bibit dengan ukuran yang berbeda. Pupuk organik dapat meningkatkan fisik, kimia dan biologi tanah, melalui proses pelepasan bertahap nutrisi ke dalam larutan air tanah untuk menanam, memelihara dan membantu mengatur suhu, kelembaban, meningkatkan jumlah dan meningkatkan aktivitas biologis dan stabilitas kemampuan lahan. Namun penggunaannya tidak terlepas dari ukuran tertentu. Masalahnya adalah, setiap lokasi dan kondisi tanah memerlukan aplikasi pupuk organik (jenis dan ukuran) tidak sama dan selalu berubah, sehingga adalah penggunaan umbi bibit. Jadi, kita perlu informasi terbaru. Berdasarkan temuan bahwa jenis dan ukuran pupuk organik pada setiap tingkat benih kentang ukuran umbi menunjukkan intraksi, di mana pengobatan yang terbaik: penggunaan pupuk organik dari kotoran sapi ari bersal 20 ton per hektar dengan biji ukuran umbi 60-70 g. Hasilnya 20 ton per hektarKata kunci: Jenis, Ukuran pupuk organik dan umbi bibit.

ANALISIS MIKROBA PADA CAIRAN SEBAGAI PUPUK CAIR LIMBAH ORGANIK DAN APLIKASINYA TERHADAP TANAMAN PAKCOY (Brassica chinensis L.)Analysis Of Microbial In Liquid Fertilizer And Application Of Organic Waste Plant Packcoy (Brassica Chinensis L.) The presence of litter and correlated with the amount of human activity, so how the existence of such waste can be seen as a useful resource to be able to participate resolve other problems besides the problems posed by the piles of garbage itself, such as a source of useful organic liquid fertilizer for plants and land. The purpose of the study tested formula of organic liquid fertilizer and its application to plant pakcoy. Implementation begins with the manufacture of liquid fertilizer using organic waste, then fermented and applied to the crop. The observed variables include: Variable in the process of making liquid fertilizer (type, weight, power material shrinkage, temperature, color, pH and odor liquids) .Variabel nutrient content of the liquid manure (microbial type, percentage of organic C, BO, N, P , K, Ca, Mg, and C / N ratio and Fe in ppm). While variable plants (plant height, leaf number, leaf area, fresh weight and dry plant). The results showed that the waste liquid organic fertilizer derived microbes Azotobacter sp the number of x106 and Aspergillus sp 9:10 to 1:55 x amount 106rpm / ml and 9 kinds of helpful nutrients for plants. and obtained the highest fresh weight in administration of 35 ml / l of water and given 3 daysKeywords: Liquid fertilizer organic waste, concentration and frequency ABSTRAKSemakin besarnya tumpukan sampah jika dibiarkan akan mengancam kesehatan masyarakat dan pencemaran terhadap lingkungan baik di darat, udara maupun di air. Keberadaan sampah berkorelasi dengan jumlah dan aktivitas manusia, sehingga bagaimana keberadaan sampah tersebut dapat dilihat sebagai sumber daya yang bermanfaat untuk dapat ikut menyelesaikan permasalahan lain selain permasalahan yang ditimbulkan oleh tumpukan sampah itu sendiri, diantaranya sebagai sumber pupuk cair organik yang bermanfaat bagi tanaman dan lahan. Tujuan penelitian menguji formula pembuatan pupuk cair organik dan aplikasinya terhadap tanaman pakcoy. Pelaksanaan diawali dengan pembuatan pupuk cair yang menggunakan limbah organik, kemudian difermentasi dan diaplikasikan terhadap tanaman. Adapun variabel yang diamati meliputi: Variabel dalam proses pembuatan pupuk cair (jenis, bobot, daya susut bahan, suhu, warna, pH dan bau cairan) .Variabel kandungan nutrient pada pupuk cair (Jenis mikroba, persentase C organik, BO, N,P,K,Ca,Mg, dan rasio C/N serta Fe dalam ppm). Sedangkan variabel tanaman (tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot basah dan kering tanaman). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pupuk cair limbah organik didapat jenis mikroba Azotobacter sp dengan jumlah 9.10 x106 dan Aspergillus sp dengan jumlah 1.55 x 106rpm/ml serta 9 macam nutrien bermanfaat bagi tanaman. dan didapat bobot segar yang tertinggi pada pemberian 35 ml/l air dan diberikan 3 hari sekali.Kata Kunci : Pupuk cair limbah organik , konsentrasi dan frekuensi
